The staff was great, parking not so much....no validation on the parking good thing i had the $5 i didnt know until leaving that it cost and was only there for 1hr and 20 min....the mall parking cost less...

It's okay for a place to park your car near the hospital

They have that system where you can pay as you are going to your car or as you drive away. I've found that if you wait to pay until you're leaving the garage, there's about a 70% chance you won't get charged anything.

Difficult to find place to park. Once inside there are few indicators to assist with orientation to the hospital. Personnel at entries and exit. Not sure if anyone is monitoring garage activity. Clean of trash. Can enter hospital without going outside. Must pay cash at station before leaving hospital or credit card at either exit or pay station. Valet service is available if you wait in line. I took photo of my car and set google where I parked.

Don't know too much about this hospital, but I had taken someone here for what I thought was surgery. Drove 3hrs to get here, Spent my whole time in the cafeteria waiting for this to be over. Couldn't find a decent outlet to use to charge my phone. Food sucked in the cafeteria and was high priced. Also dirty tables and never saw anyone come clean tables the whole 3hrs or more I sat there. Couldn't tell you much about the rest the hospital. Haha but the cafeteria sucks. So pack your own snacks and drinks or bring outside food.

I cant say enough about IUH. They saved my life. The GI unit Dr Lehman and the Pain Clinic with Dr Wellington is better than 5 stars. I have been going there since 2002. In short I have a Pancreas problem and its getting worse. They are doing everything they can and they have done everything they could. I have recommended this hospital over and over. Nice clean and the staff for and with these doctors and hospital are amazing. Smart and caring. They actually care about you your concerns your problem and your time. Im so thankful for this hospital. This review is jyst alittle way for me to say Thank you to them.
