Helen ColvinAutomated payment kiosk was malfunctioning - wouldn't take a credit card, and then the menu was in Spanish. Would process have been faster to pay at the exit, which is possible as long as you have a credit card (they put up a lot of signs to make you think you can only pay at the kiosks)
