Reasonably close to everything, opens to well-lit trail. Easy in and out. It's a parking garage, not much else to describe.

Decent garage, left vehicle overnight 2 days in a row without any issues. The entrance smells like urine coz of the homeless guy that is always there at the entrance yelling at passers by.

Avoid this garage when attending events. Event ends and you can’t get your car out. 15 minute grace period from when you pay for your parking at the pay station, before you get to the exit of the garage your grace period has expired. During an event there will likely be an attendant though, let them know you paid and don’t double pay (keep a receipt from the purchase station if possible).

I always park at this garage when I am downtown and have always had a great experience. It’s well kept and clean and the location can’t be beat.

Great location in the center of downtown. If you get in before 9am, parking is a little cheaper. Price is low relative to the other parking garages around the circle. You can pay with cash or card. There's also an elevator. During afternoon rush there's a guy who helps direct you to easily exit and get onto the street.

Great location for the symphony. Rude employees. My husband is disabled. He had his placard with him. He was told he couldn’t park in handicapped designated parking places because he doesn’t have a wheel chair. In the 13 years of disability, we have never been told this one.

Excellent parking lot, especially for Hilbert Circle Theater. There's a covered walk across the alley and right to the Theater lobby. Garage is maneuverable even for larger vehicles, such as an Astro van. Pricing was also very reasonable on the day we visited.

Great place to park most of the time. I would review higher, but a nearby hotel uses this garage for valet parking cars...the valets can be seen literally running to cars and they drive somewhat dangerously to park as quickly as possible. I joke with my other coworkers that also park there that my next accident will be in that garage with one of the valets.

Convenient access and proximity to many great locations. A favorite place to park for Pacers games or concerts at Banker's Life Fieldhouse. Have been traveling here from out of state often and always feel safe and secure parking at the Express Park Garage!

I have a reserved space. It would help if the spaces were wider as to more easily enter and exit your space. 2 way travel is dangerous as many don't get its no "Fast & Furious" as there is always a near accident on every turn or trying to "thread the needle into your space. A real lack of common courtesy from drivers in this garage. Skateboarders of the roof are frequently problematic in the evening.
