At arrival to the lot, we were immediately greeted by a driver that showed us how to check in with the QR code, and then shown our spot to park. The shuttle driver was amazing…my husband has some disabilities, and we had quite a bit of luggage. She helped us get all of our luggage into the terminal. Upon returning, we had received 15+ inches of snow, and the driver was an absolute rockstar. I was by myself so she shoveled around the car and even helped get a lot of the snow off my car before she would leave!

We used Park 'N Fly for our last two trips and both times all the employees made it easy and were incredibly helpful. This last time we had a mishap and needed a locksmith service. They recommended a local service, were empathetic, and even the drivers who saw us waiting stopped to make sure we were alright. It's cheaper than airport parking and service is top notch.

The drivers we had were amazing! They did a great job getting us to the airport and back to the lot when we came home. The drivers were friendly and helped with loading the bags. They were focused on identifying people coming into the lot and made sure everybody got picked up in a timely fashion. I will definitely use this company next time I fly.

Park 'N Fly lot is in an easily accessible place. The drivers of the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at our car and loaded and unloaded our bags at our car and at the airport. The driver who dropped us off at the airport asked if it was our first time doing this and when we told him that it was, he gave us directions to get from the drop-off point to the check-in area and how to get back. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next trip, partly because Park 'N Fly made it so easy to get to and from the airport.Thanks for a great experience!

Provided the customer service excellence of presences and attentiveness. We parked our Lexus there for one week, shuttle bus was right there at our car to pick us up. When we landed, they were already at the airport pickup to get us. When we got to our car, it did not start and they were able to help jump start it for us. Your people are the best. I had a problem with my qr code to enter the garage and your driver, a very kind lady, calmed me down, got me in the gate and met me at the car. At the airport she gave me words of encouragement. I was so thankful for her. When I got back to town, I still hadn't received my qr code, wasn't able to exit. I interrupted 2 ladies on their lunch. Once again, this lady was gracious and helpful and I was on my way in minutes. Thank you so much!!!

The employees were courteous and professional. Everything ran smooth and seemed flawless. They were on time, helped carry our luggage and dropped us off right at the vehicle after a long day of traveling. We were provided with complimentary water as we left. What a great touch!!! Nice to not have to deal with parking and finding your car. They are fast and efficient and takes as much or less time than parking in an airport lot. Also cheaper! I like how they watch over my car and even knew I had auto started it before they came to get me. Hardest part is following the signage in the airport to ground shuttles, but that is not their issue.

On Monday, July 4th at about 10:20 PM, the women shuttle driver who picked us up at Terminal 2, was FANTASTIC (I didn’t get a chance to catch her name but she said she was working through the night). She was funny, kind, respectful, helpful, and acknowledged my 18 month old daughter who was exhausted from a day of travel and ready for bed. She also noticed a suspicious individual walking around the exterior and looking at cars, while dropping off the guests before us in the uncovered lot. She made a point to stay with the guests until they were all packed up and safely in their cars, while also radioing dispatch to let them know where to look for the suspicious individual. I appreciated that she made safety a priority. I know the other guests on our shuttle were also very appreciative of her above and beyond customer service too.

All staff are absolutely service oriented and are happy to help EVERY single time. On one trip I had left my keys on the shuttle unknowingly and discovered they were gone only when I returned. The shuttle driver picked me up and made sure I stayed with her for safety until a locksmith could arrive. She brought me to the office for a snack while I waited. In that moment the office manager suggested we look at the lost and found keys just to be sure, and there they were! They took care of me that whole time like I was a friend. I feel like I don’t have to worry about a thing if I start and end a trip with Park n Fly.

I had paid for covered parking but when I arrive on Monday afternoon all spots were full. I had to park in the ramp but uncovered. When I arrived back at my car from my trip, Tina listened to my issue and acted promptly. She was very professional and truly cared about my issue. So easy! Ride was there right when we got there! Only had to wait a couple of minutes for the shuttle back. Would highly recommend having a reservation thought as they are very busy but also because it was extremely easy to scan my QR code in and out.

Pick up and drop off right at our car - friendly yet professional driver. At the end of our trip we had a glitch with the exit due to our own error and the attendant came outside the booth to walk us through - at 1:30am! Very impressed overall and will definitely use Park 'N Fly for all of our trips! I've already shared our experience with our family!

Jamaica provided wonderful customer service this week for me and my 86 year old mother! Returning from WY at 1:00AM we were tired and Jamaica provided us with a bathroom and even a bottle of water! How kind and thoughtful of her. I will definitely use this service on my next flight!

Staff is incredibly friendly! I was once "forgotten" by multiple drivers who perhaps did not see me ready for pickup to MSP. The driver who did pick me up was upset I waited so long and was trying to get to the bottom of it as he transported just me to MSP because he felt so bad I had waited for 30 minutes! I have always had incredibly kind drivers and that is one of the primary reasons I return time and time again as a customer. I also love the prices and discounts available through online booking. I love that I can park in a garage for an affordable price. I also love the perks of filing tires or jumping a car in the event it needs it upon return. I have recently discovered the great ease of not having to manually extend a reservation and just paying the difference upon exit. That reminds me- I LOVE that I have never had a technology issue upon entry or exit and that truly saves an unexpected delay or headache.

Have been parking here for nearly twenty years. Good value compared to the airport ramps and easy to earn free days. Usually get picked up at your car within five minutes of entering the lot and generally the shuttle is there on return.

Thank you SO MUCH to the crew at the Bloomington Park 'N Fly that worked the night of December 6!!! Our truck wouldn't start and the driver and office gal went out of their way to help us make arrangements to get out of the freezing cold and get the problem taken care of!! We arrived at midnight in the middle of a blizzard that had been raging for days since our departure from MSP. I was concerned about our car being buried in snow and our ability to extract it since it is only two wheel drive. I need not have worried. The shuttle driver jumped into action as we pulled up behind our car. He grabbed a broom and swept a foot of snow from the rear windshield, the roof and the front windshield and hood of the car. Then he moved the shuttle van and pushed our car backwards from the space into the driveway. After extracting us from the snow he later saw that we were confused about the exit and stopped to again give us some assistance with how to get the the exit. We couldn't possibly have expected better service than this. Our thanks to that driver and to Park and Fly. Merry Christmas

So easy to get to off of I494. Very fast pickup, and I've yet to meet a driver who hasn't been friendly and helpful. Much cheaper than airport parking, and a lot less walking! Will use every time I fly!

Short Version: - Easy to find - They operate at all hours - They give easy to follow instructions on where to park, how to get to TSA, and how to get picked up - Friendly and alert employees - Gives you a card with your parking spot number on it so they can drop you off right at your car when you come home Long Version: We showed up at a crazy time, 3:30 am. Yet, at this time, there was a gentleman there that was wide awake & respectful, who greeted us and gave very easy to follow instructions. He told us where to park, we parked there, and then the mini bus pulled up. The driver was a woman who seemed also very alert which is good to see in someone who is driving. She gave me a card that had my parking spot number on it, and then drove us to the airport. She also gave very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to get to TSA from the drop off point as well as where to go to get picked up. When I came back from my trip, I walked out to the pickup spot, and there was a Park n Fly bus waiting. I hopped on, gave the driver my parking spot card, and we left immediately. He dropped me off right at my car and all was well.

I forgot an important item on the bus when I got off. By the time I realized it (5 minutes?) the driver had already turned it in to lost and found. The driver, the lady in the payment booth I talked to first, and the lost and found/security guy were all super friendly and helpful.

I have had used park n fly multiple times and each time i have seen the pickup at Garage as well as at Airport was uneventful. Drivers were very courteous. I see no reason not to recommend them. Paperless reservation (barcode on phone) and receipt (pdf on email) are additional add on benefit. Saving trees :)

We were picked up at our parking spot in the parking lot immediately after parking and transferred to the airport. When we returned we went to the meeting spot for the shuttles and a shuttle was there waiting. We were transferred back to our car with no waiting. No complaints, every one we dealt with was very courteous.

The staff are amazing and go above and beyond! We returned from our Orlando trip to Minneapolis, and the first shuttle driver carried my heavy bag for me. Then, when we reached our vehicle, I found that the battery had died. I called for a tow, but had to wait, and a second shuttle driver stopped and asked if I needed a shuttle, and I explained my situation, and he offered to jump start my vehicle. He ran, in the 90 degree heat, to his personal vehicle to get a jump pack, and helped me get my truck started! I offered him compensation, and he declined, gave me a hug, and continued on with his day. You don't get that kind of service these days, and I wish I would've gotten his name, but the date we returned was August 19th, 2022 around 4:30/5 pm, so thank you, from the bottom of my heart to the MSP Park-n-Fly employees that were on at that time. Remarkable workers you have, park-n-fly, you should be proud!

The drivers were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to assist in getting our wheelchair into the bus. They dropped us off at the departure doors, to minimize the trip in the wheelchair. They picked us up at the arrival door by baggage claim for the same reasons.

At the entry gate, we were told where to park. We didn't have to drive around looking for a space. The shuttle bus was there to pick us up as we were still unloading the car. On the return trip, the shuttle dropped us right at our car. And we saved money!

My experience here was fantastic. We weren't at our car long and the shuttle was there to meet us and pick us up. It was like magic! Super friendly drivers both to and from the airport and a quick response when we called to be picked up. I will use this service each time I travel from now on! I pre-booked my parking reservation and it helped me secure a spot as the parking lot was quite full. My flight was delayed and the driver was prompt to pick me up once I called them. In addition, there were no extra charges as I didn't exit at the original time during booking. The drivers were very courteous.

I parked my vehicle at your MSP location, and wanted to recognize the driver that picked us up from the airport. It was around midnight, and she helped us with our bags and car seats. Additionally, she overheard us discussing our daughters birthday (she was turning 8 at midnight) and the driver gifted her a bag of skittles to say happy birthday! It was very sweet of her and it made my daughters day. Her daughter just turned 8 a few days before so we had that in common. Working nights is tough when you have an 8 year old at home and it was very kind for her to do that for my daughter. We will definitely use park and fly again! The bus number was 1037.

Love the loyalty program and convenience of being close to the airport. Only downside is that if you’re running stupid late (like I am sometimes) you won’t have time to park at Park ‘N Ride and then take a shuttle to the airport; you’d have to park at the airport itself (good freakin’ luck!!), then shell out 200% more at least in parking fees.

Had a trip back in February - flight landed around 10:30pm - even 15mins early. Ended up waiting for AN HOUR for a shuttle - called multiple times and there was confirmed a shuttle on the way - when the shuttle did arrive - there were 30-40 people waiting and not everyone could get on. A second shuttle showed up right behind it and still wasn't enough to accommodate everyone. Weather played no factor as roads were clear of ice and snow - it was just cold. In the time waiting for this shuttle there were 5 other ParkNGo yellow busses that came and went to get their passengers. Used to be a 5 star operation when I was a kid but now the only benefit is that there is the option of covered parking. My mother also had a trip in March and ran into a similar problem with shuttle capacity. When I got a callback regarding the survey I was emailed - the problem was blamed on not having enough drivers. Which I understand - however at the same time, can't be used as an excuse or justification. Offer better pay? better benefits for your drivers? Update July 2022: Had to use ParkNFly again due to ParkNGo not offering covered parking and was expecting some t-storms while I was out. Service was great - picked me up from my spot in the ramp within 30s of me parking. When I returned there was a shuttle pulling right up to the offsite shuttle area right as I was exiting the airport. Much improved. Docking 1 star since the bus smelled like cigarettes or pee or something not sanitary. Much improved from February.

We really appreciate having the nature center right there because you can get back to your car and then go for a quick walk in the woods to stretch your legs between flying and driving. Had a horrible experience with using the Way app, and ended up parking here. The manager cut us a deal since the Way app was a scam. Our vehicle was also dead when we arrived since one of our kids left a light on, but they provide a service that can unlock your vehicle and can jump your car also. Shuttle services were prompt, clean and very close to the airport with great service! Would highly recommend anyone parking here.

I like that you have covered parking and that you pick up your customers at their vehicle. The app is nice but it wasn't very clear how the process worked. When we parked we didn't know if we were supposed to let someone know where we were, fortunately the shuttle just showed up magically. Someone happened to be in a shuttle leaving as we were pulling in, not only did he make sure to tell us where an open spot was - he turned around and picked us right up so we wouldn’t have to wait for another shuttle. On the way back the driver was there waiting, he helped us load our bags and unload them at the car. He probably would have loaded them in the trunk for us too but we didn’t want to make him do that! Always incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Could not have had a better experience this time around. Keep up the great work, see you next time!

Had to fly out of MSP for an emergency. As my luck would have it, Steve(manager) was working the gate when I pulled up. He answered all my questions in depth and gave me instructions on where to park. I ran a hotel valet service in Washington DC for several years and know a little bit about customer service.. My experience with Park 'N Fly was second to none. Great staff, competitive prices, and frequent shuttle service! I will be using their services each time I fly out of MSP. Oh yeah.....make sure to reserve your spot...they fill up quickly.

It's easy to get to and from airport. One improvement could be a central drop off and pick-up at the facility. When returning to the facility the shuttle drops each passenger at their car while others wait on the bus. There are some of us who would prefer to walk from the main entry and save that time.

My first time ever using these type of service. Usually I’ll have people drop me off so I don’t necessarily need to park my car at or near the airport. For my flight departure, it went very well. I was able to get on and off the shuttle without any problems. The driver was very helpful. Help me with my one and only small luggage. On my return, I checked directions on my itinerary. It didn’t state that I have to call for a pickup. Like I said, this was the first time ever that I use these type of service. The direction just tells me to follow the sign and go to the silver parking. I saw the Park and Fly shuttle. I ask the guy if it’s the right shuttle to get on and if it’s the silver parking. He says I’m on the wrong one and that I should take the yellow shuttle. So therefore I went over to the yellow shuttle and I ask the same thing. The guy there rudely says yes. So I got on that shuttle and apparently, it was going the wrong direction and unfortunately I was rudely told that I’m on the wrong shuttle and should’ve took the white and blue shuttle. Altogether, wasted 20 minutes of my time. Had to go back,make the call (this time to the number on my itinerary) and got pick up to go to the correct place. I would’ve given a five star but because of the poor direction on the itinerary and the driver directing me to the wrong shuttle, a star is lost.

I love the valet service and the Frequent Parker program. I only use the valet service, so I can not comment on other services that Park 'N Fly offers. In the winter, my car is ready and waiting for me with the heat on and parked inside the structure. The shuttle is always waiting or arrives within 5 minutes to transfer me to the airport both to and from. I also enjoy earning free days when using my FP-Rewards Card!

It was very convenient. It was my first time using the Park n Fly, I was afraid I would struggle to get back to my vehicle. They give you a slip of paper with your parking spot number, (don't lose the slip of paper.) To leave just rescan your parking pass. The longest wait was when I flew back into MSP and I had to wait for a bus to get back to my car. My wait was less than 30 minutes. Overall I give this parking option a 10, next time I will try the valet feature. Thanks Park n Fly!!!

We came back on a red eye flight and I called to be picked up and the staff member that answered told us where to go for pickup and by the time we arrived the shuttle was there waiting . My one complaint is that I purchased a Groupon for this service when I called to ask how to redeem it I was told the lot was full that week, but when I went online I was able to make reservations for the week I was told it was full which kind of made me upset.

Returned to MSP, and prompt, friendly driver helped us with our very heavy luggage. Upon arriving back at PNF, our car would not start. We were able to sit in a warm lobby while waiting for a drive to jump us. The battery was not the problem, so we returned the next day to fix the problem. The attendant at PNF was very helpful. He also did not charge us for bringing our second vehicle into the ramp and did not charge us for the extra day of parking because our car didn't start. We are repeat customers and will use PNF again in the future.

Extra long wait time in sub-zero temps standing by our car lead to a more unpleasant experience than normal. Upon returning the line was long for the shuttle back as well. A shuttle would pull up and dozens would sprint to it to try and get on. If you weren't fast, you had to wait a long time in the cold to get back to your vehicle. I'll take an Uber next time and skip the hassle.

I am still very perplexed as to why the valet option does not show up for the MSP site when I try to register online. Plenty of people were using the valet service. Also I do not think the website is correctly calculating the discounts when booking online. When I called to get help through the reservation line the excuse was that the website was being updated. And yet when the person on the phone calculated the cost using the 15% discount I'm supposed to get as a Premier Parker it still wasn't correct. I finally gave up and ended up paying more for my parking then I think I should have.

My wife and I were unsure at first. It seemed like an extra step in travel that could cause a potential missed flight. We were incredibly wrong. The experience was quick and easy. Pulled right in, scanned our code, parked, and got picked up 5-10 minutes later. Right from the car! On the trip back, we were picked up with perfect timing! Didn't even have a chance to sit down. We parked outside, and being in Minnesota, it was freezing. So we're definitely considering garage or valet next time around if it's a winter travel.

Typically the buses pick you up right at your car shortly after arriving at the ramp. The drivers are typically very friendly and helpful with your bags and the ride is pretty comfortable getting to the airport. The cost to park here is much lower than airport parking. UPDATE: The company contacted me and made it right, I'm not sure if they were very busy and running behind or what happened. They did fix it, and that should be said as well. Thank you. I made a reservation and paid in full $92.38 for a week stay for outside parking, there was no spots open once I got there, once I finally figured out where to leave the car, service was smooth to and from the airport. BUT at the time of leaving I was charged AGAIN for the week stay $116.22, I have sent an email and called more than once with no response back to get a refund for either charge.

The location is close to the airport and the shuttle picked us up at our parking spot within a minute of removing or luggage from the car. Made certain we had our parking spot number by driving back to it, writing it down and giving us a card with all info we needed for our return. Very much worth the price. (I used the 'WAY' app for a flight/parking a week prior, waste of money, they are 3rd party and over book parking spaces at various locations. If you use them, you are taking a chance getting a spot, no security, and if your flight arrives too late, no shuttle.)

The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy! I purchased Park ‘N Fly online and saved some extra cash. DON’T TAKE THE TICKET at the door! There’s a sign that state not to. The attendant at the front was very helpful, told us where to park, and told us someone would be there to pick us up. Once you get in through the gates, all the signs help to navigate you and provide clear instructions on what to do next. Our driver was nice, friendly, and efficient! Going forward I'll choose this over airport parking. You can pre-pay for covered or uncovered parking. The shuttle to pick you up is almost instant. I could tell from the drivers radio that they have cameras that monitor the cars coming in and where you park so they send the shuttle right to you. The shuttle driver also let's dispatch know when the are full and exact location of any passengers he had to leave so that another shuttle would be on it's way.

Good first experience. I'll try this place again, without a doubt.The pickup at the ramp to go to the airport was pretty good. We waited about 5-8 minutes for a lift. When we returned to MSP, we were picked up almost immediately at the airport. The app has a nice "COME GET ME" button which seems to work well, but the bus got there right after I hit the button. You really can't beat the price, either. Booking online is a nice feature (I did it in the car as we were driving to the ramp). The scanner at the gate for the bar code worked fine for me (I know others have complained about it). My only complaint currently is about the Park N' Fly website and app. Neither are terribly user-friendly on my Samsung mobile device. The interface was difficult to use, and it didn't seem like the app and the website had the same data for my account (for instance, I didn't get credit for my ride toward my loyalty rewards).

After our trip to Vegas, we came back to sub zero temps and our car's battery was completely dead. The shuttle drivers were prepared with jump starters and made several attempts to help us however our battery was just too dead. STEVE (manager) was so amazingly graceful, he let us park overnight for no extra charge and we came back the next day with jumper cables and got the car started. I was flying with my daughter and 2 small grandchildren. We were picked up at our van and wonderful lady actually told us to go ahead and get on the shuttle and she would get our things. She helped us get a cart for our luggage, car seats, stroller once we got to the airport. Our return was almost as good. The man who picked us up was just as helpful. The only thing negative I can say is I was given a slip to call once we arrived back, however I also received a text message that said that I could just text once we were ready to be picked up. I had texted and it kept asking me to enter what Terminal number I was at even though I had already texted which terminal. So the text messaging feature although nice to use if it worked like it should. It was little frustrating, but all in all it was a great experience and I will for sure use Park and Fly again and I would also recommend them to anyone I know.

Easy to use! Luke, our driver, was very personable and chatted with us about our trip on the way back to our car. We also had an issue with my car battery being VERY dead when we returned home from our vacation. Luke jumped right on it and quickly got a battery pack to help us jump it. Each time we have used Park n Fly I have forgotten that I need to scan my prepaid ticket when I enter parking. So each time I leave, and scan the ticket, the system says the ticket can't be found. Each time a wonderful, kind, helpful employee has come to help me. I can't tell you how much it means to me to be helped by someone who does not get annoyed or upset that I messed up, especially after a long and tiring flight. Your employees are the best and I think that I have finally learned to scan my ticket on entry! Also, I so appreciate the immediate pick up by the shuttle. It was easy, fast and affordable to us. We live about 40-50 minutes from the airport and in the past have had friends drive us and pick us up in our van, or used an Uber. Using the Park N Fly was the same or less than the Uber and did not burden family or friends with early morning drop offs or late evening pick ups and no rush hour traffic for them. We used the MSP Park N Fly in a panic earlier in 2020 when we were running late and feared an Uber might not give us enough time. An Honest to Goodness Business! Due to Allegiant Airlines cancelling a flight last minute, a family member had to drive to Minneapolis last second to catch a flight on a different airline. I reserved parking for him at Park and Fly MSP. It was an easy online transaction and I had everything my brother in law would need when he arrived. Unfortunately he was unable to make it to the Park and Fly location. The staff there didn't have to help me outside of their clearly stated policy, but THEY DID! Good price, and pretty convenient. Convenience is, unfortunately, limited at present, due to the construction around the airport. It added a lot of time on a late night to have to drive around the entire airport to get back to our cars. More significantly, the reservation confirmation email told me to go to parking brown level to catch the shuttle, which was apparently the old pickup spot.I ended up in an empty and, honestly, scary parking lot by myself in the middle of the night. After calling for pickup, I had to call back to get the proper location. When I explained that the email was wrong, the dispatcher brushed me off. The new pickup location is also more inconvenient, as you have to take the shuttle train to get to the pickup lot. Please fix your email formatting, so your customers are directed to the correct pickup location.

I've never waited more than 10-minutes at the airport to get back to the lot/ramp. I've never had any issue with the condition of my vehicle upon my return. I will always use Park "n Fly!

Great experience with customer service. I was double charged after booking online at a lower rate only to be charged full rate upon exit of my stay. I emailed them and was issued a refund immediately. That is the kind of piece of mind you want in that situation. I will definitely use them going forward.

It is a great place to park your car when going on vacation and can't arrange another ride. Much cheaper than a taxi or parking at the airport. But if you don't get to your car at the time you say you're going to be leaving the parking lot, you'll get charged. My flight back home had been delayed multiple times due to weather and I had to pay an additional $18. I don't think it was fair being charged for something beyond my control.

Everyone is helpful and courteous and knows your time is valuable so there is none wasted. I am picked up inside of 2 or 3 minutes from the moment I park and I have never waited more than 5 for the shuttle at the airport end of things either. Very personable, very respectful and very efficient. I know my car is safe and I am whistled right to and right from the airport curbside. No walking for miles to and from the car and the airport terminal. It's worth it!

Very accommodating to our family including my handicapped Mother. They gave us a complimentary valet service to the airport so my Mom could get there safely. When we returned they did the same and were there within minutes. I highly recommend this company and will use them every time I fly out of the cities!

Our shuttle driver told us to "take our mask off and breathe" despite the airport requiring mask use and Park 'N Fly's marketing and signs on the shuttle encouraging people to wear masks. Sad to see them not take a deadly pandemic seriously. EDIT: I received a call from a manager at this location. Based on the call I had with them, this was not an acceptable experience to them either and that masks are required while on their shuttle (as their policy states and required by the airport.) While I'm not sure if I'll use them again and the experience itself was unacceptable, the response I received has given me some reassurance that this was a one-off and not standard or acceptable procedure in their view either.

Excellent service, as always. However, they went over the top when our Delta flight was delayed over 5 hours. I always prepay my parking and they did not charge us any extra when we left. It was very appreciated.

I was a little concerned about wait times because, you know, it's 2020. But I waited about 1 minute for a pickup in the parking lot, then about 10 seconds in the airport when I came back home. I'm sure a little luck was involved. Also, Tonya was very friendly and brightened my day at 5AM A couple minor things I didn't like was return shuttle driver was a little curt and there are hidden fees in the online booking process.This is my first time with Park N Fly, and I've done Park N Go as well. Both had good experiences.

After being way 3 days of double digit blow zero temps, my car wouldn't start. I called the number on the local location map to make sure a AAA service vehicle could get access... The attendant sent a driver with a charger pack. He knew his business and had access on his phone for details specific to my vehicle. Was wise enough t o realize that due to the length of time the car sat, it would need "a few more minutes". Allowed me to wait in warm shuttle for 3 cycles until it started. I was on the road before AAA even had time to book my request with a servicer.

This service is really convenient and reasonably priced! The driver picked us up at our car and wrote all of the info down for us so we didn't have to try to remember where our car was upon return. My only regret is that I didn't have any cash to top the drivers, who were both very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this service again.

I have been a loyal client of Park 'N Fly for for over 15 years. The website has always been easy to navigate for my reservations. At the site, the ground employees are friendly and helpful. The Shuttle is normally at the car a few seconds after parking or before I get my luggage out of the car. The Drivers are always helpful with baggage getting it on and off the shuttle. They are always courteous. On the return from the Airport to the parking facility, it is a rare occasion that I wait 2 or 3 minutes before the shuttle arrives. In most instances, it is waiting in its predetermined area at the airport. When leaving the facility, the Cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. As I prepare to leave, I always appreciate the Cashier's thanking me for using Park 'N Fly. I highly recommend Park 'N Fly for "Car Sitting"

This was my first time using the Park 'N Fly and it was excellent all around. The rate was more than reasonable, I had no trouble getting to my plane on time, and on the return trip, I could not be more grateful for the gentleman that was driving. Not only was he super kind and prompt, but when we got to my car, it was snowing and there was a good bit of snow on the car. He took the time to get out of the bus and scrape the snow off of all my windows and doors! Totally above and beyond for a park and ride airport parking lot. Thank you guys and the whole team for running a fine operation. Will definitely visit again!

So convenient! I was not expecting a shuttle to pick me right up at my car in the ramp. And on the return home, dropped me off at my car but the driver also helped me with my bag and put it directly into my trunk. Such service! And on top of that I had friendly drivers and a great group of folks to ride with. This is my go-to for airport parking hands down.

Really appreciate how quickly they can get you to terminal 2. We usually fly Southwest Airlines, and the pickup and drop off are great! Beware: the bus drivers drive like it’s a game of Grand Theft Auto!

always the most friendly and personable drivers. they joke, give recommendations, load and unload baggage. And they pick us up right next to our car......then they drop us off right next to my car also! Easier than onsite parking!--and of course cheaper. Never more than a couple of minutes to wait for a shuttle! Shuttle only goes to one lot--no traveling around for 30 minutes!!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful with our bags and stroller. During our last trip, we were in a big rush and when we left our car, we didn’t realize it, but we left our car window down. The facility manager, Steve, took it upon himself to tape plastic up around the window to prevent our car from getting soaked during a big thunderstorm. We were extremely grateful for their proactive and considerate care.

Service was very prompt. I parked my car in covered parking and before even getting out a bus pulled up right behind my car. The driver got off and put our luggage on the bus for us. The bus ride was a very short distance and we were dropped off at the terminal we needed. Service was also very prompt upon arrival back in Minneapolis. We didn’t even wait 2 minutes and the bus was already pulling up. When we got back to my car the driver pulled right up To my car and loaded our luggage in the trunk for us. I booked online and check in/check out with the bar code was a breeze. My car was parked for 4 days in February with zero issues. I will definitely use them every time I fly out of MSP

My driver on Monday evening, January 14th, around 9:25pm, was very helpful in getting my ticket to help me exit through the property’s gate. I loved he was playing Christian music during my commute to the parking lot. Great customer service- A rare find in “services businesses” these days!!

Shuttle service is also excellent, drivers are friendly and always helpful. Valet service is very well coordinated, my car was running and waiting for me in a secure area when I was dropped off next to it by the shuttle. Can't say enough good stuff about PnF, Kudo's to everyone working there, you all take a lot of hassle out of traveling!
