Kenneth LiangClean parking lot and convenient. Prices are a bit high and are the same as the new parking lot just outside. I would only come here for the convenience.
Erica JClean, well lit underground garage. Four color coded levels of parking. Parking spaces and lanes are wide for the most part. Could use more directional arrows & signs, a bit confusing to drive around. The rates are slightly cheaper than average. The ticket machines are easy to use.

Credit card machine on the 2nd floor is busted, have to reinsert it several times. No enforcement of SUVs parking in spots marked for compact cars only. No enforcement of cars parking on the ramps, making it difficult to navigate between levels.
Denys DukhovnovEasy to find a parking spot, spatious entrance and exit, centrally located, and the parking rates are quite fair. The facility is fully automated, but if you need help, the assistance button on meters will connect you to an live attendant. There are elevators taking you to all the parking floors and the ground floor. Overall, the space is clean and well-maintained. I will definitely park here again.
Jonathan McHughA nice garage, pretty cheap too. Easy acces to Haidilao Hotpot and a short walk to New World Mall. I felt safe leaving my car there. Only issue is one of the elevators doesnt go up only down? Very strange. Multiple pay stations as well and you can pay automated at exit.

Dan SchwartzVery crowded garage with somewhat misleading signs for exiting. Otherwise it survived its purpose when in need of parking. Expect 10 min to find a spot and another 10 min to get out onto the busy street.
