If you need to go to the Orpheum for a weekend event, go here. The garage across the street from the theater was $8, cash only. (And who carries cash in 2021?!) Here, you avoid the crowds, you can use a card, and it’s only 2 blocks from the Orpheum. Plus, at $1 an hour on the weekend, we paid less than the official event parking (and even stayed downtown for dinner, adding a couple hours to our bill!)

Got there at 10 am on a Sunday (plenty of parking open) and did some walking/browsing stores until the 1pm Wicked performance at Orpheum. 👍🥰 …

Great place to roaming around in Omaha downtown area. You need to pay for parking, if you bring your vehicle. There are bit traffic during the business hour starting and finishing time.

Nice & safe garage parking. Elevator. Close to Federal courthouse. Avg ticket price for a few hours was $10. Come early morning for lower floor parking.

Good place to park cheaper than a meter

The aisles are a little tight, had to be very cautious when backing out of the parking spot. Garage was clean though and the price was reasonable.
