I will most definitely use P&M in the future! The price is very reasonable and the vehicle drop-off, shuttle to the airport, and pick-up all went seamlessly. Marcel is a professional, courteous, accommodating, and punctual. My vehicle was unscathed so I can say with confidence the vehicles are well stored and cared for. And it was extremely convenient to have my car driven to the airport when I returned from my 11-days trip abroad in order to be able to leave directly from there to go home! Marcel gave great customer service. He responded to every text/call and gave me a great price. Please know - you are dropping off your car at a house on the corner. They will then drive you to the airport in a comfy SUV. When I got back, I called Marcel and he came and got me at JFK fast. It was like having an Uber on-call! P&M was great. There are so many big lots that charge more and dont care about you or your vehicle. Marcel was beyond nice and made sure he was there to drop us off for our 6am flight. Rather than sit in the back of an old bus, Marcel drove us in a beautiful clean SUV directly to our terminal. When we arrived back into JFK he came an got us in a timely manner and our car was ready to go. Thanks so much!

I admit I was a bit skeptical choosing P&M, rather than an big lot with a fleet of buses, like I usually do. However, as soon as I arrived, I was waved into the driveway, and I was greeted with utmost professionalism. Marcel and the other gentleman handled my vehicle and baggage with care, and I was immediately driven to the gate in a very comfortable SUV. Marcel gave me a business card and told me to call when I returned. When I did, he was back inside my vehicle and on the road within minutes. I know well that long-term parking can be the most painful process of a vacation, but I have never been more satisfied. The rates, the reviews, and the service is the best in town for a reason. Those big lots don't care about quality, because they service thousands of people daily. P&M is a small, local business which is part of the community and cares about quality work. I'll be back again.

This was my first time using Marcel because I was arriving at 3am . He was referred to me by another company I used in the past but don’t operate during late night hours. They are just as kind, pleasant and efficient as the other parking lot I used during the day. I would definitely use them again. I enjoy the fact that I am not waiting in the cold for a shuttle filled with people in the middle of the night. I have recommended these guys to my coworkers and everyone has been extremely happy.

What better compliment I could give Marcel than telling the truth, I was dropped at the airport and had passed the security check point with 30 minutes to board the plane when we realized that my wife had left the phone in the car. I call Marcel and explain the situation and within ten minutes he shows up with the cell phone...I was amazed and filled with emotion. On my way back I called and within 10 minutes he was there for me and my family. Anytime that I have to use the JFK airport I will use Marcel parking lot...Top notch guy and extraordinary service and convenience.

P & M JFK long term parking was a unique experience! At first glance, you are not sure if you're in the right place. But once you make contact with Marcel, the owner/operator, you are fully assured by his professionalism and commitment to first-class customer service. We were escorted right into his facility, he brought us promptly to the airport, and upon returning was there within minutes to bring us back to the facility to retrieve our vehicle. I will definitely return to P & M parking the next time I am travelling from JFK Airport.

My friend and I will definitely use P&M in the future! The reason I initially choose P&M is because the dropoff and pickup is directly at the terminal and not "the circle" where you would then have to catch the tram. The accommodating/professional/courteous/punctual service and price will have us coming back whenever we fly out of JFK. Marcel went out of his way to escort us to the appropriate highway to get us in the correct direction to CT with out hesitation. I would recommend P&M to anyone that needs this service. This little gem made our airport experience at JFK so much easier. Dropped of the car and they immediately drove us to departures for our airline. We received a good service. The only thing that threw us off, was confusion about how things were organized - it seemed very unprofessional, but it all worked out great! We had to put a lot of trust into this, and it payed out. We just dropped off our car in front of our terminal, and when we came back, the car was delivered to us to the terminal. Great service; don't get mislead by its unprofessional handling.

It was a great experience parking with P&M, they are very accommodating. We traveled with our 6 month old. They waited for even before we arrived at the gate. Very close to the airport terminal and very much affordable compare to other parking lots in the area. I would highly recommend this to any one who is planning to park long term or short term. Going forward P&M is my go to place for parking.

Marcel provided prompt and kind service. Parking lot was safe and even though we reserved it last minute late at night he responded and gave an estimate quickly. Drop off and pickups were fast and easy. Left at 5am and cane back at 1:00AM no problem.

Like my fisrt experience with P&M it's a amazing service, Marcel Anselme is a great professional i traveled to Los Angeles ,I had a difficulty for my return date ,Marcel called me one days before to confirm if the flight is maintain ,and I explained the case two days days after he kicked me up on time ...i recommend all travelers use the space
