Ok for a parking garage but it needs work. Poor signage, non-working elevators and crumbling stairs need to be addressed.

It's a parking garage. Though subtle state of disrepair in areas, most notably the permanently busted elevator.

Convenient location, clean and easy to get in and out with a credit card. A bit pricey, $16 for the day.
