Juliana SimoneThis location is part of St. Francis hospital. The parking lot has been used for Covid testing since 2020. There are two lanes for cars to wait in - one for those with scheduled appointments who have upcoming medical procedures, and one for the general public who needs a test for other reasons. It's a well oiled machine that moves the lines quickly, takes down any needed information from visitors at their vehicles, has a lot of security and skilled staff that administers the nasal swab test efficiently. A recent second trip was faster and more polite. The first trip a female staff member told my partner she loved virgins (as it was his first test) and suggested he punch me if he felt any discomfort. Thought about writing the hospital at the time about this experience but let it go. I don't want to judge this professional team on one bad employee who maybe is no longer there. My review stands at giving this parking lot for what it has been used for over the last two years as very good.
