N. ROse'Huge and spacious parking lot. Wonderful for tailgating and convenient for parking when attending events near or @ the stadiums...the line(s) can be backed up @ times but it's well worth the wait. Friendly, energetic and pleasant staff working....Please remember to be patient, kind and understanding to those working out there to help benefit you and your personal property. Enjoy 😉
Scott KeeleSo for $35 you can reserve a first come first serve parking spot... that you could have just drive up and paid $25 cash to get in. Hummmm
Nice walk to the ballpark with plenty of little lifts or carriages to get you there for another extra charge...

Gabriel Slape$20 to park here during a weeknight game isn't too bad. An easy 5 minute walk. The lot is clean and seemed safe. The walk to Minute Maid is safe because so many people are walking around and the police are directing traffic. Easy to get on 59 or 10 after the game.

Angela WeirauchThis lot is very convenient for event parking. It is a short walk from Minute Maid Park. There may be cheaper parking elsewhere but you will have to walk farther and, if you're like us and not a downtown regular in-the-know, sometimes it is just easier to go with convenient parking than to try and find a bargain.
Courtney PhoenixDecent pricing for how close it is to the stadium. It's well lit and feels very safe despite its location. A short walk to Minute Maid Park (less than 5 minutes). There is quite a bit of homelessness near the area, but they dont tend to bother you. Especially if you're walking in a big group. Cops do a great job of directing traffic as well. There will be a wait when it comes time to leave, but not too bad, they control it pretty well.
Jeremy HerringReviewing a parking lot is difficult because it’s a parking lot. It is located two blocks from the stadium may be a five minute walk. We went during the daytime so everything seems pretty safe. There were quite a bit of homeless around which is common for that area.

Charmaine MurrayMinute Maid Park lot C is where they do Couvid19 testing. They test approximately 1,200 people daily. I went there to get a couvid Oral test.and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. That is where I'm going to do all my tests for couvid19.
