I don't understand why people pay to park in here on the weekends? It is FREE. Even though the meter will let you it don't mean you HAVE to. If you want to throw away money send it my way! Free after 8pm Friday until 8am Monday. People pay to park places on weekends events. Pay to park in the garage on londonderry lane. But it is FREE here.

Decent place for parking, reasonable rate. Just don't park on the roof because homeless people tend to congregate there and have no issues stealing items from your car

We always park here when visiting Manchester especially during concerts. Always available parking and free on weekends.

Nice garage with plenty of parking, spots are pretty small and lots of cars and trucks are large and take up more than one space. Other spaces are super tight and you risk getting your car scratched up. Plenty of pay stations to pay for your parking, just make sure to pay before you walk out.

The parking structure was easy to navigate, and there were plenty of spaces available on the Saturday I was in town. Paying was a bit confusing at first, but quickly figured out that you enter your space number and ore-pay at a self serve kiosk you pass while walking out of the structure.

Zero Limits Offroad

Great parking garage for centralizing yourself to alot of downtown attractions. Keep in mind it is posted that parking fees are only enforced Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. Save yourself the aggravation and read the signage people :)

Nice, easy in/out parking garage. Also has the benefit of having the parking office for Manchester on the bottom floor. One block off downtown and easy access to Baked, Margarita's, etc.

It’s exactly what you would expect... a place to park your car. Now that they’ve done away with the gates and added the ticket kiosks, it makes it easier to get in and out.
