I am absolutely blown away by the service I received. From the drop off to the pickup. I especially want to give a "high recommendation" for Bernard, the driver who got out of the van and cleaned the snow off my car. He told me to turn on the engine and defrosters and let the car warm-up. I can't believe I never thought of that but he did. But honestly, he was amazing. I took photos of him cleaning off my car and would love to share them with you. Please let him know I said good things about him. I live in Indianapolis. Bernard was amazing. No, I am not related to him. I do not know him but I surely appreciated his kindness. He's a great ambassador for ParkNFly. Thank you, Gaynel

Friendly and helpful staff. When I didn’t have a copy of my reservation, my first time using Park N Fly, they were nice and helpful setting the tone of how they want me as a customer. When I was picked up at Midway, the driver was extremely friendly and helpful putting our luggage onto the bus, he drove safely. Dropping off the customers efficiently and with a positive attitude. A great experience all around. Highly recommend the service.

I used Park 'N Fly for the first time recently, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The manager walked me through the process and I found it to be quick, easy and reasonably priced. Upon arrival the young man at the gate (Jay) came out of the booth to assist me. He was friendly, pleasant and quite helpful. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle, the driver (Axel) was wonderful. He was sitting outside when I exited the airport and I did not have to wait. He handled my baggage and we chatted like old friends back to the parking lot. He unloaded my suitcase and put it in my vehicle. I did not know I needed my confirmation number to exit the facility (not sure why that would be necessary....), but the young lady at the gate did not give me a hard time. She was quite helpful. From booking to exiting and everything in between, this was an awesome experience that I will be using each time I fly out of Midway. Great job, Park 'N Fly! Your customer service training works!

This was our first time using this parking lot….will definitely return! We were met at the gate with a smile and the attendant directed us to a parking spot. We only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The driver was cheerful and loaded our bags for us…then a quick trip to the airport. When we returned from our trip we only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle….driver loaded our bags…a quick trip back to the lot and he dropped us at our car. Fast, friendly service all around! We will use Park N Fly from here on out every time!

Great and secure facility and convenient shuttle service. Great customer service. We parked and shuttled to the airport to find out our flight was cancelled with no other flight options available that day. We returned to the lot and left after just an hour and a half. I called to inquire about a partial refund since we did not need the other days. I did not expect to be refunded the full amount, but that's what they did. Very much appreciated. I will definitely be sure to use them in my future travels out of Midway.

Easy to find very polite and professional staff they told you exactly where to park the shuttle came right to where you parked at the driver came off the shuttle put the bags on the shuttle and drove us to the drop off location at the airport. When it was time to be picked up we text or called the number and they were right outside very clear and concise directions on where to meet them at. Again the driver loaded the bags onto the shuttle and unloaded them for us even offered to assist to put them in our vehicle. Staff was there to help guide the car out of the parking spot and gave exact directions on how to get out. Keep your email confirming your reservation with you when leaving because you're going to need that when checking out. Would definitely recommend to family friends and business associates excellent experience

Park N Fly Midway is a well oiled machine. They make my travel between parking and getting to and from the airport seemless and very easy-going. The parking rates are very reasonable. The parking lot is secured and also very clean. I like that the shuttle bus picks me up at my car within a minute or so after I arrive. The drivers are always very courteous. I don't have to lift my bags. They take my bags out of my car and even upon my return they put my bags back in my car. The shuttle bus is always a clean and comfortable ride. When I return to the airport and after I've claimed my baggage, I like that I'm able to just text the number provided and I immediately receive a text back telling me where to go to get in a shuttle bus that is waiting. I didn't realize it but they've written my parking spot on my claim ticket so the driver is able to take me directly to my car. I've been using Park N Fly Midway for years and will continue to use them. I have always had a great experience.

It was so easy to book online, straight forward when parking, catching a ride to the airport was prompt & even getting our ride back when we returned. The service was wonderful. It was very quick from the moment we got out of our car and the shuttle took us to the airport. When we returned from our trip, the pick up was so quick. I want to make a comment on the gentleman that picked me up from the airport around 2am on 10/15. As we were waiting for another person, he saw a homeless man. He took $15 out of his tip jar, and gave it to the homeless man. That warmed my heart and restored some of my faith in humanity. What a kind, generous soul! This was my first time driving and parking my car near the airport and I will be using this place again in the future! They were great! There was a slight wait for the shuttle to the airport (like only 10-15 minutes), so I suggest getting there a little early so you won’t have to rush to get to your flight (like my boyfriend and I did). Coming back was a breeze as well. The shuttle was already waiting for us when we got our bags. The drivers were very friendly and helpful! Prices aren’t bad either. I WILL be using this place again!

So easy to access from I55. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was not worried about my car at all once I saw the facility. It was extremely cost effective. The shuttle bus was at our car as soon as we parked and we were at the airport within 10 minutes. Once we arrived back to the airport, we text the number and they were there to pick us up within minutes. It was phenomenal. We will definitely be using PNF again.

First time using Park and Fly at midway. Found outside parking with no problem. All spaces are marked with a number but not assigned. The shuttle was ready to pick me up within a few minutes at my spot. Travel to and from Midway was smooth and quick. Dropped off at my spot with no issues. This is a great alternative to the extended parking lots at midway. My car is safe behind fencing and security, just gave me peace of mind. This will be my go to place for future travel out of midway.

This has been very efficient and convenient for my travel. I drive in, park & almost immediately a van pulls up to me, loads my luggage for me and off we go to the airport with curbside delivery. Pick-up is just as quick, only in reverse. I am picked up and dropped off at my car. The driver even puts the bags in my car for me. AND the price is extremely reasonable.

The whole process worked smoothly, which is greatly appreciated when traveling! All the employees were friendly and solicitous, and made sure that I understood the process - and made it fun too. The employee at the gate told me exactly where to store my entry code in the car, the shuttle was right nearby when I parked and I got on the shuttle immediately, I was dropped off right at my airline and never had to haul my luggage on or off - it was so easy. They provided a card with instructions for my return, and only had to wait a few moments for the return shuttle. The driver put my luggage right in the care. They thought of everything, and took care of everything. I will absolutely use Park 'N Fly again and recommend it to anyone flying in/out of Midway.

The staff is always kind and helpful. The pick ups are always prompt and you’re not waiting for more than a few minutes. I recently lost my car key on one of the shuttles and Donald found it and held it for me in the office until I arrived back home. He was so kind about the situation and I’m so grateful. If there’s an Employee of the Month award, he deserves it! The app is also so incredibly easy to use. I travel 2-3x/month and I wouldn’t use any other parking shuttle service!

I love the fact that there is always parking available, they come directly to your car for pickup and drop off. Wait times for the shuttle aren’t long and I feel safe riding with the staff. I dropped the car with ease and the pickup van was waiting for us. The coordinator (front desk and driver) were so friendly, picked up our bags and placed inside the van (as we were with kids), which eased our work too.... Nice help...After we landed, called the number which they mentioned and within 10-15min, the pick up van was back and dropped us next to our car parking. Online, I received a good deal too for outside parking. Unfortunately, the cover parking were full during my booking. However, due to rain, the dust and all are removed by mother nature and my car was clean during the pickup. I would recommend Park2Fly for all and want to utilize their service next time, when I visit the airport.

The lot is conveniently located and easily accessible. Online booking was simple. The shuttle drivers were helpful, friendly and professional. The only issue was the covered parking I had reserved was unavailable due to construction. The attendant readily provided instructions for requesting a refund for the price difference.

We had an overall incredible experience at the midway Park N Fly. The woman who helped check us in was polite and escorted us to our parking space. There was a gated entrance with an attendant, electric fence, and barbed wire. We felt very safe leaving our car. The airport shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport right away. George, the driver was entertaining and even took a special short cut to skip all the traffic to get us to the airport quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we had terrible luck with our flight and it was canceled twice… we ended up needing to go home the same day we parked. The general manager Carmine Paterno assisted us when we were checking out and personally handed us his card and told us to reach out with our information. Thankfully he gave us a refund. His kindness and great customer service was a highlight in a very chaotic and stressful day. We will definitely be using this location again in the future.

Then I was picked up within 5 minutes once I flew back. Second driver again was nothing but kind and had a great since of humor. I will no longer Uber to the airport. I needed to charge my electric car while parked. I called ahead to see if you had a power outlet I could use, and the answer was yes without hesitation. And when I got there, there actually was a power outlet available (because sometimes people will tell you stuff on the phone but when you get there it's not the case). So, it was great. I will always use you guys from now on when I need to park at MDW. You should make it known on your website that you are "electric car friendly." I hate to say this because it could impact me, but I might even be willing to pay a little more to reserve a spot with a power outlet.

When I was leaving, I parked near your office because someone needed to use bathroom. While I was parked, one driver came to my car to make sure everything was ok. I love Park 'N FLY and it's secure and lite parking lot very alert and helpful parking attendants. And they provide shuttles which is so very helpful. Yes I would use them again. P.S. I don't judge the whole service from one in muture driver, when arriving from the airport and picked up by my shuttle driver he was driving like a bat outer hell during rush ... Luggages were sliding all around. We had to hold on to the poles while he switched lanes back n forth. I should have gotten his name that day and reported him.

There's always someone available either at the gate or to drive a shuttle. Parking spots are large enough and easy to pull in and out of. I have been to other parking lots with other companies and have had a difficult time rousing the attendant and getting the shuttle back after my trip. Additionally other lots have very small parking spaces making pulling in and out of very difficult.

Very convenient parking when flying from Chicago Midway. Easy to book in advance. When you arrive back, you will need to call or request a shuttle from the app. Make sure to check your texts to get information about where exactly they will pick you up. We missed that and were waiting a while in the ground transportation area, which was the wrong spot.

We’ve parked here multiple times. Very predictable service and timing. Shuttle buses may require a bit of wait time, but if does its usualy from within the warmth of the bus (awaiting additional riders). Cost is reasonable, lot seems very secure, never dealt with an unfriendly employee. Make a reservation.

I had a bad situation last Wednesday when I arrived to Midway Airport Parking Express Uncovered Parking Lot 4832 W 47th St, Chicago, IL 60638 for a booking through Spot Hero. I drove a few blocks west on 47th St to find Park N' Fly. Their lot was full but I explained our situation to the wonderful lady in the booth and they made room for us. Unbelievable! They are very reasonable - $10 a day with reservation They have a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes (Driver Carl is awesome!) They have an app! This is a well organized company!

Great car to airport service. On the return they picked me up within a couple of minutes of texting them, then returned me directly to my car. What's not to like about that! And a great pricr as well. I'll be back!

Everyone if very friendly and helpful. For example, Dec 26th was a long day because I was a Southwest traveler and was impacted by this Airline's problems. I didn't care what it took to get back home, I was going to do it, which meant paying a premium on a first-class direct flight on United Airlines. Now, United only flies in/out of O'Hara. When I landed in ORD and after grabbing my baggage, I hopped on the CTA Blueline to the CTA Orange line, to Midway. It was nice to see that I didn't have to wait for a shuttle bus, the driver waiting for me to start my vehicle (afraid that the cold weather killed my battery), and booth attendee helped me get my parking ticket and reservation bar code scanned so I can get my home. If you're parking at Midway airport, this is the place to park and trust me, I have tried many others. You will definitely find some others that are cheaper. However, keep in mind that they are not just cheaper in cost but also cheaper in service, quality and security as well. This facility is a really good combination of reasonable cost with great service at the gate and by the drivers. They also have a fenced in facility so your car is as secure as it can be. The facility changed hand a few years ago from Midway park and fly to now park 'n fly. The corporation that bought it did a pretty good job keeping the culture still friendly. I have to say that it was a bit friendlier before but still is 90% the same as before so still it gets five stars for me.

It was so convenient and great value for what I paid. As soon as I parked my car the shuttle was there to pick me up and take me directly to the terminal. The driver helped with my luggage. Same thing when I returned. A shuttle was waiting right after I picked up my bag. Got help with luggage again and was taken directly to my car. Can't get any better than that. I also liked that there were attendants at the gate to make sure I got in and directed me where to park. Thank you so much for making my trip even better and hassle free!

It is such an easy and convenient process worth the money. Flight change? No problem, your car reservation will change automatically if you check out early/don't check out on time. You get dropped off and picked up at the doors of the airport, the drivers are always kind and helpful, and wait times are miniscule. I had a very early flight out of Midway and it's not the safest of neighborhoods. I found the property to be beyond secure and was followed by a shuttle as soon as I entered the parking lot. The kind gentleman working that shift helped me load everything out of my car. Then he explained how their service works and wrote down my parking spot number and gave me the card of instructions and contact info. The ride to and from the airport was short. I found this service was everything I needed. I will definitely use again.

I have been using this facility for many years and have never had a single issue. It is extremely easy to use as well. I book online and scan the qr code when I arrive. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Airport parking can be extremely expensive and this place fixes that entirely. Upon arrival there is almost no wait for the shuttle to take you to the airport. The shuttle drivers handle all of the luggage and drop you right at your gate. Upon your return a simple text message to the facility and the shuttle will be right there to bring you back to your vehicle. The whole process is extremely easy and everyone that works for this place is extremely polite. I will use this place every single time I fly out of Midway Airport. Another great feature is the security. The entire place is fenced in and they even have an indoor parking option if you wanted to use that. I have never had a single issue with my vehicles being parked there outside. I believe the indoor facility does cost a few dollars more. The location is only minutes of of interstate 55 and less than a ten minute shuttle to the airport.

This was my first time parking there. I had a little trouble with the scanner, especially on the exit, an attendant showed up and helped me or I was going to have to find a different way to exit. I really liked that, as advertised, I was meet at my car and the attendant handled the suitcases on my arrival. I was at Midway and checking in within 10 minutes of when I arrived at Park-Fly. On returning the shuttle was where you said it would be, it was there as I walked out the door of baggage claim. The driver placed my suitcases IN my car for me, at age 76 I don't handle 50 lb. suitcases or 50 lb. bales of hay like I use to, often two at a time then.

Everything was great. Easy to pre pay, easy access very quick shuttles! Only negative parking is a little tight. After leaving I discovered (car was quite dirty and had some bird poop so didn't think it was anything until after I got car wash) someone in SUV hit the top of my quarter panel with a paint breaking door ding that's gone definitely cost some money to fix. Par for the course I guess with Chicago living but all in all great parking option.

We used another midway park company last year and that company was rude and the facility was old. Park N Fly was the complete opposite. The facility and bus was nice. The driver was friendly and we ran into no delays at all. The bus literally picked us up as soon as we parked and was waiting on midway after we landed on our return trip. Also we did NOT have to give our keys away to a stranger. We were allowed to keep our cars keys and our car remained locked throughout our trip. Our flight was cancelled by the airlines and the online FAQ section was sufficient. I pre-paid online so the extra day was automatically added and billed when we left - SUPER SIMPLE. Limousine services wanted $269 each way (or more!) + 13% fuel surcharge + 20% tip. The cost of business has increased for everyone but a $500 ride to the airport for vacation? Even Oprah would pass and come on over to Park N Fly! Telling everyone I know and will post your contact information on HOA webpage. Thank you Mr. Darryl for the Saturday 5:30am pick-up.

I was really impressed with the service and would use it again. I love the text message capability it made checking in and out so easy. The experience from check-in was really great. The front gate attendant and shuttle driver were terrific. My only complaint was the pick-up. My plane landed after hours and it took 30 minutes for the shuttle. I actually thought the text message to come and get me didn't work. However, I called and the attendant advised it was just running behind. Once the shuttle came the driver was extremely friendly and helpful, the gate attendant was also great. I just hate that shuttle took so long. At 1am you're just ready to get home, you don't want to add another 45 minutes to your trip. I would definitely use the service again just not on an evening return.

First PNF has always been a quick and inexpensive way to park our car while we're out of town. Service has always been great with someone right there in a shuttle to pick you up at your car, and on the trip home, they're just a phone call away to bring you from the airport right back to your car. This last trip had us coming home to several inches of snow. The shuttle driver delivered each of the customers right to their vehicle, grabbed a snow brush and uncovered everyone's windows, carried all their bags and loaded them into their cars AND made sure that the people got their vehicle started before he left them. Great parking experience. Easy to get to. I had trouble upon entering and exiting because I forgot to print out my QR code and the people working the gates were kind and helpful. Very easy to book and pay online or using the app. Rewards for frequent use, and several discount options including aaa membership or military. Parking lot wasn’t in excellent condition as there was standing water where we parked and there was only two spots next to one another available in the area we were directed to park in. Water was actually worse when we returned so getting the kids in and out of the car was a bit of a struggle. The shuttle driver was helpful both to airport and upon pickup. Took a while to have the shuttle pick us up when we returned so may want to notify them when you land versus waiting till after getting bags as directed. Also the directions on where to get the shuttle at Chicago midway airport is a bit unclear so that could be improved. Overall was cost efficient, easy to use and will use again in the future.

My experience was great. The bus picked me up the second i parked my car. My way back, i arrived very late (11:30pm). I was worried I would have to wait forever for a bus to arrive, but i was wrong. Overall good experience. The only thing I have to comment on is that upon parking, it took about 35 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. I called, and it turned out they forgot to pick me up. After calling they picked me up right away. Even though I cut it close to missing my flight, I would still use again. Friendly service and very convenient.

This parking facility is the best. The ticket ladies upon entering are very kind and will help you with any questions. The bus drivers are kind and will wait for you if they see that you have just arrived. They also get you to the airport quickly. The security is good. It has very tall barbed wire electric fence and we have parked there at least 20 times and never had a problem with our cars.

All aspects of the service were great. Only "glitch" was the exit process. The scan reader wasn't reading the scan code so the attendant had to take our paper over to another station. So it took longer than it should have. Thankfully there was an attendant present to sort this out. Otherwise the experience was great.

I felt safe leaving my car there. The lot was easy to get to and close to the airport. There was an ice storm the night before, and even with all the cars already parked, the lot was cleared of snow so parking was easy. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle at all. It was right there ready for me when I departed and arrived. I don't like using ride shares, so this is a much better option than burdening a friend with a ride to the airport.

Very convenient parking with shuttle to the airport. Took star away due to lack of communication with Shuttle driver’s. They Come around bout every 5/10 mins I would say. So we had a shuttle come around and told us that the next one who’s not far behind him was gonna grab us. So we waited(Feb so it was snow n cold in Chicago) and waited til we had to get in truck n drive to the front booths to ask if someone was coming around and there was 3 buses just waiting for a call to come through. No one told them There was ppl waiting to be picked up. The driver was very apologetic and got us to the airport quit fast. Kinda drive a little Crazy for me but all in all Would recommended and wasn’t to pricey either.

I liked the ease of reserving a parking spot. The shuttle came to my car within seconds of me getting out of it, and the driver didn't make me feel rushed to unload and lock up. Upon return, the shuttle was already there at the pick-up spot (just follow the signs to off-site parking shuttle.) I was dropped right at my car. The two things that I didn't love were the challenge of scanning the code from my phone. The attendant helped me, however, so that was fine. Also, from where I was parked, there were no signs showing me how to get out. This signage would be nice to have, but, again, it all was fine as I ended up where I needed to be.

Great service and people to match! Incredibly helpful with easy instructions on how to be picked up from the airport to be transferred back to the location of where you were parked. No need to walk in the middle of the night back to your car, they drop you off right next to your car! Did I mention they also pick you and your bags up next to your car as well?
