This was my 1st time reserving a spot online and i wanted to make sure i did it correctly so I called the number and a very nice, young gentleman was very helpful and patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly. So a big shout out to they young man who was taking phone calls on August 1st at 5:10 pm.The reservation was easy to do, and parking was easy, it is well marked so I knew which section to go to. I was very concerned about the frequency of the shuttles since I was there at 4:30 am but one picked me up immediately, right by my car! Thank you for making my parking experience seamless.

Great experience with The Parking Spot 1! The best part about our experience was after our long, delayed flight arrived, we picked up our baggage, walked outside of the international airport, and not even a minute later we were on a bus back to our car! The app is helpful in seeing where the buses are in relation to you, however, I’m not sure if there’s a way for them to see where you are?? We have used other park’n’ride buses before, but it seems like the Parking Spot has more shuttles running. Our only issue is that we were flying internationally and we did not know that the shuttle runs from the parking lot to the terminal every 30 minutes. We got to the parking lot at our appointment time of 2:00pm and just barely missed the shuttle so we had to wait until 2:30 to get the next shuttle. That would have been nice to know, however the driver was very kind and friendly, and we had plenty of time to make it to our destination! Great service overall!

This is a great company! Our driver who picked us up and took us to the airport terminal was super friendly and helpful. When we got back from our trip that driver was very friendly and dropped us off at the exact place where we had parked. The bus was comfortable and clean. I’ll never park at the airport again nor will I use a travel service from where I live in Columbus….it’s way too expensive.

We have use the Parking Spot for 10 years. Not only is it convenient, but the customer service is exceptional. I cant wait to see who my driver will be - they are always super friendly and helpful. Everything is automated now - which is quick and easy, but I do miss the ladies that used to be at the checkout window. They always made me smile and laugh. I wont park anywhere else.

In my personal experience, I think the employees here are amazing. My wallet fell out of my pocket & left behind on my seat about a week ago. I realized it was gone about 20 min later to return to the bus to find it laying in the same spot. They always work hard to help you get to where your going! I have really appreciated & enjoyed coming here!

First time here, not my last! Great, convenient location. Didn't have to wait long at all to get a shuttle to the terminal and the drivers were friendly and helpful. It's a reasonably priced, secure parking option.

This trip, I had 3 large bags and was very appreciative of the helpfulness of the drivers to help me load & unload the luggage.Also, on my return on Saturday, 7/30 around 5pm, the female driver (I didn't get her name) was very accommodating at safely maximizing the passengers and luggage. I could tell that she actually cared about doing what was best, and is a good representative for your company.

Heads up! Watch out if you are exiting because a bus might be coming in the same lane as you. Hubby seemed to be satisfied with his experience of parking at this location for 1 day. After dropping him off to get his car, I soon realized that some bus drivers use the same lane as you the driver that's exiting the parking lot. I look up and soon see a bus zooming up on the same side as me. Yes head on. What the heck! So I sat for a few seconds thinking the driver were going to go around me, get on the right side of the road and then enter on the side where busses enter. But that did not occur. I can see how using that side can be easier to maneuver and more efficient to get in and out since the bus side is on the left. But my first time here and it was dark in the front so I possibly missed signage. But I got the memo: "Get out of the way, even though you're on the right side of the road and have the right a way because we do what we want to do over here."

The Parking Spot has always been my go to for shuttle service. I can always quickly create a reservation and check in and out with no delays, which helps at times when you have to quickly get to your gate. I will definitely continue to use The shuttle service!

Due to the way my vehicle was parked, they came up with stretch solutions and made my day. They accompanied us until the SUV started again. I parked at this lot from December 9th - 29th. My husband's luggage was lost and the ticket was in it. Upon arriving at the pickup spot, I explained to the driver (Anthony Russell) what happened. He reassured me that he would find my vehicle. He was extremely patient during the search. He didn't know it, but I'd been trying to get home for 4 days due to Southwest delays and I was extremely frustrated. His kindness brought a happy ending to an overwhelming travel experience. He had such a great spirit and he definitely went above and beyond. I travel often and sometimes I park at other lots. Going forward, The Parking Spot 1 is the only lot I'll use and I hope Anthony is the driver. He is truly amazing!!!

The Parking Spot 1 was quick and efficient in getting my husband and I to the international terminal for our honeymoon. The service was very friendly. We had absolutely no worries or concerns about the safety of our vehicle while we were away celebrating being newly weds. The staff helped us to explain the process and quickly got us to the airport so we did not miss our flight as we were running behind after sitting in a line to park at the airport for 40 mins. I've been parking at this location since 2009. During that time, it's almost always been consistent - reasonably fast pickup at both ends. I had few complaints other than the slowly increasing price. Now, TPS Management has pulled off the hat trick - slow pickups at the lot, slow pickups at the airport, and even further increased prices. Every passenger on the shuttle I took today expressed the same frustration with the degradation in service. Deep service cuts while price gouging is a bad look, TPS - you'd do well to remember that you have a significant amount of competition on Camp Creek Pkwy alone. You provide a commodity, and your loyalty club will not save you if you continue to eff up what made you great. At least the shuttle drivers are as nice as ever - it's certainly not their fault that management has gotten greedy.

On Wednesday November 2nd, I landed in Atlanta around 1am and jumped on the bus to the parking spot. My driver, Anthony R, was the SWEETEST man ever. He was very polite and very courteous. He even waited until I got into my car and started the engine before driving away to make sure nothing happened to me! My employer provides free parking and, before COVID, provided free shuttles to the Hartsfield Airport. While the free parking is still available, one must use a taxi or ride share to utilize that perk. I've found that using The Parking Spot provides covered parking, shuttle service to/from Hartsfield at a price lower than my employer provides for open air parking. The shuttle drivers are polite and if they see you running for the shuttle, they will stop and pick you up! The bottle of water at checkout is also a real plus. Even if my employer's shuttle service starts up again, I'm going to continue using The Parking Spot! Good folks, reasonable price, good service! Bravi!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The drivers are usually courteous and friendly, but the time it takes to receive a pickup (especially when returning at the airport) can be 2 minutes or 20 minutes. I think part of it is because The Parking Spot is so far away - makes the shuttle frequency more erratic.

Usually a good service, I fly almost every other week and recently quality has been unsatisfactory. I have waited more than 20 min each time and the last time I watched 3 busses leave that did not even attempt to go down my row, I had to walk to the front to get their attention to pick me up.

My husband has been using this parking spot for over eight years. For his job and transportation. Today was the first time we were stopped on the way in to show proof of a reservation. The individual sitting on the stool at the scanner informed us that she was checking reservations because some of the areas were full. Since my husband has used this lot multiple times he does not generally save the reservation and his phone and computer were in the back of the car. The individual would not allow him to scan his card until she saw the reservation. I felt like we were spot checked. Because as we pulled over to find our information for her, five other people went through the checkpoint without being checked.The aggravation for me was not the fact that she was checking people but the fact that while she was checking us without scanning our card five other people were permitted to go through the checkpoint without showing proof of reservation. This inconsistency was very frustrating and unnecessary. I feel your policy should either be consistent or not at all.

You never feel like you are going to be late or stranded when you use Parking Spot. The buses are always in sight when arrive on either end. They are competitivelly priced as well -- especially if you get their emails with special offers and take advantage of them. I will continue to use them for quite awhile.

Great staff but lately there has been a shortage of drivers so plan for an extra 15 minutes for pick up and a longer wait at the airport for a shuttle as there is usually a line. This is happening for most off site parking shuttles. App is easy to use and helpful to see the shuttles. If you don't arrive early Monday you'll have to park in the back 40.

The buses run late sometimes. Some of the drivers drive reckless by speeding thru the parking lots and over speed bumps and potholes. On my last visit, I stood at my parking spot for 15 minutes after arriving and watched 3 busses drive pass my row, go and pick up other passengers more than 8 rows behind me then zoomed past my spot as they were exiting the lot. I called dispatch on three different times and was told oh someone will be up there in just a moment only to watch two more buses do the exact same thing on the fourth time I called a bus pulled up and I asked the young lady what was going on and she said she had no idea why the other buses didn't stop and this happened at 6:00 in the morning on a Monday. Make sure you arrive at least an hour before you need to be at the airport to allow for late drivers. I'm going back to Peachy Parking where I can park inside an actual covered parking area with air conditioning.

It's been going downhill. Been parking with them for many years, and it's now hit/miss on service. Been on both sides of almost immediate pickup and 20+ minutes recently (today the most recent). Service back to the center is a mess, some of it because of the changes at the airport, but they don't have good communication between busses for pickup at airport.

These guys are a bit far from the airport but they're consistent, courteous and prompt. I've been traveling for years, and got tired of trying to find my car at the on-site parking after every trip. I switched to the nearest off-site lot, got their top level status but the quality of service and inconsistent drivers and pickup times eventually got to me. After 3 years, I couldn't take the 30+ minutes waits to get picked up. I switched to The Parking Spot about 2 years before covid hit, and they've been terrific. I can't say enough about all the drivers and the fact that the company really goes out of its way to make sure travelers are not inconvenience. And this is with all the restrictions as well as construction and moving pickup points.

My mom and I flew out on Monday afternoon and returned home on Thursday, March 3rd. When I got to my van it would not crank…I was out of gas. As it turned out I left my car running! I called my roadside service, I had not heard back from them after 4 hours. I finally called the number on my card for the parking spot. I reached Antoine and he was a lifesaver! He brought me some gas and followed me to a gas station to make sure I made it! Thank you so much Antoine!!

Liked the ability to reserve my spot early. I do not use QR codes on a regular basis, so when my receipt for advance payment to park was presented, l was not sure how the system would work upon my arrival. A follow-up email with instructions to PRINT the sheet with the QR code helped and upon my arrival at the toll station, the option to print a ticket or use the QR code allowed me to figure out how to scan the code.Great parking at a great price for advance booking. THANKS

This particular reservation was a complete tale of two experiences hence the 3 stars (5 and 1 average). On arrival, the shuttle driver was wonderful. He helped me with my bag, told me what to do when I returned (this was the international terminal), and was just all around great. However, on return the shuttle driver was the worst I have ever encountered. She didn't even bother to help me with my heavy bag (I am a 69 year old woman and have a hard time lifting my bag into the shuttle.). I think most of her problem was her two inch long fingerails that she didn't want to risk breaking. When we returned to the car, she kept her butt in her seat and half heartedly said "do you have it" i guess thinking that would justify a tip (it did not). You might want to do some customer service training with your drivers. Many people use this service to make things easier, not more difficult.

They are consistent for Domestic, but the service is HORRIBLE for International. They are supposed to run every 30 min for international but I had to wait 55min after calling 4x. If you are going international don't waste your time and use Fast Park & Relax. Im writing this from the Park-Ride shuttle area and the green guys from Fast Park are consistent for the international terminal UPDATE: I was contacted by PS team regarding my complaint and I think it was handled correctly and the fault I expect to be addressed. Customer service did it's part, so I'm giving a better review

It was very well coordinated and efficient. It was my first time in the parking spot and I didn’t need to contact anyone. I did everything through the app which was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Upon my return I simply tracked the next bus and waited in the marked zone. 3 minutes later I was sitting in the shuttle on my way to the parking lot. One of the coolest things is that you don’t need to remember your spot or take a picture. They give you a card with your spot number and they drop you off right in front of your car. I’m definitely coming back here next time I travel!

We had a great experience! We reserved the night before. Check in was easy! I love that the shuttles run often. As soon as we parked we were able to hop on a shuttle. The driver was helpful with our bags, very polite and drove safely. Once we returned , we got outside to the where they shuttles were and one was pulling away we looked up and another was pulling in just a few seconds later. It was late so I was thankful he was able to get us to our car in a timely manner. This driver was also very helpful with our bags and toddler car seats and strollers. The checkout was quick and easy, we used the email code that was sent to us. I would definitely recommend and would consider using this service again for sure!

Been with PSpot since day they opened. Drivers typically due a great job. No so with dispatchers. They do a poor job managing the sequence of shuttle flows. The PSpot App shows location of all shuttles and I’ve seen way too much bunching up of assets that should be evenly spread out. Another day… same story. The vans are all bunched up at the parking lot. What does it take for management to grasp How important it is to evenly space out the shuttles? I’m in a long pickup line - again - at the airport.

We've used the Parking Spot before, had no problem. We then used another airport parking place and did not have a good experience. So, we returned to the Parking Spot and appreciated again. It really doesn't take a lot to satisfy travelers, I would think. The drivers were courteous and professional. The buses were running at regular intervals with quick pick up when you enter the lot. The check-in and check-out were simplified with the bar code from our on-line reservation, and the rates were reasonable. It was a simple and straightforward experience.

I was anxious about making it to ATL and making a quick flight. Parking was a concern but taking a suggestion from a friend I booked a covered parking spot with this company. I got car side service and was taken directly to the airport. It was so easy and efficient. I will use this service from now on! They helped me get home in time for Christmas.

I have used The Parking Spot more than two dozen times. My only issue is when I return over 8 hours early I recieve no credit. I get charged if I stay over 12 hours and I expect that but nearly 9 hours earlier return from a changed flight should warrant a credit as well. Because of this, I will switch services on my next trip. I recommend booking short of your expected trip time and pay the difference when you go over.

Great Service and so easy to spot (play on words) when arriving back from where-ever, exhausted, tired, hungary, and thristy then this Spotted Bus shows up. What a relief. Over the many years of business traveiling and arriving in dark city I got so confused as to where I parked my car. So about 20 years ago or so I switched to "The Spot" and since have never been confounded trying to remember which bus to catch. Good service, very attentive drivers, and love the bottled water when clocking out.

The customer service is exceptional and they are reasonably priced. It's nice to be offered a nice cool, refreshing drink on the way out. It would be great to see more customers tip the drivers. I have always had someone drop me and my family off at the airport, so this was our first parking experience. I have to say I will definitely do it again! Super easy to get in and out of. When we parked there was a driver ready to pick us up. When we go our baggage and headed outside the airport at 1:30 AM the driver was there ready for us. Both drivers were super nice. My wife and I have used the Parking Spot in Atlanta for most of our overnight trips. We have been impressed with the friendly and helpful service the drivers are to us when they pick us up and drop us off. They seem happy in the work they are doing and that helps us to feel more calm. Making it to our flight on time, not knowing how long the security lines will be, will our baggage make it to the other side, will anyone on the plane with us be sick? Those are all concerns we have but parking and shuttle parking are no longer one of the concerns on our list.

My family flies through Atlanta airport a couple times per month. We have been parking at the parking spot 1 for about a year. Their prices are competitive, and we find they are pretty quick. Dropping off your car: Every now and then, you have to wait up to 10 minutes for the bus to pick you up from your car. They give you a card that tells you your parking space number which makes it easy to get reconnected with your car. The people who drive the buses are great 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time, they may not be as good at managing their time, driving the bus smoothly, or communicating with customers. This is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. But like I said, it's only 25% of the time. And the competitive rate keeps us coming back. Picking up your car: The bus is always waiting in the slot when we get there. They offer you a cold drink (a can of soda or water bottle) at the check out window. The staff at the checkout window are always friendly and competent. We usually budget 30 minutes to get from parking the car to the airport.

There was very attentive staff at the drop off location. Shuttle driver displayed excellent customer service skills from assisting with luggage to making sure that I would have the needed information for contacting the Parking Spot upon my return at the International terminal. I use this airport parking all the time and they have a great rewards program if you get the app. The past few times I’ve parked here, I’ve had to wait a half hour for a shuttle which wasn’t expected. Not sure if they are short staffed right now but plan for it so you aren’t in a rush once you get to the airport.

This was a lifesaver on my long trip across the country. Flight Departure, this added about 10 minutes to my commute to the airport. Flight Arrival, it added about 40 minutes from the airport back to my home because there just happened to be a long line of people waiting to be shuttled back. Overall, I saved a fortune, and they shuttled me to and from the airport with a friendly smile. Great driver, great service, great price, and my car was safe for the 10 day stretch I was gone. This was the 2nd time I have used The Parking Spot. I highly recommend for long-term parking. They are very reasonably priced and convenient to the airport and interstates. The drivers are super friendly and courteous and always help me out with my luggage (and my luggage is always heavy!!) without hesitation. As long as you don’t lose your parking location ticket, they take your ticket and drive you straight to your car and again help to unload your luggage. Their shuttles are constantly running so there is little to no wait time.

Parking was the thing I was worried most about for our trip but it turned out to be the smoothest part! Within 2 minutes of arriving at the lot a van pulled up to us and a very nice driver helped us load our bags. We were at the airport in no time! The ATL Parking Spot is conveniently located close to the airport. The lot is very secure and in most cases, a bus is at your parking spot to take you to the airport within 5 minutes. However, when going from the airport to The Parking Spot, I’ve waited close to 30 minutes sometimes. I’ve only had one bad experience at Parking Spot 1, and it was my most recent time parking there. I reserved a spot online for “uncovered” yet when I arrived at Parking Spot 1, all of the uncovered was full. So the van driver told me to park in “covered” and that it would be the same price. However, when I eventually left the parking spot, I was charged for “covered” parking…twice the price of “uncovered.” Otherwise, I’ve had no issues and will continue to park there.

I want to give an outstanding review for an employee named Cedric at Parking Spot 1 in Atlanta. We had an international flight and parked at The Parking Spot 1. Upon arrival at the domestic terminal, our driver Cedric checked and found out the shuttles that should take us to the international terminal were not going to do so. He called into his manager to let them know what was happening and asked if he could drive us instead. I think a lot of drivers may have just let us off to fend for ourselves and driven away, but not Cedric. He followed through and made sure we got to the international terminal and did not miss our flight to Vancouver. What a great guy who has character and believes in giving the most excellent service to his customers. My company regularly used the Spot for our employees who travel frequently. I loved the parking spot. The shuttle driver was at my car as soon as I parked. The driver loaded my bags, handed me a card with my spot annotated, and we were off to the airport. the drive to the airport was less than 10 minutes. Due to airport construction and closures at the normal drop off side, the driver ensured that I knew how to quickly get to my airline from the south side drop-off. He also let me know where to meet the shuttle upon my return. When I returned, a shuttle was waiting in the designated area, and in less than 5 minutes, we were on our way back to the Parking Spot. As with the pickup, I was dropped off at my car and the driver happily assisted with the luggage. Rather than parking in uncover parking, having to deal with the airport terminal traffic, and having to drag my bag across a huge parking lot, I had door to door service with covered parking for less.

Not only is the facility clean, well maintained and heavily trafficked by employees, but the employees themselves go above and beyond for each other and for clients.I flew out the night of the POTUS travel ban, and enjoyed a nice conversation with the shuttle driver who spent 20 min telling me why one of his coworkers was sweet, intelligent, hardworking and had limitless potential. It was endearing.My vehicle (prepaid for 6 days) was stuck at the facility for a total of 69 days. Of course, I was worried what the additional days would mean as far as cost. I called the manager twice over the course of that time and he personally went to check on my vehicle to ensure me it was in good condition. When it came to billing for the entire period, they were extremely accommodating.I will never park anywhere else.

Its fast and convenient. When I first pulled up and parked I didn't even have a chance to get out of car and there was a shuttle right in front of my car. When you return there's always 2 shuttles at a time. It seemed like every 5 to 15 minutes a new one was coming. Yes I sat there only because I was on an important business call. When I returned my shuttle driver (wish I would've gotten his name) was so polite and very friendly. He was very compassionate. The day before I received some very devastating news in regards to my brain tumors and he listened and let me cry! Its convenient to get out. I used the uncovered parking area and you swipe your phone and the arm lifts up and you continue to proceed down to the exit. There is where you get your free drink. They have little coke displays that have Aquafina water and soda cans also that you can help yourself to. Again you swipe your phone and that is where you are charged. THEY DO NO TAKE CASH! So you either swipe your phone from The Parking Spot App or swipe a card. This was my first time using The Parking Spot and I must say I was very pleased how it all went. The only thing I think can be changed is more signs to exit cause it can be very confusing for people who are first time users of the facility.

Love saving money by parking here. The process is so simple and they get you to the airport in no time. Our drivers, both coming and going, were helpful & courteous. The only hiccup is that we didn’t pay attention to notice that the shuttle picking you up at ATL airport only picks up at the North terminal. This is not very convenient considering we arrived & claimed our baggage at the South terminal. As I understand it, this is a fairly recent change implemented by the Airport & not by The Parking Spot. I was very glad we opted for covered parking as it was pouring rain when we arrived back at our car!! I will definitely use The Parking Spot again for long term airport parking.

The driver helped us load our bags into the van, and we were at the airport within 15 minutes. When we arrived back to ATL, we walked right from our flight out to the area where the vans were parked. A van was there, and once again, the driver helped load our bags. We were back at our car well within 15 minutes. Facility was easy to find but I was looking for more direction once I arrived and parked. No number is given when you drive through and getting picked up was an issue. When I parked, I walked to a bus that was very close to where I parked and was then told to go stand by my car. I walked back to my car and waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. Finally someone drove by and apologized but told me that they thought I was international? Regardless it took me about 25 minutes from the time I parked until the time I left the garage, which is significantly longer than I had budgeted for. Next time I will probably park at Wally Park which is much easier to see from the road and looks like it has newer facilities

It was easy to reserve my stay at PS1 on my cellphone. Checking in was a with the QR code I was provided for my reservation. The driver saw us pulling in, and before be got out of our vehicle, he was pulling up being us. The bus was clean, and it driver was professional and very polite. When we returned to ATL, the bus was already pulling in. We got to our car swiftly, and did not have to worry about the airport traffic. The self checkout scanner wasn't working well, but the agent came up and checked me out. For me, it is the only option when flying out of ATL.

Good covered parking. A lot of shuttles roam around that will pick you from you car fairly quickly. Same with leaving the airport to get back to your car. When i arrived last, there were two shuttles waiting and the one i boarded left soon after and dropped me to my car. The driver that picks you up in the lot also gives a card with your spot number so it makes it easy to just hand it to your second driver when arriving back. They also give you a drink (soda, water, etc) when you're leaving the lot. Definitely check coupons or if your company has a relationship and if you can get a discount.

Edited review: While much of what I wrote below is true, two of the last three times I've parked there had me calling them from my parking spot asking if someone could pick me up. The calls were made after multiple buses went past my row without stopping. They could do a better job training their drivers to perhaps slow down a bit and look down each row to see if someone is waiting. This place is tops in customer service. On a previous trip I realized at security that I had my pocket knife. I tracked down a Parking Spot bus and asked the driver if he could take it back to the lot and put it somewhere until I returned. Long story short - they had it waiting for me when I drove up to the check out window. On this trip I had trouble getting access to the web site to use points to reserve a space. After just a couple of emails, this was handled seamlessly and it worked just as planned for my trip. Wouldn't dream of parking anywhere else.

On the Friday before Christmas I was flying out of Atlanta and I had reserved a spot at Fastrack parking across the street (like I usually do) to discover when I arrived that the lot was full and my reservation had not been honored. In a panic due to lack of time I drove across the street to the Parking Spot. Even though it hurt immensely to pay what I did to park there (prepay if you can) the service I received was well worth it. A shuttle immediately picked me up from my spot and the shuttle driver insisted on loading and unloading my suitcases for me. Upon leaving the airport when I got home there were two busses at the airport (it takes Fasttrack 45 to get one there sometimes) where again I was greeted with kind service from the driver. I will absolutely be using this lot in the future!

I would always advise to use the App, join the spot club, and reserve in advance. You can save a ton on parking by reserving a couple of weeks in advance. If you are going to International, know that you need to time your arrival around the top or bottom of the hour, as they go there every half hour.

It's conveniently located not far from the airport with kind staff. My only lislike is that they only have free shuttle service to the International Terminal in ATL for customers who park in covered/shaded parking. Therefore if you park in the uncovered/outside area...NO shuttle service to the ATL International Terminal...they will take you to Domestic and you have to go to International Terminal via the airport shuttle bus. A bit much for a person travelling with many bags! I hope that they change this, especially for a customer that stays for a week or more.

My first time using the parking spot 1, I was away for 2 days and not damages to my car, the easy reservation thru the app, I was picked up from my parking in less than 1 minute and the shuttle was there at the time I requested to be picked up from the airport, the in and out also was smooth and last but not least the drivers were very nice and courteous.. I will definitely use them again
