Easy parking and shuttle came to take us to the terminal within a minute of calling for one. When returning very late at night, the shuttle driver dropped us off at our car. The only reason rating it a 4 is because when picked up, the driver kept driving around the lot looking for more people and if saw a car drive in he followed it until they parked and got in. This happened twice. That could be a problem if the patron is in a rush. I would definitely recommend parking here!

My favorite 1 of all 5 lots. But they are all great. $5.00 a day . 24 hour service. shuttle pulls into lot for pick up. Everyone is helpful and can direct you for most all issues. shuttles rotate and come often. A shuttle is contacted the minute you enter the lot. Great security and cameras. Huge lot.

Why an okay rating when forced to park far away at a smaller airport? The shuttle drivers. Both to and from they were friendly and picked me up at my car and drove right to each person's car to drop them off. Hats off to those two for a job well done.

Update: Been here a few more times. Great service. I love this place. They take good care of you. If you have a dead battery after a week on vacation they will help you get started and on your way. Very quick pick up and drop off.Fair prices

Nice facility, shuttles are quick to pick you up most of the time. They also have couple heated shelters with intercoms connected to contact the shuttles they don't show up soon.

The directions was a little confusing but my car stayed there for a week with no issues. I didnt have to wait long for the bus to pick me up either. The bus drivers were all really nice and helpful.

It's so easy to park in Des Moines Airport economy parking. It's a cheap daily rate, and the shuttle drivers are friendly. The shuttle comes very often, so you don't even have to wait.
