Reviews of Virginia Avenue Garage
Attended a Pacers game. Event staff were friendly and made flow of traffic easy for all vehicles.
I have used this garage for parking for work and never had problems.
A tad confusing to get in/out of but the quality of the garage is great and having the bridge so close is amazing on cold winter days!
Parking Directors very kind helpful easy access into Concert Event and no problem immediately finding parking nor remembering where car was parked! 😊 Great Concert Gainbridge Saw Elevation Worship 🤣🙌 full house Amazing Evening😊 …
It is hard to find the entrance but everything is hard with driving in downtown Indy. I was pretty stressed trying to find this so my daughter could go to a concert. I am from a small farm town. So I pull up and I was telling her I was so stressed just trying to find a spot to park close so my daughter and her friend could be at the concert while I just hung out in my car. I wasn’t wanting to stand around with my arthritis. And my daughter and her friend are still young to me. The lady at the booth (Jennifer) was so sweet and helped me emotionally. Thank you Jennifer!!! You deserve a raise or a bonus for your kindness and hospitality in this busy city. Merry Christmas!! May God bless you this Christmas and many more in the future!!! ❤️
Easy in and easy out for our trip to Indy for a concert.
Enter garage via all 3 lanes on Maryland.
Walkway to Pacers stadium still under construction 4 months after 2021 season started.
Not only does this cause a wet, cold walk to games but the street traffic causes a slow exit onto Delaware. Don't exit on Delaware and use Maryland exit instead while walkway unavailable.
$20 for parking weekday game.
Ignore lane signs for surface parking as that economical $5/$6 option no longer exists.
Great direction by employees. Good price ,easy in and out
Access to Bankers Life (Gainbridge) Fieldhouse was easy, and if you're using I-65, traffic is diverted directly toward ramp access after events. It was a breeze in and out.
Well organized for events, easy in/out, and plenty of parking. I always use this garage for fieldhouse events because of the sky bridge connection.
Easy In , Easy out. Close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Reasonable rates. Felt safe walking to and from venue Will definitely use again.
Best parking option for Bankers Life. Here's what to expect: Event parking on a weeknight listed here on Google as $15 and $6 rooftop. Event parking was $20 and signs say there is no longer $6 Rooftop Parking - it's all $20. Same price everywhere else so can't complain. Google maps directions to the entrance is wonky but we got there. The staff made it confusing when pulling in but again, figured it out. We ended up on the roof and it took us 30 minutes to get out of the garage after a Pacers Game.
Nice parking, usually has spaces available even during big events. Not a terrible walk to the various event locations. The lower level is parking for the sheriff's office, so I would like to think that makes it a relatively safer area. Only downside is that they raised their prices for the last event I went to.
Best garage to park in for Baker's Life parking with connecting corridor. It was $15 for event parking the night the night we went. Google directions said turn right just before the garage but really you should go straight and there is a lane that takes you the entrance on the other edge.
Garage is nice enough. They love their orange cones, and the elevator is sketchy. I've never been stuck in it, but I've been close, I think.
Bit of a walk to Indy's convention center, but well-priced - takes cash or card. A bit dicey to return to at night, I definitely wouldn't walk around there alone.
SAFE Indy Pacers game day parking. Well lit, trash AND human waste FREE, a rarity for Indianapolis, especially in downtown!
Nice place to park
Good parking for pacer games. Lanes in and out with cones are way to tight.
Have your credentials ready the late night parking attendants are extra rude and very unprofessional had the police called on me several times for inquiring about parking space
I haven't parked there yet, but there's a nice view of the city from the top level.
The only place I park for anything at Banker's Life. Prices not too steep and very well organized for entry and exit.
Nice parking structure. It was easy it get in and out .
Decent prices and convenient parking for Bankers Field House.
I found it a little difficult to find exactly where the entrance was to get into the parking lot.
Great staff! Very friendly and professional, especially during events!
Difficult to find an enteamce, but I liked parking on the roof
Plenty of parking and I have worked there
Quiet area. I'm sure it can get busy.
I love the garage but the staff is typically very rude
Close to everything and plenty of parking.
Don't park here unless you have to.
Straight forward pricing and a secure feeling.
It's a garage
Very easy to get into and out of
Its a typical parking garage.
OK place hard to find though
Park here for every smackdown
Good place to park downtown
Sometimes difficult to get out.
Just ok
Elevators are an adventure.
Good
Great downtown parking
Easy to use
Great parking.
Easy access
Its a parking garage
Little expensive
Great parking for Gainbridge, easy to get in and out. Big enough for trucks.
