$8 Minimum for Usage Fully automated for entering and exiting now so it is no longer free at night. I was bringing a friend back to her car after a wedding and paid to get in, I was in there for 2 maybe 3 minutes and it charges you a minimum of $8. If you need a parking space for just a short time and can find a street space take that instead.

Billings has great parking garages. They are free after 6 pm. It’s what makes being in downtown Billings doable especially when there are events.
