Louis ShafferTricky to get in and find a parking spot, but very good access to the shopping center. With validation, I was very pleased by the cost. And getting out was a breeze.
ESSAM THABETConvenient parking. Discount parking on the weekend is a good deal. We parked in July, 2022 and there was construction blocking the street to the entrance, it was not easy to find. Overall a great parking with a reasonable price.

In the time I was looking on my own, my parking validation had expired. No problem, gentlemen made sure I wasn’t charged. I only regret not getting his name so I could thank him properly. Joseph ChowUnderground accessible for shoppers. Great place to park at Star Market, Copley Place and Westin Hotel. The cross bridge is now open to the public between Prudential Center and Copley Place. Credit or debit cards only to pay to park the Prudential area.
Grant BarberThis is a most excellent parking garage. So clean! So many spaces! The noise level sets the standard for "yes, this is a parking garage." I bet when Ben Affleck comes to film movies and he needs to show a parking lot he uses this one. Well lighted. It's right there under the mall. Convenient! Elevators on every level. Stairs too because they think of everything here. Never know when a Nor'Easter will knock out power and where would you be then, without stairs? Just a useless elevator, you and everyone stuck. No bathrooms. No food. It would be horrible. Maybe really dark too. I think they should maybe put a food court w bathrooms on each floor, just in case. You never know. Maybe even the stairs would be broken, flooded. Or threatened by gangs of ninjas. So they need guards I guess. Maybe 5 stars was too generous....
Robert BolarThis parking garage is very hard to find and to navigate. I would suggest that the owners put in some Elly B lighting in addition to painting the walls white so that it's easier to see at all times of day. They also can use some more directional signage so that you can figure out where the elevators are and remember where are you have parked your car.
