I mean, it’s a good parking lot.

It's a giant parking lot but it is very chaotic and when someone had a heart attack a fire truck & ambulance was there, no one helped direct track. It was just insane for my graduation.

It is free for students this semester. Just go there with your student ID card. Swipe it at the entrance. That is your gate pass. You won't need to swipe it on your way back. It is also opened to everyone around 5pm and during special occasions. Another free parking spot is the Jack Stephens Centre. It has it's time too but pretty open almost always. The University of Arkansas at Little Rock did good with this idea.

Open parking for UALR students which is closest from Business, EIT, ETAS, SCLB building. But very tough to get parking in the morning even just after 9.00 am. If you arrive before 9.00 am and after 11.30 am then you can expect some space over there. Otherwise parking 13 East will be better. For parking here need to have UALR parking sticker.
