It's at a great location.. Near flight pick up. Spots are tight and not a ton of them. It can get over crowded quick and there is no restroom nearby. It is a convenient option and free if charge but with an area growing like Nashville, it would be great to enlarge this area.

Too few spaces (50-ish) for what is becoming a major destination airport. The spaces are too narrow for larger vehicles like pickup trucks, so they often infringe on other spaces, making those unavailable. And getting in and out can be a challenge with the flow of traffic in. A reworking and expansion of this lot is critical, if BNA doesn’t want to become known as a ‘problem airport’.

I... ummm... can you even rate an airport's cell phone parking area? Small spaces, tight turns, but right there... Adequate, I mean... come on Google, you can do better than this.

Very convenient. Easy to find. Great idea to have at an airport. Takes about 30 seconds to get from the cell phone waiting area to the terminal (both arrivals and departures). Only complaint is the parking lot is a little small for being such a major airport. That being said, I've never gone through and not been able to find a spot. It's been close before, but I have always found a spot. Reading over reviews it appears there was a second cell phone waiting area added. Not sure where exactly that second one is, unless it's the one I'm thinking of and I don't know where the original is.

This is hit or miss with how packed it is at times. Great location but it is such a small parking lot, spaces are too tight and folks just don’t know how to park right.

It does provide a temporary place to wait for an incoming flight, and a positive, no cost. Negatives...No shade, no restroom. With the current flight delays I, had to circle 5 times, and wait here for an hour+.

The wait staff was amazing. I had the vegan artichoke pizza with a bellybutton sweat IPA in a smoked and chilled glass. She had the tofu Buffalo wings and a side of dandelions sprigs with an artesian water chilled with all natural ice. Then, we realized we were in a cell phone lot at BNA waiting to pick someone up. It's. A. Parking. Lot.

Wow! I get to review a cell phone waiting area! It was freaking amazing! Look. If you are waiting for a plane to land, there is possibly no better place than this cell phone waiting lot! And get this. While there, you can use your cell phone! OMG. I surfed the web, was playing online games, I think I may have even ordered some small clips for my pool pump timer from Amazon as I waited. Seriously. I imagine one could do even more there. I’m looking forward to some return trips. In fact I’m thinking of buying a random out of state stranger a ticket to Nashville so I have a reason to return and use this lot again! On a negative side, there was no room service unless you specifically asked for it (I assume). Also some of the other customers that used this cell phone waiting lot actually backed into their selected space (nothing is assigned). So if you have any self-doubt, lack of confidence in driving in reverse, know that there’s some flexing going on. It ain’t like Plant Fitness. The easily intimidated may want to Uber in. Just a suggestion.

It wasn't bad. It was kind of small kind of a lot of traffic there perfect there but other than that it was OK nice parking fairly easy to get out of and get back to the airport to pick up your people.

Usually end up here when picking someone up from the airport, normally don't have a problem finding a parking spot but I can see in the future they might have to expand it was pretty tight this last time and we were all parking along the curb

Great to have a free waiting place ahead of picking up arriving passengers, and then just a couple of minutes drive to the pickup point outside Baggage Reclaim!!

It's a basic cell waiting area. Just 2 min drive to the arrival lane.. convenient.... Only issue is it's not that big, so many a times parking lot gets full easily

Perfect! Can get crowded, of course but, if you arrive early before the flight it's a great place to do just as you wanted. Stay in touch with person to whom you are waiting to pick up. Saves so much time and money

Strange reviewing a parking lot but I'm old enough to remember having to orbit the AIRPORT waiting to pick up a passenger. The fact that they provide a lot to wait, free, is very accommodating. It's relatively small but I've always found a space. Once your passenger has their luggage, it's a very short drive to the terminal. We'll done BNA.

There are two cell phone waiting areas at the Nashville Airport. Both are convenient to the terminal when your parties have arrived. The parking area is about 30 seconds from the terminal so make sure your guests have all their bags and are waiting at one of the two pedestrian Islands before you leave the cell waiting area. A tip is to have your guests go to the island farthest from the terminal and while staying on the pedestrian island, walk in the direction of incoming traffic so that they are waiting in the least congested traffic. Note...short term parking is available from the parking garage if your guests need your help in the terminal.

Great place to wait for flights to arrive. The lines need to be repainted so cars only take up one place. It is an active lot and sometimes cars can't park due to parked cars in two spots.

Lot is right off exit 216A and clearly marked. There is adequate space to park and wait for your passenger to call for pick up. Don't pay to park!

The lot is way to small and right next to one of the streets to go to the entrance of the airport and when car pull into the parking lot they often times stop in the middle of the street. BNA fix this please cause I use it alot and I could only imagine the anxiety for those who are not familiar with the flow of this airport

Makes picking up at the airport easier, but something has to be done about the flow of traffic. Only room for one way and everybody gets confused and crazy. Needs to be fixed and it would help greatly

It's really tight and tends to be packed. this makes it somewhat hard to get in and out of the parking spaces, especially because there is only one entrance.
