Amazing weekend @ the Omaha Marriott downtown location! The hotel was fully booked w/ guests in town for graduation, volleyball, a nonprofit fundraiser & a wedding; the hotel staff operates like clockwork! Sam & Graham are hands down one of the best front desk teams in the industry. They are the epitome of what a top notch hospitality team should look like at any resort or hotel. Honestly, they are one of the best teams I’ve ever encountered; BIG shout out to both of them for their kind, sincere hospitality and professionalism. Both gentlemen go out of their way to ensure that EVERY guest has a 5* introduction to the property & their kind, hospitable personalities never wavered the entire weekend in spite of having a full house. We are most grateful for the time and assistance they offer to all guests. Thank you again for a fabulous, FUN weekend!! Thinking about visiting Omaha? Stay here. Period.
