Reviews of Car Park 2 Addenbrooke's Hospital
Beautiful building and very well maintained. Excellent layout with suitably sized spaces! The staff in the ticket office are also very helpful, ensuring that I got the best ticket for my stay at The Rosie.
Can't wait to whisk our newborn home with us tomorrow!
Well sign posted. Staff very helpful. Clean. Plenty of spaces during my visit. Feeling of unsecured as plenty of notices around with theft of catalysts. Didn't put me off parking there. Had discount as I had appointment letter to show staff member on ground floor they then put discount on your parking ticket. Was there just over and hour, total cost £4.85. Including discount. Didn't fancy the park and ride service this time. May consider next time.
Arrived here at 9:35am today and need to drive 7 floor up to find a parking lot. So if you go here, be sure you spare 10 mins to find a space. If you have appointment at Royal Papworth Hospital, please bring your appointment letter and have the ticket stamped at the hospital reception. Then you can get the patient daily rate at £4.1 / day
Great service and very helpful! I recommended parking your car at Babraham Park and ride. Then take the bus only 1 stop.
Pricey as you would expect and spaces are tight. It's big enough and there is always space even if you have to go up 8 floors.
2 elevators and stairs. Reasonabley quick to get in and out.
Lots of handicap and electric car parking.
Easiest car park of the all to use, even if you have to walk through the hospital.
Very tight parking bays, so be mindful and prepared for door scratches. Customer service staff is very helpful though. If you're visiting for referral appointment etc, just show up the letter at desk on ground floor and they do convert ticket for discounted rate without fuss, so do that before paying up at the machine.
Nice and clean for a car park, spaces are of a good size even though hard to find. There is about a 5 min walk (10 if you have trouble with mobility) to get to main hospital so leave plenty of time before scheduled appointments especially if you're prone to getting a bit lost.
Good structure and plenty of spaces, might end up on 5,6,7th floor but never see It full. So many disabled spaces unused on every floor seems a bit of a waste. Spaces are quite tight for 4x4 or van but will fit.
It depends which part of the hospital you are going to as to which car park you use. The hospital website has this information which is easy to find. If you have an appointment or a blue badge you just show your letter/proof when you return to the desk that is on the ground floor and you will pay a flat fee of £3.80 for parking. If you are visiting someone the fees are a lot higher
Clean and well maintained car park. Easy to access hospital from here. Fees between time bands can jump steeply. Wish we had bought a weekly ticket. Would have been cheaper for 3 visits.
Far too many unused disabled spaces. Have to go to at least level 5 mornings before finding space. Reception security staff are helpful. No toilet facilities and 10 minute walk at least to Addenbrookes hospital main entrance. Papworth's facilities may be closer when it opens.
Great car park. Busy in the morning but the most convenient for the Rosie. Attached photos for the prices bit you can get a discount when an outpatient. The lifts can take a while to call.
A good location easy to find ample disabled parking spaces all at reasonably priced. Would have been 5* but rubbish left after repairs to the roof.
Well staffed lobby area, spaces are large enough too. Architecture is stunning. Never thought I'd review a carpark but its significance is noteworthy. Head towards CarPark 2 by signage on the Addenbrooke's site, the 'yellow' one! Good for Rosie Hospital parking, ATC parking and of course New Papworth Hospital Parking.
Easy car park.
Right next to the hospital.
A little expensive but all hospital car parks are.
Always found a spot ample parking
Busy car park in the heart of the new medi-park. Even at 8am you'll be heading up to level 5-6. Fairly expensive, but you expect that these days with a hospital car park.
Take ticket with you and pay on foot when you return. About £18 for whole day, cards accepted.
If you don't mind a walk, this is the best car park for the hospital. It is never full, never busy. It takes about seven minutes to walk to the rear entrance of the hospital and about fifteen to get to outpatients.
carpark 2 on the north west side of the main hospital site served by a courtesy bus service that runs the site between carpark 1 and all the main clinics on the hospital site. patients get discounted parking concessions to park in both car parks 1&2 from their respective clinic depts a ticket for a week can be obtained from the customer service booth at the entrance /exit point carpark 2 serves the clinics at the north west side of the hospital site disabled ♿ parking bays are located on all floors with wider marked out bays closer to the main lifts
Lots of spaces on the uppermost levels at 10am. Patients can get their ticket price reduced to £4 upon production of your appointment letter. Saved us about £8!!
A good easy to use car park. You have to look for a space as very busy.
Easy to get to and plenty of parking - speak to the attendant in the office before paying to park though as there are discounted rates if you need to visit regularly for a week or more
Easy access. Brightly lit. Has lifts. Short walk to main hospital, but very near to Papworth and Rosie hospitals. Expensive parking however.
The staff are helpful the car park is bright and clean. There are electric charging points there. Very good
Think it would be nice to have a hot drinks vending machine. Nowhere outside clinics and hospital can you get a hot drink.
Quite a well spacious building, which is also well lit in the evening supported by CCTV. Also periodical checks by roving Security personnel.
Not large parking spaces and quite tight turns to go up of down levels. As expected high cost to parking
Clean and well laid out. Outpatients receive a very good discount on parking fees, which are excessively high.
Just opposite the Royal Papworth Hospital. If you have an appointment please make sure to tell the parking office staff so you will be charged the minimum.
Get there early. And make sure you have your appointment card to get your discount.
If you are leaving around 4 or 5 PM it is like a race track getting out.
Slept in there a few nights. Good view of the helipad
Very clean and well maintained but a bit pricey - over £18 for a day.
Easy to get to and always a space, often only on a very high floor during busy periods though.
Very efficient. Just a lack of signs to get you there. Use Google maps no problems
Are people really reviewing car parks.... Also it's expensive to park here!
Modern look and good car park near the hospital. Prices are ok
Big building with floors and ramps to park the car in. Whatever will they think of next? Expensive.
Lovely caring staff. Very efficient and honest. Miss you : )
Convenient for hospital and easy to get to but seems expensive.
Far too expensive for parking to drop off sick relatives.
Great place to park! Friendly & helpful staff
Nightmare finding space during day. Staff at car park very helpful and polite
It was so simple to use and not expensive
So expensive to park. £3.60 an hour I think. Usually packed.
Work at CUH so meets my needs. Spaces feel a little tight.
No problem and with a disabled badge FREE
Convieniently placed, easy to find and to use
Traveled here just to experience parking my car here. It was a-maze-ing.
Very ugly and overpriced parking but it does the job.
Excellent parking facilities but quite expensive.
Expensive but a great car park.
Easy parking system and pay.
Gets full quick and expensive but does the job and is ok.
Good, safe and spacious car park
Good location from Rosie Hospital. Friendly staff.
"What are you doing there?" "Parking cars, what else does one do in a car park."
