As a customer of The Parking Spot for approximately 10 years I've been quite pleased by the service and courtesy. That being said Ibrahiem of Haynes truly excelled on my recent trip on August 9. What a guy! With his desire to assist, his courtesy and wonderful mannerism, he truly went way beyond the call of duty.

They are great. I once left my keys on a shuttle bus and they went above and beyond to help me get them back after I realized I misplaced them. I cannot recommend them enough. Shuttle drivers help with luggage, lead you to an open space, and take you right back to your car upon return. Just make sure you get the business card from them that tells where your car is. I made the mistake once of not taking the card(same time I lost my keys so I was a bit frazzled), but learned not to do that from now on. All in all excellent service can’t ask for more

This place is always fantastic. They have first class service. The qr codes are easy, you gain free parking days quickly. The workers are all very professional and quick. When you return, if you do valet, your car is already up front waiting for you. They help with your bags. Quick bus service to airport. Honestly can't say enough good about them just great!! The transportation service to and from the airport is impeccable. Prompt reliable service. I highly recommend downloading their app, which is very easy to use. However, the prices have become WAAAAAAY too exorbitant. I recall, not too long ago, paying $15.00/daily for a parking spot, which is now north of $34.00 per day. And, I can never seem to come across any coupons for even a minimal discount. Unfortunately, in the future, I may be forced to use the airport's off-site parking instead. On the positive side, I always do feel confident that my vehicle is always safe and secure.

I have been using your service since 2018. Less during COVID due to less traveling. The service is easy to use via the app and online on my PC. You get me to the airport easily and pick me up easily. Your staff are always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable as well. I love that my trips earn me points toward more trips. I hadn't flown in a number of years due to COVID. this time I had accumulated points from prior trips and most of my cost for parking on this trip was covered . Keep doing what your doing!

Great service, friendly drivers, convenient! Family of 5, lots of luggage, and The Parking Spot made it simple. Lot was quite full, so when we pulled in, a van/driver showed us where to park, loaded us up and we were off to Europe. On return, we walked to the pickup at Terminal B, found a van, were back at our car and driving home in less than 15 minutes. Great experience at The Parking Spot for our week away.

First time using The Parking Spot Haynes and it was excellent. The people working there were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I had read reviews about a driver that had received many positive reviews and we actually joked it would be funny if we had Ibrahiem G. Ironically, we did have Ibrahiem G and he was outstanding. We dropped off the car and we were at the airport in under 7 minutes. His experience was very beneficial as he inquired about the gate we were leaving from and clearly explained the process of getting picked up. on the way back

Service is good bus picked me up and dropped me off from my parking spot. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. But strict with time limit and very expensive pricing without discounts. Pick up instructions not clear. I did not see what they meant by "lane 5". Difficulty leaving lot. Service is good but very strict with the time you get in and time you get out. If you go over time (I think 1 hour) due to flight delays, etc they'll charge you for another day. Pricing is also very expensive if you don't have any discounts compared to other lots in the area. Pick up instructions not clear. Still don't know what they meant by "lane 5 (NJ Transit)". Didn't see that anywhere. Had trouble leaving lot. No one picking up the phone when I dialed from the gate. Had to call the main number. Overall it's a good convenient safe place to park with good staff but beware of strict time limits and pricing. Try to look for discounts.

If you choose valet service, the car awaits you upon return from trip. It’s such a time saver after a flight. One time I had to self park and it was raining. I was amazed - the shuttle driver followed me to the parked spot, hopped out and brought my bag in. Tremendous service! This is my go to place from now on.

Awesome service - just bring your phone and QR code and you are set. It pays to book this ahead of time for some $$ savings. I would recommend better signage especially when you are coming home and want to get to the shuttle quickly. Thank you!

We had a great experience with them. Soots are really tight, shuttle buses are running often. All the bus drivers are respectful and friendly. After our landing and baggage claim , walked to the designated are for pickup, called them ( it was 11:40PM) and in 5 minutes a driver arrived. Definitely not cheap, nothing is cheap nowadays but for the level of service, it’s spot on.

My recent experience with the Parking Spot was nothing short of amazing. I forgot my passport at home and as i made my second trip back Ibrahim was nice enough to take me straight to my gate and I made my flight. Excellent service from point of entry into the Parking Spot lot to drop off at the terminal. Shuttle driver followed me to my car while I parked and drove me right to the United terminal C all within 10 minutes. On my return a van was waiting I hopped on and was at the parking spot lot with 10 minutes or less. Easy to pay and was on my way home. Highly recommend THE PARKING SPOT....

We had great prompt service from our drop off to our pickup. Both drivers were professional, pleasant and courteous and helpful with our bags. I wish I had gotten our morning driver’s name on 6/22, at about 8 am, he was African American with a slight Caribbean or Jamaican accent. Our evening driver on 6/27 was Ibrahiem G. who was also particularly welcoming. It was as if he was waiting at the pick up spot just for us. It really made for a seamless travel experience.

Entry using the app was simple. A shuttle bus helpfully led me to an open spot and promptly delivered us to the terminal. On my return, a shuttle arrived at the airport almost immediately and took me directly back to my car. Paying via the app and using the QR code to get out was quick and easy as well.

Easy to use app for reservations and provides you detailed cost. AAA discount honored. Easy to park your car where the transfer bus is typically at your car in minutes, if not already at your parked car to take you to the terminal. Drops you off at your terminal with the assist of placing your luggage in and off the transfer bus. Upon your return, transfer bus passes often at pick up area in terminal and brings you directly back to your parked car.

So i booked parking online and there was a surprise that when I scan my barcode it showed $324 for 6 days which didn't make sense (supposed to be $203 after a coupon I used).We were sure we paid it upfront, the rep was saying we didn't. Sometime in life its all about approach and reaction to things we need to deal with, the girls at the exit booth was doing everything right but it was more a personality thing of how to manage a surprised customer...Thanks god Valerie the assistant manager was jumping in- what a great way to talk to a customer, so professional, above the drama and solution base- Great person to be on site and make things right. Bottom line: good location, good service, great management and even though it was miscalculate we figure it out & I'll give it another try next time.

We reserved and prepaid for our spot, arrived and had a shuttle with a super pleasant driver right away, took us to our terminal, we had issues with our flight and had to stay. Another shuttle with a different driver picked us up and was also really pleasant, we went into the office to explain our situation at the Airport and they took really good care of us. I’m always happy to use the PARKING SPOT for all my travel to & from Newark. They are very accommodating and their receptionists are very helpful no matter how minor or major your issue. I especially appreciate being picked up & dropped off right at your parking spot and the drivers help with my luggage. It is so great to get off the Parking Spot shuttle and have your car waiting for you ready to go. It’s definitely worth to pay a little extra for valet service. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because the exit process is a little tricky. Be sure to have your QR code ready to get the gate to open.

Convenient when traveling in/out of Liberty. My first time at this location. Not super intuitive when you arrive for self-park where that area is located on the lot. Unclear also if the shuttle will pick you up in the general area of the car or if you have to walk over to the covered entry area. (hence the 4 stars)

The Haynes Newark parking experience is always great. The shuttle bus driver directly us to an open parking space savings us time searching the lot. He was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival to Newark the wait for the returning shuttle was less the 5 minutes as always. Easy come and go. I reserved my time through the app and scan to enter and leave. As soon as I park the bus meets me at my location and drives me to airport and when I come back I call the number on the card they give me and they pick me up very quickly. Also make sure when you first leave that the bus driver takes down the number and location your car is parked so when they bring you back he knows exactly where to drop you off by your car so your not looking for it.

A few years back we parked our car in another facility and it was a mess. We waited for an hour for the shuttle and even paying was a pain. In october we were flying out and we could not take a car service so we had to research places we could leave our car with a good shuttle system seeing that we were traveling with two toddlers. Someone recommended the parking spot and they are AWESOME we downloaded the app and it was easy pay affordable easy to check in and out. The shuttle passes by quite frequently so we have never waited for more than 5 minutes the drivers are sooooo nice and helpful we travel with four pieces of luggage and a stroller. We travelled last month and our flight to NJ was cancelled because of the snow storm we were so stressed wanting to get a hold of someone to let them know we will not be back but no need because you just check out and they charge the rest. When we flew back home our car was clean and the spots were clean (we didnt have to clean our car or shovel our way out ) the shuttle driver was so amazing !! I am going to stick to the parking spot from now on!!

Parking here was quick and easy, not having to wait long at all for a shuttle. Very efficient getting in and out of the parking lot. I unfortunately left my suit on the shuttle but only noticed when I got home over 3 hours away. I spoke with their manager and Sue went ABOVE and beyond and exceeded all expectations! She went out of her way and sent the suit to me. 10/10 experience and literally a Christmas miracle!!

We are a 73 year young retired grandparental couple from Ohio who used the Parking Spot at the Columbus John Glenn airport frequently pre-pandemic. We drove to EWR to the Parking Spot as neither of us wanted to drive in NYC. This worked perfectly! For less than $200 roundtrip we were able to take a cab to and from our hotel. Our three day stay in Midtown was more relaxing for not having to worry about the driving and parking. The Parking Spot Haynes personnel in the valet section were prompt, cheerful, and professional both when we parked and when we departed! 10 STARS!

Parking at Haynes was super simple. I booked early enough to get a valet space and the whole experience was fast and efficient. I parked the car by the main gate and was handed a ticket on how to request the shuttle on my return. When I did get back to EWR, I used the app to request the shuttle and I was promptly picked up and dropped off in front of my car, which was waiting for me in the valet section.

I use parking spot every time I fly from Newark. Bus driver picked us up at our car, loaded the bags dropped us off at the terminal. On the return just picked our bags at baggage claim walked out the door. Saw the van actually 2 lanes over waved at the driver he waited for us like 2 minutes. Drove us in the rain right to the trunk of our car. Awesome!!! In a few minutes right on the highway home! Can’t beat that for service!!!

I wanted to share our experience with an attendant that picked us up from our flight at approximately 4:30pm, this past Sunday, February 21st. During the time that we were away (2/17-2/21), 8" of snow fell in the area and our car was covered in snow and ice. When the driver of our shuttle arrived at our spot, he immediately recognized our vehicle was covered and asked if we had a brush to get the snow off. We did not and he insisted on clearing our car off. The driver brought us back to the main building, grabbed a brush and completely cleared off our car before we got on our way. This was well beyond his job duties and it was wonderful to see such dedication. We truly appreciated it and I only wish that I had caught the employee's name. I'm hoping this description is enough to identify this individual, but the Newark Haynes location deserves credit. We have had positive interaction with every driver throughout our stays at this location, but this individual certainly takes the cake.

This is a great location. If you download the app, you have a QR code that you can scan when entering and it is really fast. There are several shuttles that circulate, so there is always one available both in the parking lot and at baggage claim. The drivers are very friendly and help you load and unload your luggage at the lot and airport. I pre-paid (and got a discount!) so checking out was super easy. Again, just scan your code and you are on your way. The car in front of me had trouble with her credit card and the person manning the booth came right out and helped her, so she was on her way very quickly. I will definitely use this lot again!

The Parking Spot is an excellent facility to choose to park your vehicle at the airport. Every transaction is done electronically and efficiently which is great during these Covid times. On entering the facility my code was scanned from my phone app then I parked. I was promptly taken to the airport in a clean shuttle that practiced social distance. The driver was friendly and helped with my luggage. The shuttle was very prompt on picking me up from the airport. It’s also easy to spot the shuttle which helps! No hassles at all with this company. I’m driven to my car and I leave by scanning my code once again! A receipt is automatically generated in to my email address. I truly cannot complain! Easy to access and good service by the drivers. Regularly drops and pick ups. Unfortunately I left my car on when I left to the airport, so my car did not start when I returned because it was out of fuel. They told me the tried to turn it of, but I had closed the doors ;) so how to leave the parking spot? The people from Parking Spot brought me to the fuel station to fill up a jerrycan, waited and brought me back to my car. I filled the tank and could leave, very nice people and great service!

It was easy to find the parking spot on Haynes Avenue. We parked the car, got a shuttle right away and we were at the airport in no time. The shuttle drivers at this location are very helpful and polite. I love that you have clean bathrooms too! We spent about 20 minutes in the lobby after our return flight the other day, waiting for the rest of our group to arrive from the airport, and found the accommodations to be really great. Very convenient and good service, reliable. Make sure you print out your QR code to scan at the entrance. Sercive is quick when you call to be picked up at the terminal . They have a couple of locations at Newark Airport, but I have used only one on Haynes. Confirm with the mini bus driver at the time of pickup at the terminal, if its from your selected parking lot.

I used to go to Wally Park which was a dump. No wonder why it closed down. Parking Spot drop of experience was quick and easy. Shuttle driver was courteous and efficient. He was able to get us to the terminal within 10 min of us dropping off car. When we returned from our trip, we met the shuttle at appropriate place, the shuttle arrived promptly and drove us to facility. The shuttle pretty much dropped us about 10 feet from our vehicle which was waiting for us. An attendant handed us the keys and we were motoring in no time at all. This was my first time trying out spot parking and the experience was great. I pre paid on the app and then all I had to do was scan via upon entrance and exit. Not sure if I was lucky but as soon as I parked my car there was a shuttle waiting for me to bring me to my terminal. They gave me a card to save which included my parking spot number along with details on how to get picked up when I returned. Shuttle pickup to get back to my car was just as easy, and they even have an app so I could see how far away the shuttle was when I was waiting. They even drop you off at your car when you arrive back.

First time that I parked off site at Newark airport for an overnight trip and was pleasantly surprised at the convenience and great service from here! Very easy check in / out process especially if you pre pay as you just quickly scan in and out. The shuttle that takes you to the airport literally followed me while I self parked and then was whisked away to the airport. I was also given a card with my parking spot for my return trip. On the way back I just opened the app to request a pickup as waited a few minutes and was whisked away back to the lot right next to my car. I will definitely use this service again!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tonya for giving GREAT customer service. I went to Haynes location on 4/5/2021 @ 3:30am to 4/11/2021. When I arrived I took a ticket from the machine but I did not scan my QR code. I prepaid before the trip. I was supposed to scan the QR code upon arrival, but did not realize this at that time. I paid 20 dollars more when exiting, and didn't use our prepaid reservation so I called 4 /12/2021 and Tonya credited my charge card the higher amount. I called to ask for help with this issue, and she took care of the problem right away. I have been using Parking spot for 20 years and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

An excellent and highly recommended service. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the shuttle was ready to take us over to the airport terminal with no wait. Upon return, the app was GREAT in letting us know where the shuttles at the airport were in relation to where we picked up our luggage, and the little card they gave us was a good reminder where to go to meet those shuttles, no guess work, and again, prompt pick up. I do have to add this particular note: when we returned from our vacation it was midnight, after they shuttled us to our car we realized the battery in our car was dead (we left an interior light on)! Imagine a long flight, it's midnight and you just want to get in your car and go but can't. Aaah! But again, the staff were so helpful and quick to respond, they told us calling AAA was just fine but they could jump our battery in just a few minutes, which they did, and we were on our way in minutes, MINUTES! Amazing service! Even the check out lady was smiling and thanking us for choosing their location. A great way to end a vacation. We highly recommend The Parking Spot Haynes!!!

I added my payment method to the app which further simplified the check-out process. The driver was very helpful, helping me get my suitcase into the van and out when we arrived. My travel companion and her son. Had just gotten back from a long day in the air. Called the desk, the young lady who answered. Told me where to go, to get picked up. Ten minutes later, we were met by a courteous driver. Who took us to our vehicle. I didn't have any cash on me. But my companion did. Gave the driver a gratuity. He noticed a wallet on the floor, and asked it was mine. I said no. Twenty four hrs later, my companion realized. That her wallet was missing. It wasn't the one the driver had pointed out. But a different one. I called the office, the same afternoon driver turned that one in also. We drove down to the Haines location. ID cash and credit cards were still there. Its refreshing to see, that there's still honest people out there. Great company, and great service. Thank you to the gentleman driving the shuttle at 2pm.

I have used this location multiple times within the past few months (the first half of 2015). Despite the timing of my flight, a representative is always available, and someone was there to immediately do the intake on my vehicle. With an online reservation made in advance, there was very little paperwork and the process was streamlined. I utilized the valet parking service, and upon my arrival home, I was able to get a shuttle bus very quickly and with explicit directions where to wait. My car was ready and waiting for me, even with a chilled bottle of water. I would highly recommend this business / location, and will be using it again.

Wasn't expecting much, but this place was actually great. When we arrived, the bus driver followed us to our parking spot and picked us up from directly behind the car!! On our way back, I called since the flight was delayed and after 11pm, there were was a bus waiting right there, and I saw second one leave just beforehand - zero wait time. Then they gave us free chilled water bottles as we exited. So nice to find an company that actually seems to care about customer service. Would definitely use again

Used the self park option. Took a little bit to find the spot but the big yellow bus was waiting right behind me. Straight to the terminal with no stops. On return the app was great to manage expectations for pick up and we were back to our car within minutes. Convenient to the airport, this well located and secure location is an ideal and affordable option to on-airport parking. My experience was excellent. Quickly parked and as I got out of the car, the shuttle bus was behind me and waiting. I was at the terminal within 10 minutes. Returning and picking up the car was just as efficient. Picked up at the designated spot and at the lot in about 10 minutes and out of the lot in about 5 minutes.

Convenient alternative for off-site parking at Newark for a great price. Shuttle drivers are very nice and picked us up and dropped us off at our car. The only issue was that we had a shuttle bus pass us by when waiting at the pick-up spot and when I called for help, I was told that we needed to call to ask for a pick-up, which isn't communicated anywhere (I arrived at 5pm on a Sunday). Would use again in the future.

Just wrapped up my first time using Spot (Haynes Location). I was using Park Plus nearby - for 10+ years. Park plus has been getting worse the last couple of years and removed some features like drop-up that I used to value. The Haynes location is great, I get a discount from work and the valet service is very good. They have lots of shuttles running often - and the very best part is the mobile app. You can check in, pay and even locate your shuttle via the app... when you open it after landing, the valet will have your car ready when you step off the shuttle. Great first experience and goodbye Park Plus.

I park in the valet lot and have always had a good experience with the Parking Spot. They transport your luggage to the bus that takes you to the desired terminal typically in less than 10 minutes. Upon returning, you need simply to call the office phone number, and they will let you know when you can expect a bus to be arriving at the terminal from which you retrieved your luggage. My car has always been ready when I arrive at the Parking Spot and is warmed in the winter and cooled in the summer. The staff is usually nice and the experience is overall reliable and positive.

The car was waiting for me engine on with heat in car which was nice because it was frigid out. Always a pleasure! I've been using the Haynes Street location for years. Even back when it was Avistar Red. The move over to the Parking Spot was seamless. The process has actually improved. I now reserve my parking spot online prior to trip. I enter the Haynes Street location and slide my card into the machine. Someone tells me where to park and a shuttle is there waiting for me to get out of my car. They give a ticket to remind me of where I parked and they bring me to the airport. So simple! The ride back to my car after the airport is just as easy. Same pickup location every time and they drive me right back to my car. I swipe my card on the way out, pay and leave. I'll continue to use them for years to come!

I have been to this location on several occasions and have always felt it to be a very safe and secure facility. I was able to call them at their number, and even at the early morning hours, got a quick answer by a very cheerful young lady, who sent out a shuttle right away. My flight was cancelled the first night and the next delayed. I was not able to use my coupon upon exit because of the time I arrived and when I called, I spoke with Rafael who was kind enough to take care of the situation expeditiously, and with a very pleasant demeanor.

I've found this place to be much more convenient, and a bit cheaper than the p6 economy parking at Newark Ave. My group went to self park, grabbed the shuttle in a hurry, and thought we might have left a door ajar. We were able to call after landing and have them check on it. Within 15 minutes they had someone call back to let us know the car was ok, and locked up. There's always people there to watch on the cars as well. Would definitely go there again.

Easy to drop-off and pick-up car, lots of vans running between parking lot and airport, great prices compared to airport parking and round-trip taxi fare, AAA discount and coupons which further reduce parking fees: all in all, great. I drop-off my family at the airport, then park the car while they check the luggage. Upon return, I leave them at baggage claim while I retrieve the car - oftentimes, I return to the airport before our luggage has reached the Baggage claim carousel. Perfect! You can't beat parking here for short trips out of EWR. Upon arriving, I have never had problems finding a parking spot....the shuttle is at my car waiting to get me and my luggage before I turn my engine off!! We’ve never waited for a shuttle once we arrive, which is a real plus when you’re running a little behind. The close proximity to the terminal helps too. Everything works like clockwork: The arrival parking, the initial bus ride and the return bus ride all happened very easily. My car battery was dead when I returned after five days and your people were super helpful (at no charge). As soon as my hood went up in the car someone came to me and asked if I needed help. I assumed I was done with the barcode so I deleted the email and had a hard time finding it in order to leave the lot. ABC had a lower base rate per day but after fees they’re within 60 cents of each other. Easy to get to and park. I highly recommend downloading their app and using it. Knocks at least $4 off the price. Just show the QR code at the gate. Pick a spot and jump on the bus to the terminal. I like that they run more shuttles than ABC. Honestly you’d be fine with either one with a slight edge to Parking Spot.

We parked at the SPOT Haynes lot for 11 days during a vacation in Europe, and it couldn't have been easier or more cost-effective! The lot was easy to find; the shuttle picked us up at our car in the lot, and got us to the airport in just minutes, letting us off right outside of where we needed to be in the terminal. Coming home, it was just as simple: quick pick-up, a short ride directly to our car, paid with credit card at the gate, and we were on our way! MUCH less expensive than taking an airport shuttle from home (Philadelphia area) or even taking Amtrak (since there were four of us). Will definitely be using the Parking SPOT again!

I recently parked my car at The Parking Spot - Haynes. The location cannot be beat since the airport entrance is directly located near the lot. Upon returning from my trip tonight, my family was quickly picked up by the shuttle outside our terminal and driven directly to our car. The driver even put our bags right into the car without being asked. Afterwards, the exit line was long and in particular, one car was taking a long time. As we finally got to the window to pay, Aaliyah, the attendant apologized for the inconvenience and quickly helped us to exit the lot. She even offered us bottles of water as we waited. I will definitely use this location again.

Use them almost weekly and the only thing I'd like to improve is the drivers spotting me when I pull into self service and picking me up in Van. Three times in last month upon arrival, and once it was pouring rain, the van driver nor the "watcher" for new arrivals did not see me come in even though I drove right by them. I had to walk to entrance with my luggage. I seriously believe they're playing with phone or sleeping while parked and waiting. This has always happened in the 7 to 7:30 pm time period.

Shuttle buses come very frequently. You don't have to call them to arrange the buses from the airport. For valet parking, if you call them from the airport, you will see your car ready when you take off the bus. Staffs were kind and timely. The Parking Spot Haynes is the best option for self-park at Newark airport. Just park your car (tip: take a pic of the lot letter & your spot number) and hop on the shuttle. You'll be dropped off in front of your terminal. Upon return, the yellow and black shuttle is easy to "spot" and a sight for sore eyes after a long flight and picking up luggage! This off site parking location for the Newark Airport is fairly convenient and not too pricey. You may end up waiting a while for the shuttle bus to show up to pick you up when you arrive back though. You’ll trade it on the other side though with less convenience on the way home.

please check the staff schedules to recognize the guys working the kiosk right before getting to the office at the times of 2p and 9p Thu Feb 7, and 8a Wed Feb 13, I traveled with my two elderly parents, used Uber from and back to the Parking Spot, and had to come back from Manhattan the evening of Thu Feb 7 to retreive tickets I'd forgot behind on the parked car. All of the interactions with the staff and their assistance with dealing with Uber drivers needing specific directions thru the gates and to the office ... they all helped with luggage and opening doors for and escorting my parents. The only tough part is the Newark Airport has multiple "Parking Spots" so you have to make sure you're parked with Haynes. The associates are almost always friendly, the cost of parking is half of the airport even if you use the valet service. All around good company, have used them several times.

At PHL there is a van to Spot 1 and another to Spot 2 (if I remember correctly). IMO that is much easier to remember than the addresses of the lots around EWR.

i have to say i am impressed with the parking spot in haynes area i dont have to wait for a shuttle when i show up to park my car. when i land i have to look for a shuttle or you could use the app to see where is the nearest shuttle and also pay with the app for parking just a quick scan on your phone and thats it very happy

There should be more designated areas for pick when within the parking area. Walking back to the entrance to hop on a bus with luggage can be a problem.

Drop-off and pickup was quick and Parking Spot Haynes if very close to Newark airport so added time to park here was minimal. Great experience and I will definitely park here again when flying out of Newark.

Good offsite parking for EWR with much more reasonable pricing as compared to airport long term parking. Shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your terminal, fairly prompt too.

Parking rates are decent and the shuttle runs frequently so you aren't waiting to get to the airport from the lot. Arriving back you need to call for the shuttle though.

Parking spot Haynes is probably the best of the three parking spots. It seems like the most buses coming to pick you up are from parking spot Haynes and possibly McAllen. Parking Spot 2 is the cheapest but it has the least amount of buses coming to pick you up so you need to wait longer.
