Parked here for the second time after a good first experience, and the second time did not dissappoint. Parking is in a big garage which is easy to find. You might need to look for a while to find a spot. But on the other hand, if you book a little bit in advance , there will always be space. Parkingspots are big and the shuttle service is good. The bus leaves at set times, so keep in mind you might need to wait a bit. But the bus is quick and comfortable.

Bei der Abholung des Autos findet man ein Schild am Automaten, wonach man sich irgendwo melden kann, wenn der angezeigte Preis mit dem vereinbarten Preis nicht übereinstimmt, was meiner Beobachtung nach bei jedem der Fall war. Da man den Verkehr nicht aufhalten will zahlt man den höheren Preis. In meinem Fall 39,- € statt 34,- €. Faktisch wird das Unternehmen erst einmal vertragsbrüchig, man darf sich aber, wenn man noch nicht nachhause will, dagegen wehren. Auto op 19-12-2015 geparkeerd. We werden snel en veilig naar de luchthaven gereden. de chauffeuse was zeer behulpzaam met koffers in en uitladen. Door haar werd duidelijk aangegeven waar ze zou staan als we 03-01-2016 terugkwamen. En inderdaad een chauffeur stond met de shuttle bus op ons te wachten. Onze vlucht had 1 uur vertraging maar dat vond deze meneer niet erg. Wel was het irritant voor de chauffeur dat mensen blijkbaar al 2 uur eerder geland waren maar niks van zich hebben laten horen. We werden weer gewoon veilig en snel teruggebracht naar de parkeerplaats. Waar we ook weer netjes geholpen werden. Zeer goede service. Wij zijn heel tevreden en zullen jullie zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.

Wir hatten dort im Sommer geparkt. Es ist gut zu erreichen. Es war wirklich sehr voll zu dem Zeitpunkt und wir haben in einer der oberen Etage geparkt. Die Fahrt vom Parkhaus zum Flughafen verlief ohne Probleme der Bus kam pünktlich gemäß Fahrplan. Der große Bus war trotz der frühen Uhrzeit (4 Uhr morgens) komplett voll. Es war also eher Glück, dass alle mitkonnten. Die Rückkehr zum Parkhaus vom Flughafen war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nachts mit mehreren Personen gewartet. Es waren keine Informationen zur Abfahrt zu finden. Irgendwann kam dann tatsächlich einer, im Parkhaus angekommen ging es dann damit weiter, dass nur einer Automaten zum Bezahlen mit Karte funktionierte. Aber na ja es eins der günstigeren Angebote, bei das Auto nicht umgeparkt wird und man den Schlüssel behalten kann. (Translation) We had parked there in the summer. It's easy to get to. Leicht zu finden, freundlicher Mitarbeiter, große Parkflächen, gut dimensionierter Shuttlebus mit vernünftigen Abfahrtzeiten. Der Preis hat aber negativ überrascht. Anstatt 29€ hat es plötzlich 34€ gekostet. Wir waren nur ne Stunde(5 statt 6Uhr) vor der angegebenen Ankunftszeit und vielleicht ne halbe Stunde(20 anstatt 19:30Uhr) nach der angegebenen Abfahrzeit. (Translation) Easy to find, friendly staff, large parking areas, well-sized shuttle bus with reasonable departure times. But the price was a negative surprise. Instead of €29, it suddenly cost €34. We were only an hour (5 instead of 6 a.m.) before the stated arrival time and maybe half an hour (8 p.m. instead of 7:30 p.m.) after the stated departure time.

Parkhaus ist in Ordnung, ein Parkhaus eben. Größtenteils video überwacht, Aufzug vorhanden, die Anfahrt war gut beschrieben, das Parkhaus gut ausgeschildert und leicht zu finden. Es gibt einen kleinen Wartebereich, das Shuttle hat uns zum Terminal C gebracht. Die Koffer haben wir selbst eingeladen, Hilfe bekam man von anderen Mitreisenden, dem Fahrer stand der Sinn nicht danach. Das Shuttle an sich war geräumig und sauber. Die Fahrt dauerte nicht lange. Leider gibt es einen festen Parkplatz für das Shuttle, so dass man nicht dort hin gebracht wird wo man abfliegt. Ist aber auch nicht übermäßig dramatisch. Wofür es hingegen Punktabzug gibt ist die Rückfahrt. Da begaben wir uns gegen 10 vor 2 zum Parkplatz, sahen dort auch ein shuttle, der Fahrer wuselte ums Auto herum. Als er uns sah und wir ihm zu winkten hatte er es plötzlich sehr eilig einzusteigen, auch als wir direkt am shuttle standen ignorierte er uns und fuhr in Windeseile davon. Selbst wenn er nicht zu unserem Parkplatz gefahren wäre, hätte er zumindest nicht vor uns flüchten müssen und uns sagen können, dass wir noch abgeholt werden. Also empfinden wir die Fahrer im Nachhinein eher als unfreundlich. Zweitens haben wir über 40 Minuten auf das 30-minütige Shuttle gewartet .. Es gab also eine Verspätung oder eins ist gar nicht erst gefahren. Also nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man es eilig hat oder auf einen Anschluss angewiesen ist. Auf ein pünktliches shuttle ist leider kein verlass und es wird auch nicht gesagt wann genau die shuttle fahren. (Antwort war am Telefon nur "alle 30 Minuten" , was bei den mindestens 40 Minuten Wartezeit schon mal nicht sein kann) . Aber wo wir grade beim Telefon sind: Die Dame ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allgemein sind wir mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis zufrieden, wünschenswert wäre mehr Pünktlichkeit oder feste, kommunizierte Abfahrzeiten.
