This is the nicest parking ramp I have ever been in! It is HEATED, attached to the skyway system, and in close proximity to the Orpheum Theater. It was very clean and I felt safe there. Did I mention it is HEATED?! Huge plus if you have to park in downtown Minneapolis between November and April! It’s HEATED. :)

I've parked here for 5 years and have never had a problem. I would highly recommend this ramp. There is extra security. It is heated. Staff are helpful and friendly - many have been there for longer than 5 years.
