I use this garage everytime I have things to do near City Hall it's only $13.00 for 2 hours. Parking for the entire day and éven weekly rates are available. The rate only get better the longer your parking.

Good! I've parked my car here a few times when visiting a friend in Center City. It's the kind where you pull in and they park the car for you, there is no self parking. The guys who work there are pretty nice and are very fast in retrieving your car when you leave. You pay cash only when you pick-up based off of how long you were parked there. I feel safe leaving my car here because they park it on a 2nd level garage that's all enclosed and can't be seen from the street. You don't have to worry about anyone messing with your car like on a street parking lot.

My favorite place to park off-street when that par of the city. The employees don't turn over a lot, so if you park with them often enough they'll provide casual conversation while they get your car (if you engage with them). At times it can take long for them to retrieve your vehicle, but not because they can't find it (like some other places). Just a lot of customers, including daily and longterm parkers. It's cash only. Not a negative for me, though I rarely use cash. Great rates. If you don't like the price, blame the taxes the city levies. I've never once been concerned about my car being in their care. Not one scratch. Genuinely friendly staff. Keep calm, and everyone will remain pleasant. Everyone is treated the same- whether you have a rust bucket beater or a supercar. Though I cannot attest to the latter.

Highly recommend this garage if you're staying in or near City Center. It's $18 for 24 hours, which was the best price we found in the area. A cranky old man runs this garage, but it adds to the experience and he takes care of your car. It's all valet so you leave your keys with them. We had a positive experience with them. Note: It's cash only.

I've used this lot for years now. Can't beat the rates, they handle the vehicles with care, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. It's rare that they're at capacity at any time I drive in for a spot.

Okay, I'm pretty sure this is the most passionate review I will ever write about a parking garage. These people are freaking awesome. I parked here the first time because the BestParking app showed it was the least expensive option in the area, but I have become a very loyal customer and will go several blocks out of my way to park here instead of some other garage. Everybody who works here is super nice, friendly, and professional. BestParking wasn't lying, this is also the least expensive garage in this part of Philly. Cash only, which is a little extra hassle for me since I usually don't carry much cash. (But needing cash to pay for parking is usually a pretty good excuse to hit the Wawa two blocks away at Broad and Walnut, so no real complaints there either. There's a Bank of America even closer if I'm in a hurry).

The employees here are very nice and their prices are the best in this part of town. My experience however was…costly. The true owner of this property doesn't seem to ever check in on things. You would think we were still in 1985 with the lack of any obvious tech and the way the setup is, compared to just about every other facility. So there was nothing wrong with my manual trans vehicle at all when I brought it in for the full month payment $300. Which is reasonable for the location. It's just highly possible my car was just driven by someone, and or multiple individuals who wasn't proficient at driving a manual transmission vehicle. I say this becuz within about 2-3 weeks at the garage I wasn't even parking there bcuz I needed a new piece for my car to run properly all of a sudden. And my car wasn't allowed back in until the part was fixed. Finally the car simply wouldn't engage and startup properly at all. Since like I said it mid as well be 1985 inside, I'm not even sure if they had me sign any kind of contract. they should have but I don't recall it. Anyway I hope if I did sign it, it says that if {we} choose we can kick ur car out of the faculty at our own will, and since it's the 10th of the month-each day that you've already paid for…is forfeited. Just so i don't have to feel like I just got shaken down. So long story, still long ha, if you need to park around this location- this is going to be the spot you want to use. If you're looking for a long term parking situation, make sure they have some kind of paperwork or something (now) so at the end of the day it isn't you just arguing with yourself essentially about not getting a dime of your paid money back. Like I've continued to say, great employees, great prices on daily parking downtown, just running on a 1980s style platform-records on pieces of paper and deals and disputes only settle-able by arguing with management aka their word vs yours -instead of a 2017 style business. ⭐️⭐️🌓 Rated two stars and a half moon.

Shhhh.... best kept secret in parking in Philadelphia. Best rates and no hassles. Parking attendants know about all the events happening on a given evening so be sure to tell them when you'll be back to avoid the crush of getting your car. Just be prepared. Otherwise -- you can't beat them.
