This service was the best!! It made getting in and out of LAX super easy and convenient!! I forgot my purse in the car during my departure flight,; called the service and was told they'd call back. A few minutes later the service let me know that the driver was waiting for me at the end of the terminal. These guys are THE BEST!! My daughter left her laptop in the vehicle and it was still there when we returned!! They are professional, courteous, and HONEST which is hard to find these days!! Thanks LAX Valet!! I highly recommend them if you want a fast and easy way to get in and out of LAX!!

This was the best thing we’ve ever done for traveling! I travel with my partner and 3 young kiddos and having someone meet me to take the car right from the terminal, and then again right from the terminal when I arrive, is absolutely life changing. It is worth every penny and takes the stress out of travel. I will use them every single time but hands-down recommend. Their communication is amazing, and they were on time. Actually, they were there before me every single time and that made all of the difference.

This was my first time using LAX valet and I will HIGHLY recommend using them. Excellent customer service! Damien Mario (valet driver). Has perfect communication, friendly but still professional and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. The truck belonged to my daughter & son in law and I was flying out of LAX this morning but my daughter etc.. were flying back to LAX and was picking up the truck. So it's so easy and convenient to meet the valet, at the terminal, her unloaded it bags, and I handed him the keys. My daughter and family came back to LAX at she the valet driver brought the truck to the ARRIVALS/baggage claim and they left. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and definitely will next time I'm in CA

So glad we decided to try this service. We were traveling with our toddler and needed a way to make drop off and pick up as smooth as possible. LAX Valet service was prompt, friendly, and simple. They arrived within 10 min time frame as promised. No more stress looking for parking and dragging luggage all over LAX. This curbside valet service is top notch!

Incredible service that makes every trip to this chaotic airport feel just a bit smoother. They're always on time, make booking super easy, and I love the ease of communication via text. I've booked in advance, and also at the last minute when I'm running late. It's super easy to book once they have you in their system. They're open 24/7 and they've been waiting in for me with my car for flights that have gotten in as late as 2 am. Not ideal for long trips because they do charge daily for parking, but for quick weekend trips out of town, this is often cheaper and faster than an Uber to and from the airport to my home, and only marginally more expensive than services like The Parking Spot while being way more convenient.

These guys did great! It was awesome being able to take the car right to the terminal before flying out, especially having two small children. Only hick-up was on the return. Prior notice to pickup return your vehicle in the departure flight area. For someone that has never flown LAX, it was a little frustrating. But I would definitely use this service again in the future.

Fantastic service and communication! We pulled up, and they were waiting there to unloaded our bags and take the vehicle. Coming home, they timed the delivery so that we could claim our bags first. Once we were outside, we waited for no more than 20 seconds before our car pulled up in front of us. They loaded our bags, and we were on our way. I'll definitely use them again.

Great service! Wow! From the time we got our luggage to onto Sepulveda was maybe 6 minutes. We will be loyal users from now in. The dropoff and the wash were also flawless! Great communication start to finish. It really seemed too good to be true but it is as good as advertised!

This is a really great system. The airport is a nightmare and these guys are on it they have it wired and they know how to navigate. So appreciative for their cool attitude and solid work ethic just pay attention to your phone and they will communicate and get you in an out

I was in a huge rush to catch a flight and I was able to make a reservation while I was driving to the airport. A valet person was at the check-in area right when I pulled up. It could not have been any faster or easier! The pickup was right outside where I claimed my luggage, was seamless. Five stars, highly recommend!!

What a great alternative to parking and waiting for a slow shuttle, or Ubering. They were at the terminal waiting for me both when I arrived and returned. Right on time! I just pulled up and gave them my keys at departure, and they handed me my keys and I drove off at arrival. It was all pre-paid online and they texted with me to confirm times before my flights. Super easy. Well worth the money. You can even tip online (although I gave them extra in person because they did such a great job!) I definitely recommend them.

It was my first time traveling with three kids under the age of 5 back in July. Needless to say, I was nervous thinking of moving through terminals, checking baggage, and dealing with the chaos of security. We booked the Skycap and fast track vip concierge and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The valet was waiting at the terminal before we even arrived- they unloaded our bags and set us on our way with their contracted LAX employee- from then on it was seriously smooth sailing. We did not lift a single bag, we were escorted to the front of EVERY line, and there was no waiting, no hassle or chaos at any point. The woman escorting us even asked to stroll around my then 1 year old throughout the airport. You never know when booking a service online if it will meet expectations...not only did this meet my expectations, it exceeded them. If you are on the fence, im telling you now, BOOK IT! It made the stressors of traveling through LAX virtually nonexistent.

I can't recommend this service enough. Traveling with a toddler is full of stressful unknowns - worrying about where and how to park my car at LAX wasn't one of them. The staff at LAX Valet service was very communicative, kind, and helpful. I can not praise this service enough. It has made my LAX experience so much better. I have a large family and being able to simply go to the departure level, be met by a valet, have our bags unloaded and walk to our gate is priceless. It saves so much time and hassle.

I randomly stumbled across this company whole searching for lots online. LAX raised their parking prices this year and it's an expensive Uber to/from my house to LAX. This Valet service proved to be the best solution for the price. It was more affordable and extremely convenient. I was very impressed to say the least. I texted them 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal and they had a valet guy waiting, who just took my keys and left. I literally dropped myself off. Then when I returned, I texted again and they pulled right up with my car and off I went. Great service, highly recommend it!

My flight was changed last minute and instead of flying out of SNA. I was flying out of LAX. I called as I rushed to the airport, they met me at the terminal, took my car, and the ONLY reason I made my flight is because of this amazing valet service! I should note that I was traveling with two large checked bags, two carry-ons and two Sphynx cats, and just me. They were incredibly helpful with my bags, and my cats, both when I dropped my car off, and when they met me at the terminal to give me my car. I will definitely be using them again and believe this is a hidden gem! How did I not know about this before? ?!

This was my first time using the service and it was fantastic. The price is very reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. I ended up dropping off my car almost an hour early and picked it up 6 hours early. The staff were so accommodating and made it very easy on my end. This is my new favorite option for LAX parking.

When my return flight arrived, I texted the contact while I was in baggage claim, and my car was ready for me exactly when I needed it. They also did an amazing job detailing the vehicle. Seriously one of the greatest things. Drive to your terminal. Someone is there to collect your car. Then when you arrive, text them from baggage claim, they drive your car to you and you go. It is the best and about the same price as that parking spot place or similar. The guys are super friendly, and incredibly great service!

To say LAX Valet Service is a lifesaver might be the understatement of the year. I have never experienced this level of service parking at LAX in my life. I usually avoid taking flights from LA because of all the hassles that come with this airport, but LAX Valet made my worries disappear. I texted when I exited the freeway and a Valet was already at my terminal waiting for me. I was running late for my flight and this service was so fast and easy I made it to my gate with time to spare. Getting picked up was just as easy and my car arrived shortly after I getting my luggage from baggage claim. Great communication, speedy service, and friendly Valets at drop off and pick up. What more could you ask for? I wish I could give them 10 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is the best service ever. Not only is it in and of itself THE way to go for shorter trips from LAX, but the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I even called them to inquire, the book, an hour and a half before arriving at the airport. Faster than when a friend picks me up coming back and same on the way out! The prices are perfect- I hope they never change and I will tell everyone about this.

We booked online about two days before and parked our vehicle for 6 days. I chose the package with a detail so I won’t have to worry about cleaning the car when I got home which come out great. Everything was so easy and smooth by the time I got to the airport they met me right next to my terminal and soon as I landed you send a text and your vehicle would be out front with them by baggage claim. Traveling with kids - always late - our family was in a bind when heading to LAX for a thanksgiving vacation to Hawaii. There was no way we were making it to long-term parking, 15 min shuttle to the terminal, ticketing, baggage drop and our gate with 2 carseats, 4 suitcases, carry on bags + 2 kids. We had to make moves fast so we googled valet services and booked with LAX Valet Service within 15 minutes of arriving. We showed up to the terminal, Walter was waiting for us, helped us unload our bags, took our car and we were off! When we returned, the car was waiting for us immediately after we left baggage claim - freshly vacuumed as well. LAX Valet Service saved our trip from going downhill right at the start. We can't thank them enough!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I have two little kids and we had a ton of luggage, including stroller, car seats, carry ons and such. Therefore I didn't want to take an uber or use an offsite parking lot and arrive by shuttle. I had about 12 pieces I needed to keep track of so, to be able to drop the car off at the terminal was a game changer. When we arrived back to LA, they met us at the luggage carousel and helped pull our luggage, took it to the car, which was waiting right outside, and they loaded it. Worth every penny!

I was able to get the kids in / out the car and husband received help with our luggage. Highly recommend and even with no kids you don’t have the hassle of waiting to know what shuttle or where to go. Not even expensive when you compare to what you would pay with shuttle. This Valet service is amazing. Depending on the length of your trip and how far you are from the airport, it can be well worth it and a minor difference in cost. And then you have the leisure of driving to and from the airport with no parking or shuttle hassle. They are accommodating, great with communication and polite. Great service overall! Highly recommend this service. Perfectly on time each time we have used it. It is a definite luxury however we really would pay about the same using Uber with no hassle of crossing the airport to find them...and nothing better than curbside service and being in your own car within minutes of landing.

Valet was waiting for me at the curb when we arrived and was there in only a few minutes to bring us our car when we returned. Only suggestion would be to tell customers to go to the upstairs departure area for pick up (easier/faster) beforehand instead of when I texted that I was ready for my car. this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I quite literally asked 10 times if they were sure it was that easy? It sounded too good to be true. But nope, it was perfect. Coming from home, I came to my terminal, put my hazards on for my car, and seconds later this nice man came and took my keys from me, and pulling my luggage out for me. About 2 minutes later, I walked in the door that was only 10 feet away from me. It was like the most vip experience ever HAHA. Coming home with a delayed flight, I texted the number that I landed and about a minute walking out of the building, Mohammed was there with keys in hand, put my luggage in my car for me, and I was out in 2 minutes. I will ONLY do it this way. Flying is stressful, especially in a really busy airport. But getting to my terminal took literal minutes. I’m so impressed. I will never try anything else because this was across the board perfect. They are trustworthy, punctual, kind, helpful, and communicative! I genuinely cannot express how amazing this experience was. My friends and family will also only be going through LAX Valet Service! (Pretty sure it’s because I kept repeating that it was “Chanel” parking). Such a great, stress-free, and smooth experience. Pulled up to the terminal, our valet driver was outside waiting and I handed off my car. From there, the next rep was on standby and handled the entire process for my Wife and I, from luggage handling, to check-in. Very impressed with this service. It was super easy and the most convenient parking I’ve ever done at LAX. Pulled right up to the terminal and their driver was waiting for me and took the car. On the way back I made it from airplane to sitting in my own car in 35 minutes and that included going through passport control and waiting for my bags. Pro tip, if you are arriving at International, go upstairs for the pickup. There’s usually way less traffic on the departure level.

This is the first time that I have used this particular valet service at LAX. I have used the other valet service at LAX where You pick the valet up and they drive with you to the terminal. I wasn’t sure how this experience would go but, I have to say that I preferred this service because I didn’t have to share my cramped pre-and post airport car ride with a stranger. Also this is a little bit more than just a Valet, they helped me get my bags in and out of the car and were stealth, profession, fast and their communication is excellent.

Randomly found this place on google since JSX in LAX has no valet. So glad I did. I travel often and either Uber or use Wally park at LAX but this is just on another level of service. First of all they are so attentive, answer every call and text immediately. Nice people. A true luxury. Costs a bit more then park and shuttle, but makes the LAX experience manageable. When we arrived at the Delta terminal, the valet was waiting curbside. Literally saved the day! Was going to miss my flight and they took payment instantly over the phone, met me at my terminal 20 minutes later, and safely took my car to be parked. My husband left his backpack in our car and they then drove our car back so he could get it in time. I was also able to schedule a different person to pickup my car with just a text message. LAX Valet service really saved me, last minute, when I was in a jam. LAX in undergoing parking structure renovations leaving very little long term or short term parking. I discovered this while arriving to LAX with 45 minutes until my flight left. I frantically called LAX Valet and they saved the day, showed up in 10 minutes, took my care at the terminal and quickly registered me. LAX Valet Service even detailed my car while I was away. LAX Valet Service is a must have excellent service when traveling out of LAX. They turn the LAX experience a positive one when usually I hate flying out of LAX.
