Standard parking garage. Clean. Convenient to Indiana Statehouse (not right next door, but short walk). Had space available upon arrival at 10:30 AM. Sign said exit to Skywalk to adjacent hotel on next level, but that exit door was disabled (see pix). Inconvenient, annoying, and potentially a safety issue (no egress from garage stairs on that level).

FYI, looks like the roofing on the top floor stairway exit is halfway off. Just trying to avoid a potential water leak.

I work there, so I go there 3 days a week. I don't know what to really say about it but it's clean all the time and I never have problems there.

Best parking for the convention center. It was raining on both set up and tear down days (naturally). The skybridge on the third floor to the convention center was a lifesaver. Secure parking area. Pricing is steep, but to be expected for downtown. It has strange horror movie lighting where the lights don't come until you walk near/under them so the entire garage is dark especially if it's cloudy raining. As others have said the signage is a sparse and confusing, but once you figure it out it's easy. Proximity to the convention center trumped all of these random inconveniences.

Great for events at LOS if you don't mind walking a few blocks. After big events like the Big Ten Championship game, this location is ideal as you pay going into the garage so there is a fast flow out after a big event. The entire garage is available after 4:30 and on non-event weekends. Then parking selection is even better than for giant events where the state employee-portion is not available.

Usually this place is only $8 but since there were multiply events going on it was $20 instead. But every parking garage around the area was also $20+ so we said screw it and just parked as close we could to where we were going. Parking spots are quite small and cramped. It was a muggy day and the stairwell had no venting whatsoever.

Unique garage here. Even has restrooms containing World Dryer Model A hand dryers!

Parking is decent. Never have any problems with the elevators or stairways being dirty or out of order. My only issue is that sometimes unsavory characters hangout at night which isn’t great if you are working a late shift. Also the religious or marketing people always stationed outside isn’t great either. Not sure either of these things can be fixed by the garage though.

Great place to park for going to an Indians game at Victory Field and the price is reasonable compared to other options. I do think the exit procedures could be improved as even though I prepayed, I had to scan a barcode to leave and wait for others to pay. Seems like there should be at least one dedicated exit lane for those who prepayed.

Parking was fine, but definitely the price was raised for the events going on. It was disappointing to have to pay $30 in addition to cost of tickets and eating downtown. Bad impression for visitors.

Was staying in jw marriott. Parking was right beside it and half the price of the hotel parking. Even a walkway way from parking to the hotel. Perfect. $25 for 24hr

Good place to park for an Indians game with a 7:05 or 7:15 start time. Most IGC are gone by the time fans pull inside.

It's mainly a state government employee parking garage. There is public parking in #1, but good luck finding a spot after 9 am on a weekday when the legislators at the State House are in session.
