I was going to illusions museum and they had a link to that garage through ipark. It was only$8 for 24 hrs! It was on Tuesday, June 29th, off hours but still very cheep compared to other options/apps. It was an adventure to find my car afterwards as using elevator button for the floor I was in took me to the place car wasn't there. I had to go back a floor and then take stairs one floor up to find it. I was on 4a and elevator would bring me to 4b and/or 4c. Walking around didn't help . Like I still was in illusion place 😉.

The turns going up are a little terrifying. We used the SpotHero app and parked for 12 hours for less than 20 bucks. It was great

Was close to the theater and easy to get in and out. Purchased ticket online directly ND it was $17 total. When purchasing Wicked ticket they were selling for $85 seems a bit of a disservice to others who want the ease of purchasing.

Super compact/tight parking garage. Very very steep entrance and exit in a swirl patter. Expensive like all downtown parking. Use spot hero soooooo much cheaper. We got a spot in here for 10 bucks for 5 hours

Booked through the app Spot Hero that allowed easy access. I entered my license plate number in my reservation and that gate automatically lifted as I pulled up to enter and exit the parking facility. Plenty of room to park!

Convenient place to park. Close to lots of fun things. Super pricey! I mean super pricey.. if you don't feel like walking to Navy Pier park here. Plan on paying for it. Might not be worth it.

As a monthly parking customer, I love this parking lot. Reasonable pricing for the area surrounding it. The steep ramps are maintained regularly and tends to be very clean. From my experience with other garages this one is the simplest and straight forward pricing and service. The entrance on both Wabash and Randolph are very steep with tight turns. It's a spiral straight up for 2-3 floors depending which entrance is used. The garage has a clearance of 6'8. There are 4 EV charging stations on the exit floor. Behind the Interpark office on the lowest level.

This was the easiest parking EVER! Right around the corner from the Chicago Theater. Couldn't be more convenient. You can enter on Wabash or Randolph. Pedestrian entrance on Randolph side. We used Spot Hero to find parking. The VERY BEST part of using Spot Hero is that you don't have to reach out to take or insert a paper ticket or to insert cash or credit cards. You send in your license plate number when you make your parking reservation and when you approach the gate, an electronic reader does the rest. Your license plate is recognized and the gate raises automatically, same operation on your way out. Best ever!

It's a parking garage. We use spot hero for reasonable prices. The posters make me laugh as they seem pulled straight out of the 80s. The location is convenient. The ramps can be pretty tight turns.

Very easy to find. It is great that it was the only parking structire that had in and out privileges. Close to my hotel and very secure. Although there were some shady characters around. Once got into the bldg it was fine. Lots of parking and worth the price

It was fine, but we had some trouble with the parking ticket. Scanning it wouldn't let us out of the garage and we had to call support. They said we took to long to leave. What does that even mean?

Good location across the street from Marshall Fields. Attendant was very helpful when I had a problem getting my parking panda reservation to work with the readers. 6'8" clearance.

It's definitely a place to park. It has a tight spiral entrance/exit, so if you suck at driving maybe avoid it.

I am giving this parking garage 4 stars, only because it’s a pretty tight squeeze and the ramp up and down is steep / curvy; but other than that I had a great experience with the iParkit app and would highly recommend purchasing your reservation in advance! I probably saved a decent amount of money by doing that and I felt more safe and secure. I paid $20 for 24 hours which felt very reasonable for downtown Chicago. If you purchase online, they send you a barcode to your phone and when you pull in to the garage just scan and go! I had no problems at all and would definitely use again in the future!
