I reserved parking ahead with the application, and with the QR code, I was able to come inside and park. I had to park on the 8th floor since it was a busy day, but the elevator was near to go down and up when I came back. The floors have different colors and themes, so it's easier to remember where you park. They even have small, like businesses cards to take to remember; just bring them back. It was easy to get out using the QR code as well. I'll come back; just don't overstay one minute because they will charge you extra.

I have used this garage multiple times it's pretty easy super safe. Great assistance when needed I mean I never use the third party apps I usually go to garage park up and pay for what I use if there is an issue they take care of it pretty quickly!!! Love this place love the guards too

It was a nice garage and easy to access. However, when I paid online I had to set hours of parking despite the fact that I was paying for a day pass. It charged me again when i went to leave like 30 min late. I suppose that’s my fault but I didn’t know how long I would be in the city for and I figured that, since it was a day pass, the time was just a helpful estimate to them rather than something that would affect pricing.

We used this parking facility when we Chicago for St.Patrick's day. We missed to buy daily parking from website which is for $21. For parking 4 hours we ended up paying $32. That's too high!! There is no in between time after 2 hours. Price raises high for parking 2-8 hours. They can make 2-4 and then 4-8 hours by cutting down the prices. If you are looking for this parking then better buy online. I'm not sure how in and out works for online booking. Not going again.

Accidentally left an interior light on while parked for 2 days and my battery was dead when it was time to leave. I thought I was going to have to call AAA and wait for hours. Luckily people were working in the office on a Sunday morning and gave me a jump with no hassle what so ever, I was on my way in 20min. Thank you all so much!!

This Parking garage has 11 floors. If you want to go down a few floors with your car in the parking garage. You might have to exit the parking garage and then reenter the parking garage. Then get another parking receipt from the entry box of the parking garage. Oh, I'm not sure if this is true, but you have to get to the parking garage before 8:00 am to get a better price for parking.

Clean, well lighted and lots of parking spots. I think personally you should get discount when you park at a hotel though. The amount they charge to let your car just sit idle for the time you are there is a little pricy since you have to walk everywhere in Chicago.

When the gates work its fine and is usually a clean place to park. Electronic reader to read barcodes for spot hero and apps alike are a lil difficult to use if your in a lower sedan type vehicle. I have had two spare tires stolen from under two different trucks with locks on them. That can happen at any garage in the city though.

Positive Experience. I bought my ticket online and prices were reasonable for such a well located parking place. Place was clean, safe and staff was responsive and cordial when I was having problems scanning my bar code

Enter on either Hubbard or Kenzie. If you don't find a spot by the time you hit the 7th floor, go all the way to top and start down as you'll need to anyway when exiting. Note whether you used the "a" elevator or the "b" elevator. Each dumps you out on a different street and it will make finding your car easier than simply remembering the floor number.

Not cheap but quick for easy access to shop Marina area. Love the hop skip and jump to the River walk nearby. Good choice if you're pressed for time...

Safe parking lot, use caution when paying as it tried to make us pay twice. Pretty expensive, but you'll pay the same or more elsewhere. Connected to a hotel and is under surveillance.

Could use some extra signs reminding ppl not to speed in the garage. Otherwise, it does its job and i felt safe walking alone inside

8.50 online ordering for parking, can't beat it! I already know where I am gonna park before I go to the House of Blues rather than wandering around aimlessly like the clueless visitor I am!
