Reviews of MFAH Parking
i no it seems silly to rebiew a parking lot but if u knew how it was b4 youd appreciate it. i wont tell you the secret but if you park her it is worth it!! its th perfect way to begin the journey i should be there spokesperson i wrote like like three dofferent placesfine arts lolol
That sofas up there on the roof are just perfect place for peace and relax, i could spend all day there looking on Houston!
Easy parking well.lit spacious underground parking. A 40% discount for members.. A short walk through the sculpture garden takes you to MFAH. Parking is not free for 30 minutes.
I liked the free parking better. Spaces are tight, but the walk from the garage to MFAH through the sculpture garden is nice
the parking garage itself isn't too bad, idk if the price is worth it though. but then if you try to street park, that's another nightmare so might as well pay for the security and convenience. the garage is clean and how it connects to hallways and stuff is convenient. i wish they had valet for le jadinier tho.
Spacious parking with a futuristic entrance into the museum proper. A walk though a hall lit by yellow lamps was interesting, if off-putting. It bleached everyone's complexion to an ashen grey and bleached the color out of most clothes, all part of a fun experience.
The underground garage is a bit narrow but very convenient. $10 for a couple of hours on a Thursday.
Good underground parking. If you are an MFAH member, at the parking entrance you get a ticket and the TV camera scans your license plate; then you pay the $5 parking fee at the MFAH ticket box. Once you are done, you get back in your car and another TV camera scans your license plate and simply lifts the boom voilà!
Great parking lot, plenty of spots. Amazing tunnel available now to walk to the museum from this parking lot!
Great parking garage. However, it's such a long hike to the museum that I had to stop and rest several times and sit and rest three times before I got to where I was going.
Great parking. Poor signage. You would never find it if you had been there before.
Can be difficult to find the parking but when you do there’s a variety of parking spaces and there’s always a spot for you
Free for 30min, $10 for 1-4 hrs, and I cant remeber exactly but $18 for more than 4hrs
Very hidden underground parking with very little signs it is easily missed.
Large lot, easy access to museum.
Great and big underground lot. FREE on THURSDAYS until 9pm
Use it for shaded parking - a must for the summer time heat in Houston
Great place to park. Lots of spaces.
I know it was raining and the place closed but the staff was kind of rude
Hard to see in busy road traffic
Convenient but expensive!!
Good parking spot
Overpriced.
Over priced
Always very clean and well lit
