This is an important and massive parking garage for the Medical Center, but I will say that the exits are very confusing and should be labeled better. It is totally not clear how you actually leave the garage to the outside from many labeled emergency exits, which might make the place very dangerous in emergencies.

Love the underground parking in bad weather. You may have to drive up a couple levels though. But elevator are accessible on each level
