Loved the location. Price was great and everyone was extremely polite and easy going. We never had to wait to get on an elevator or get loaded on a shuttle. Only issue we had was when we were trying to park a large family of 3 vehicles decided to stop in the middle of the aisle for like 15 minutes while they unloaded their bags so they could go get on the elevators. Instead of pulling in spots to unload the just stopped and caused a handful of cars to back up while we waited on them. Nothing the garage could of done about inconsiderate people. But just something that happened. We will definitely be parking at this garage the next time we cruise out of New Orleans.

I have used this garage every single time I have cruised from new orleans. Will continue to use them. Good price for parking. Shuttle you to and from Port. Nice, helpful, hard working staff load and unload your bags from the shuttle for you. The location is extremely safe and covered with cameras. I have never had a single issue here with anything, nor have I ever felt unsafe or felt my vehicle was unsafe.

Excellent! They really have it together! You'll prepay online, print (or download) your confirmation, show it at the entrance, send you to a parking spot. You'll take the elevators to the first floor porters will load and unload your bag right at the front door of the cruise terminal. Total time about 20 minutes. I've used them more rhan 5 times $12.50 per day covered

Get there early if you don't have online reservations! This garage fills up quickly. Plenty of security and other staff on site. Everyone was very helpful! I was very thankful that there was a restroom there as well. It was in a secured area, but a security member was kind enough to escort me there and back to my car to get my luggage.

It's conveniently located and a decent price, felt secure. Only down side was the attendant station is hard to find if you're a first timer. If you're coming for a cruise I suggest coming in a day early because the garage gets busy and sometimes it'll fill up really fast.

PERFECT ! When I typed the address in the GPS ... The horror story reviews popped up with it. Not sure where these came from. We returned from our first cruise and parked on level 7 ... No damage to our vehicle or anyone else's because we drove through almost every level. The staff is extremely helpful, energetic, funny, and caring.

Decent cruise parking, close to the port with complimentary shuttle. Leaving the garage and getting back to the pickup area is a bit more convoluted than it needs to be - they do not allow everyone to go back to the car but rather have one person do so and then drive back around the block to pick the others up.

Back to the Boat, Parking was very easy. Everyone form start to finish did a good job. From me checking in, parking my car, getting on the shuttle to the port. Picked up 7 days later fast, unloaded and on the road home very quickly. I will use them again and always, until they prove other wise.

We used Fulton Place for our Carnival Cruise parking and it was such a breeze. I found them online, paid the fee and printed our invoice. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by Miles, who was very helpful and informative. He gave us very detailed instructions on how and where to park, where the shuttle would pick us up, and info on returning and how to get out of the garage then wished us well on our vacation. The shuttle met us, a man loaded our luggage to the back, we had a quick ride to the cruise terminal and were given instructions on pick up for the ride back. As promised when we got off the ship our bus was waiting for us. Again they loaded our luggage, drove us back and we quickly got to our car and back on the road. I highly reccomend this team.

Great spot. Staff are extremely helpful. My friend and I were going on a cruise for a week and we parked in the wrong spot. We were asked to move but I had already put my keys in my luggage which was on board the ship. The parking lot staff told me it was fine (even though it was likely an inconvenience to them) and went out of their way to assure me that my car would be fine while we were gone. (It was.) They also made sure I got the best price possible. Great place!

The price is very reasonable for parking. They have free shuttles going back-and-forth very frequently from the port. When you come back from the cruise they will say that you need to go upstairs get your car before picking up luggage... Because luggage isn't allowed on the elevator. So it's OK for us to bring luggage down on the elevator but not when we come back? Basically they just want you to grab your stuff and leave. They don't want you to park your car there while you're walking and shopping. You paid for it so why not? I had 3 hours left of my parking, So I took my luggage backup and continued shopping. Other than that they are a pretty good parking lot

My parking choice for every cruise. Free shuffle to and from port. Be prepared to tip baggage handlers and drivers.

FOR CRUISE PARKING We paid the fee online and printed out our receipt. Once we arrived, we gave the receipt to the attendant and he instructed us where to park. There is an upper and lower area on level . . .if you have mobility issues, park in the upper area which is where the elevator is located . . . Otherwise access is by way of stairs. Also, the elevator is a little slow. But the shuttle personnel are very friendly, and efficient. Once you arrive in the lobby, they are waiting to assist you with making sure you're on the correct shuttle for the correct cruise line as well as loading and unloading your luggage. The are very appreciative of tips, but they aren't pushy and give the same level of service regardless. (They earned a good tip from us because we had a wheelchair and walker in addition to our luggage and went above and beyond to accommodate us)

After driving by the cruise terminal to drop off our luggage, we drove the 2 blocks or so to the parking deck. It was well marked and had many attendants pointing the way. After finding a parking spot, we rode the elevator down to street level, and a shuttle quickly arrived to drive us back to the cruise terminal. When we were back from our trip, we walked off the ship with all our luggage in tow to the door at the terminal that was pointed out to us. A shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. The friendly driver loaded our luggage and drove us back to the garage where our luggage was unloaded at the curb. They asked one person to retrieve the car and one stay with the luggage at the street. Once the car was pulled up, more friendly attendants put the luggage into our trunk for us. It was quick, easy, hassle free, and a lot cheaper than parking at the terminal. I would use this garage again.

It's a clean well lit parking garage with a shuttle. What I found to be an absolute value was the Shuttle driver we had on 3/12/18. Tony the Tiger she was full of energy and made the short shuttle ride a great way to start our vacation. On the way back the driver didn't greet us as we boarded.

We used Fulton Place Parking to leave our vehicle while cruising for a week. It was very easy to access and the staff was professional, speedy, very helpful, and polite. We didn't even have to lift a bag and waited no more than 5 minutes to and from the ship which gave us just enough time to use the restroom (which was tidy as well). They provided covered parking and transportation to the ship along with a price that was more than reasonable at $50 for 7 days. We will definitely recommend and use Fulton in the future.

Reserved & paid online, arrived within the allotted time on the east side of the building. Shuttles were waiting, easy boarding. Easy to find the shuttles upon returning at the pier. Would definitely use them again, beats paying $140 for parking at the pier.

Parking in New Orleans for a cruise is quite a bit more expensive than Galveston. This place is much cheaper than parking at the terminal.(about 8-10$ per day cheaper at the time of this posting) The shuttle was easy to catch and convenient. Probably less than a 5 minute drive. Everyone working there gave precise instructions on what to do to alleviate any stress or worries and they were very friendly. After getting off of the ship it was easy to spot the shuttles for the Fulton Garage. And getting back to the garage was just as easy. I will definitely park here when we cruise from New Orleans again.

We parked at Fulton Rooftop parking the week of Feb 17-24. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I made reservations online and was not questioned about the price. I showed them my receipt upon arrival and was issued a parking ticket. I was asked for the ticket upon departure and left without any problems. I made a reservation before seeing the reviews on this site. Needless to say, I was a bit worried but I was very happy with the garage. I tried to email the individual that sent the parking confirmation to address the poor reviews and they did not respond. For that reason I am giving a Very Good rating instead of Excellent. I would recommend.

We parked here for a cruise out of the Port of New Orleans. I paid for our parking months ahead of time, which saved us literally half of what we'd have paid at the port and brought a paper copy of our receipt, which is required. We dropped our bags off at the port and then drove to the parking garage and there were 2 shuttles waiting there for us when we got down stairs. If you do have to wait there's a coffee shop inside that you can grab a coffee or drink before you're on your way. We climbed in the shuttle and it took us right to the port and they explained where to find them when we returned from our cruise, which is right where they dropped us off and on to our cruise we went. Once we returned to the port, we walked outside where a shuttle was already waiting, they stowed our bags in the back and we climbed inside and dropped us off at the garage. Only issue here is they only allow 1 person to go up to get your vehicle and everyone else has to wait with the bags. Overall they're very quick and efficient and I will definitely park here again for our next cruise.

I was not initially impressed, however, I have now changed my opinion. First, the reason I was not impressed. The blatant, almost demanding demeanor of our shuttle driver as he informed us that he only works for tips and we should "do the right thing" by tipping him "a few dollars". Tips are gratuities, not obligations. If you want to charge me for the shuttle, call it a fee, not a tip. Now, why I changed my opinion. These folks handle an unbelievable volume of people and cars on embarkation/debarkation day. They have this down to an art. It's very fast paced, reminding me more of New York than New Orleans. They have attendants curbside to help you load your luggage after retrieving your car from the garage (they do not allow luggage in the elevators and only one person my go to retrieve the car, others wait curbside). The attendant that loaded our luggage into the car, was in a huge rush. Inadvertently, he left out one of my small totes. We did not realize it until we were 9 hours down the road, unpacking our car. I called them, frantic, and after being gently asked to wait until the next morning when Lost and Found opens, we could do nothing but wait. The next morning, they had located my bag, took it to Fedex, and arranged for it to be send home to me. I was really impressed that my luggage had not just "vanished", but was kept safely locked up until my call. Excellent job guys!! Thank you!!

Used the garage last year for cruise. Intend to use it again this year. Parked on the roof. Great price and super nice people. No problems except you can't take your bags up the elevator so it was a little confusing but this year will be better.

If you're looking for cruise parking, this is what we chose. The price was right and we had covered parking for our whole cruise for less than anywhere else. We had something that looked like asbestos that had fallen from the ceiling into our car because of the rain, but there was no damage. The whole garage is covered with that spray insulation (not really asbestos I bet). Anyway the shuttle back from the ship was fast and comfortable. Well planned route, etc.

It's not as convenient as parking at the port itself but it is a whole lot cheaper. We paid $65 versus the $100 that the Port if New Orleans wanted in order to park in their structure. It's just a few blocks away from the terminal and there are shuttles that run just about every 5 minutes. The garage is nice and even has a little cafe in it (it was not open on the day that we were set to cruise out) that's super cute.

I have parked here twice and not really any problems. Very narrow parking spots. Just left there on Sunday. Cars were parked everywhere making it almost impossible to get out. If I go on a cruise again out of New Orleans I will pay a little more to park somewhere else.

Great place. I paid online and printed the papers and when I got there, just showed the lady and went up each level. So many cars parked there and it's very safe. Would recommend to anyone. Just dropped my luggage off at the cruise terminal and then drove there and walked back. No luggage lugging necessary!

We have used offsite cruise/airport parking in three different states on the SE coast. We have never met a friendlier more professional bunch of young folks than the folks at the Fulton street garage. I cannot say enough good about the friendly and very professional service these folks provide. On entering the garage the lady took our reservation slip and told us she would have someone meet us at our parking spot to get our luggage. The young man was at the parking spot when we got there. He loaded our luggage on cart and met us downstairs at shuttle bus. Loaded the luggage on the bus and away we went. On return the bus was waiting at door 1 for us and back to the garage. Luggage set on sidewalk while I went and retrieved vehicle. Pulled up next to luggage and it was loaded in vehicle before I could say "Boo". Will use this place every time we cruise out of NOLA>

I don't like that they will not allow you to carry your bags to your car now, in their effort to force tips from you. Let folks handle their own bags, if they wish. It's a safe place to park. But beware, its only for cruise parking.

Parking at this location was affordable and convenient to the cruise terminal. You could walk, if you wanted. They offer a free shuttle though. All the employees work for tips, so don't forget to bring cash.

Car survived a 4 day stay so that is good. However, we were given one rate on the phone before arriving then was told it was a much higher rate upon leaving. My wife argued with them for awhile then finally agreed on something in between. Feels like classic bait and switch.

Leaving for your cruise is a breeze, but when you return they will not allow your luggage on the elevator. You have to stand outside. Today it is cold outside. I am standing inside now. If I had gone on this cruise by myself I would be very upset!

Parked here for the MOMS BALL at the Sugar Mill three blocks away. Only $30 here compared to $50 on Conv Ctr Blvd. Cash money into a numbered slot. Tow truck hovering for cheats. This lot has two gates, so in-and-out is convenient to the different one way streets on both sides of the lot.

I parked there a couple of times and it was everything ok. From 8 up to 12 hours, it costs $20. It is in front of the Ernest Memorial Convention Center. The garage has many floors (4 at least). So, it is hard to believe that one may have problem to find a free spot. I recommend it.

Pretty pricey but right across the street from the convention center so can't beat the comfort. The checkout machine at the exit malfunctioned though, didn't take my credit card and ate my cash, but there are parking attendants on site that can be summoned with the intercom and made it right.

We used Fulton now without issues for two cruises. Quick shuttle service for pickup and drop off. Cheaper rates if you’re ok for the roof and you can prebook online.

Be prepared upon returning from port. You are not allowed to take your luggage back up to your vehicle. You must wait in the street with it while someone else in your party brings your ride down to load. Everything else was great.
