Has wifi. A great place to park you car. at night downtown Los Angeles and you won't have to worry about anything happening to it!

Paragon was perfect for our stay ($20 a day) in the Sheraton two blocks away. The lot attendant even shamed me for not wearing a mask (he yelled at me to not expose myself in public which was pretty funny and I totally commend him for it). Easy access at all hours, high level of flexibility and when I made a mistake and paid for the wrong day, they credited it immediately and promised not to tow away my rental! Only downside was a bad smell in the stairs, but hey this is downtown LA we're talking about.

Decently priced. There's usually a security personnel around parking areas monitoring and feels safer than the other Paragon parking lots around downtown LA. They might want to upgrade the pay machine, seems to have been subjected to severe wear and tear and the buttons don't work well sometimes.

Amazing customer service (yep, they have it) Got immediate and detailed answer to my question from the VP of the company. Apparently it is family owned. WHO KNEW there would be 'customer service' from a PARKING garage!?! For that I'd give TEN stars!! I will park in this company's parking lots from now on. They have several locations. Hey, if you have to park and PAY you should at least feel like you are not getting robbed and are cared for.

Fair price for parking. It's about $10 or more a couple blocks away. Close to the Broad Museum, The Wells Fargo Complex, The Walt Disney Performing Arts Center etc. Pro Photographer Tip: The Very Top Level is great for taking photos of the Disney Concert Hall. Very Clean and minimal obstructions for that perfect photo. Just a couple of palm trees etc. you don't have to worry about people walking into your shot.

24 hr Parking that for whatever reason is cheaper than the outside parking. It smells like a urinal and the person takes ur money, gives, a ticket w/both sides still attached, and says nothing.??? But my car was good when I came back to it soooo hey.

Parked here for my last trip to the Library. $20 for the day. You do need to enter this street from the west as it is a one way street. Very friendly attendants and very rapid service.

Good price on this DTLA garage. $10 flat early bird rate, which you're not going to beat in this location. Tight little garage but no risk if you are careful.

The supervisor for Paragon parking answered the message that I left on his cell phone and returned my call, to assist me and make sure I gained access to the Amazon locker in the b level of those towers.

Let me tell you: it's not expensive for a town central parking, but how is it that we were all trying to find a cashier? Gone with the wind but never at the office.

Typical downtown parking lot. Wasn't as expensive on a weekend, if you're going to jewellery district, than might be one of the closest.
