Great location. Freedom trail and other sightseeing locations in Boston are within walking distance of this garage. Paying online and scanning the QR code is a pretty seamless process. There were plenty of open parking spots available when we went over the weekend. Great for tourists. Small cars are much much easier to manuver within here though. Felt safe. Elevators are kinda cramped.

I found the app to scan on entry and exit to be easy to use. The garage is convenient to the downtown area. And they have 24 hour security monitoring it.

A fantastic parking experience! Great parking garage, absolutely love parking here! The parking is phenomenal! Parking at this parking garage is indescribable. I wrote this whole review just to try explaining my excitement! Wow, what a great parking garage! So many painted lines and such!! 5 stars, couldn't imagine parking anywhere else! I do not have a car.

Paid 43 for the day. They list the prices at the ticket booth, no people to bother you while you unload the car. Easy private parking close to old state house, Faneuil hall, and close enough to Boston common

Relatively cheap on the weekends, considering the parking prices in downtown. Much more expensive during weekdays. Would recommend using the app and book in advance. Super easy! Only downside, the garage itself is a bit narrow, which is pretty common in that area though.

We came here without reading prior reviews and all I can say is that we were very pleased parking here. Great rate for 12 hrs of parking in downtown Boston! It was clean, convenient as ever. So close to Quincy Market, State House, City Hall, etc. the security guard was friendly enough and we had no problems with going back to our car twice. GPS twisted us around a bit on way in, but on the way out it was a direct shot to the pike. We will use this parking garage again.

Be sure to print off your discount Hotel Parking voucher through Parkmobile before you enter. Keep in mind the “day” runs 12-12pm so make your exit time close to but before 12 pm just in case you are delayed since there is a penalty for leaving late, but none for leaving early. Very secure garage and inform them at the desk you are prepaid but be prepared to show your voucher. Must scan voucher to get in and out again, so keep it handy.

Reasonable prices, especially if you know your times and then just pay online. Easy in and out and located to walking distance of just about everything.

My son and his girlfriend got stuck in the elevator on Friday night for 30 minutes (the mere thought sends me into a panic attack) and then they were charged $42 which is $10 more than they thought they had to pay. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a refund. A call to the city of Boston inspectional services and the Better Business Bureau are the next to items on my "to do" list this morning. (update: I'm adding a couple of stars because the manager has been in touch with me and is trying to make this right. I appreciate that.) I thought we would be sent a refund, but not so much. I would find another parking garage or a meter even if you have to wait.

Idk how this garage can be advertised as having 24/7 security when many times I go back to my car, they are asleep behind the desk. I either get asked to pay here, even though I have prepaid my parking ahead, or they're asleep and don't bother to check tickets. You would think they would follow the same procedures for everybody no mater what time. On a positive note, pre-paying parking saved me $4 so that's nice, cheaper than other nearby garages, and easy to get out of with that nice helix they got there!

Just a brisk 10 minute walk to the TD Garden. Great place to park for a Bruins game. No jacked up event pricing. It's somewhat tight in there. Oversized vehicles, like full size pick-ups and SUVs should probably park elsewhere.

I had a very positive experience with this parking garage - very convenient and close to the main downtown attractions. BUT WARNING: If you enter this address into a GPS, you might end up at a DIFFERENT Washington St. that is technically Boston, but 20 minutes away! I think there are four, so just make sure you get the right one if you are using street addresses.

Parking in the heart of Boston with a very reasonable rate especially on weekends. The garage is very accessible and has plenty of lots. It is a great place to leave the car to explore the rest of the city on foot and a fixed price of 14USD over the weekend is a steal.

Great place to park for the first half of the Freedom Trail. Good price, at least on the weekend for whole day flat rate. It is centrally located near the Old Bookstore (now a Chipotle, the new symbol of capitalism, I suppose), and more importantly, the biggest Walgreens I have ever seen with public accessable restroom that are clean and well stocked. There is some historical significance, too, as a real looking vault is on display that I did not investigate as the trail was beckoning.

Most affordable parking garage equal distance from Faneuil Hall and Boston Common. Discounted rate when purchased online. Make sure to have the printed barcode or or downloaded PDF ready before pulling up. It needs to be scanned to enter the garage and other cars do not want to wait for you to get the barcode ready. I found that out the hard way. I spent two nights there and never had to look beyond the second floor.
