A great, fast experience overall. Parked my car and was to the international terminal within 5 minutes to meet my family I had dropped off. The check in process was easy. On the way back, it was busy and I did have to wait for a bus since the one leaving was completely filled up but it was less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and quick to get me back to the parking lot. Checkout process was easy as well. I was out of the parking lot within 2 minutes of being there. Overall, the best parking experience I have had and since they focus on the international terminal, you will not find a closer parking spot than this.

I highly recommend Fast Park & Relax. The pick up service from my car was fast. The driver loaded and unloaded my luggage. I was traveling international and getting to the terminal was easy. My return trip was during peak hours, the buses keep coming at a steady pace so I did not have to wait. There was even another bus there behind mine to pick up the next group. I will definitely use Fast Park & Relax again.

Amazing experience and will definitely use again. I was so frazzled getting in from my flight around midnight and trains having limited services. The person I spoke with helped me know where to go for pickup and the shuttle was to me in under 5 mins. It was a very secure lot, I did not worry leaving my car there for a week. Cost for 7 days to park was about $84, that's super affordable while giving me peace of mind.

Departure: We were told where to park, a bus met us there before we even had our luggage unloaded. It was a very quick ride from the lot to the airport. I love that they have instructions to get to the Domestic Terminal from the International Terminal, even though we didn't need them. Arrival: There was a mostly empty bus waiting for us at the Arrivals exit. All of the people we met, from the window person to all of the drivers were so polite, even at 6:30 in the morning. When you are tired from an early morning or long flight, this is so refreshing. On top of everything else, it's not expensive at all. I will definitely use this service again, not matter where I'm flying.

They’re relatively the cheapest parking spot and probably the closest to the airport. The person at the door and the shuttle bus drivers are always super friendly. I always park my car there without worrying about my car’s condition. It’s shaded and however you park it is however you’ll find it back (just a bit dusty, depends on how long you’re gone)

We will now use Fast Park & Relax any time we fly out of Atlanta. The cost is much less than the airport or some of the other park and fly services. Booking online was easy. When we arrived we were told which row to park, they came directly to our vehicle, loaded our luggage and dropped us off at international check-in. When we came back there was their pick up shuttle who took us directly to our car and unloaded and loaded our luggage. Everyone was really helpful and kind.

Extremely convenient to the International terminal. I was able to get in to park and shuttles to the terminal in about 10 minutes. Upon my return, I only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle. Back to my car and out in the road in about 15 minutes. The shuttle drivers were courteous and respectful and made things seamless. Will definitely park here again.

Clean lot. Friendly and efficient drivers. Loved that it's a covered lot and is super close to the international terminal. Every employee I came in contact with was super friendly. Fast Park has a wonderful system going, I won't use any other parking service! Please Note that with Frontier International flights you still have to go to the Domestic terminal to check in. So, you have to go down to the International Arrivals to take the airport shuttle from International to Domestic and it runs every 15 minutes.

Attendant and drivers very polite, even at 6am! This is the quickest to the international terminal I have found! Other parking lots advertise "10 min drive to the airport" or similar and they lie! The shuttle was right there when we parked to pick us up and right there at the terminal when we landed! Never had this before! My ONLY complaint is that the parking spaces are very narrow. A little difficult for an SUV (or truck probably). However, at least I know that people probably weren't going in and out of the spaces next to me.

Stellar service with FastPark. The driver even put our luggage in the car for us. Employees have great attitudes and friendly service. The covered parking is nice and there are services you can take advantage of if needed, such as car wash and emergency services as well. Highly recommend.

Great parking option for international travel at ATL airport (note: they are clear it's not for domestic parking). It's slightly cheaper than the airport park and ride but just as convenient. Frequent pickups at the airport upon arrival. Easy entry and exit at the parking lot.

This is the first time I have ever used FastPark and it will be my go-to from now on. Check-in was a breeze - I was directed what section to find a place to park and I was picked up at my vehicle and was on my way to the airport in under 5 minutes. FastPark delivers you to the International terminal at the Atlanta airport, so make sure you are only traveling with a carry-on and not checked baggage. Security was a breeze to get through and I made it to my terminal with no problems. When I arrived back in Atlanta, I went back to the International terminal to Zone 2 at Arrivals and was picked up by the FastPark Shuttle within 5 minutes. Check out was super easy.

I’ve used FastPark since they opened. This week I apparently dropped my wallet in the shuttle to the airport. The driver got the wallet to management and they tried every path to get me my wallet. I loved FastPark before but this company is elite. Trust them and their staff. You won’t regret it.

Arrived at Fast Park & Relax ATL at 6:30a, was at the International terminal within 10 minutes. Coming home was picked up within 5 minutes of stepping the terminal doors, and was at our car in less than 10 minutes.

This place is my go-to parking lot for all travel out of the Atlanta airport. They get you in and parked quickly. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get picked up by the shuttle. They drop you off at the international terminal. You can't check luggage if you're flying domestic, but I never check a bag so I park here for all of my trips. Parking spaces are a little tight, but all spaces are covered which is nice.

Only park here if you are flying international. They ONLY provide service to the international terminal. Getting from their place to domestic check-in took an hour and caused me to miss my flight.

It was our first time using this lot. What a great place to park. The staff was so friendly. Every single one of them, which is unusual when comparing to one of the other private domestic lots. They are quick to pick you up at both your car and then again on your return at the airport. Such a short trip to and fro as they are less than a five minute ride. Again, did I mention their friendliness…? Great people, great service, clean lot, prompt and reasonably priced.

Love this place! 1st time and it couldn't be better. Super convenient, super fast, super clean, great price. Only thing, we flew out International but had to take a shuttle to domestic counter for boarding passes then the train back to International to fly out. It took about 1.5hrs. Fast Park Driver didn't know that but it's not their responsibility. We were lost for about 30 minuets. Frontier Airlines-Cancun Trip.

I used this parking lot thinking that my car would be safe, but it was not. When I returned from my trip I was surprised that some people had vandalized my car and 14 more cars, they broke a window and the windshield, I made the report with the police, because the management of this place required it so that they would cover the expenses, was what they told me at first. Never received a call from them and still waiting, The general manager of this place told me that I had to involve my insurance company to fix the damage, but my agent told me that it was not good because it affected my policy and record. In the end I had to pay for the damages and my personal belongings.

I recently returned from an International trip and everything from beginning to end went smoothly! I initially inquired about services by emailing then speaking to the manager on the phone. Despite being busy, David took the time to explain the process and services to me and answered all of my questions. I reserved a spot online (please reserve spots go quickly!!). The day of my flight I parked, green bus was minutes behind, loaded my luggage and transported me to the international terminal. The driver was so nice. When I returned from my trip a week later, the bus was outside the international terminal and I retrieved my car, paid my bill and drove home. My car was safe and sound and service was Exceptional. Will definitely use this service anytime I fly out of Atlanta. Thank you!!!

You can never, ever!!! Go wrong with FastPark. My beginnings with FastPark were in Ft. Lauderdale and soon became my 1st choice because they are customer driven. About two years ago, the location I was using had covered and uncovered parking. I had paid for uncovered, and as I was coming into the lot it was simply pouring rain. The attendant at the gate, instructed me to park in a covered location and the bus driver immediately arrived to assist in any way. Because of this, FastPark today is my absolute first choice, not mattering the price. Their leadership project a customer oriented environment. I have also encountered employees in training and they drive same mentality. Pros of this location in Atlanta: - Location of lot is very well positioned - Parking distribution is very well organized - from the moment you drive in, the staff is alert to guide and assist. - pickup is efficient - Reserving your spot is very well worth it. - given a card with row and parking spot for your return - Buses are new, well taken care off and very clean. Cons of this location: - No cons, but you have to be careful if flying domestic as the lot and drop off/ pickup is within the International Terminal. Important (American Airline) travelers note: - if you are flying domestic in AA, print your boarding pass so you can enter checkpoint at the International terminal. There is no better long term parking space facility better than FastPark!👍✈️

I use Fast Park all the time. I always have great customer service. The covered parking is so nice to have to keep the weather elements off my car..When I pull in to my assigned spot the shuttle is right there. On occasion the driver is there before I get out of my car. Totally recommend this place!

We had a great experience. From Drop off to pick up, we didn't have to wait long. We had an early international flight and was picked up in less than 5 mins from our car. Upon arrival, there was a bus waiting at the pickup point and dropped off at our car. Very pleased.

I was extremely nervous when I tried this service for the first time. However, the location was easy to find and everyone I had contact with was extremely nice. When I pulled into the location, I handed a really nice lady my phone so that she could scan my virtual membership card. She told me which row on which to park, and she said she would send a shuttle to pick me up by my car. I parked, and as soon as I grabbed my suitcase from the trunk, the shuttle was parked right behind my car. The driver got out of the shuttle and instructed me to get in. I reached for my bag, but they insisted I leave it. They carefully placed my bag on the shuttle, and we were off to pick up two more people. After everyone was loaded, we rode to the airport and were dropped off by the international check-in. I was also given a card with my parking location written on it. The cost is way cheaper than parking at the airport.The customer service is excellent, and I won't have to wander around looking for my car when I return. I will definitely be using them again!

Excellent option to park when flying out from Hartsfield-Jackson Terminal F. Friendly & helpful staff and drivers will get you in and out quickly. Ride to international terminal is less than 10 min. Pick-up location when returning is literally just a few steps outside of arrival area exit. Cost of $11 per day for covered parking is reasonable.

Good Old-Fashioned Great Customer Service!!! It was a breath of fresh air dealing with this company. I loved it!! From checking in to checking out. Smooth check-in - clerk was helpful and knowledgeable. Van driver was swift, and courteous. When I de-planned - I was instructed to travel to the international side of airport, I did - shuttle picked me up and right back to car. And the price for 3 days, was what I would have paid at airport for 1 day. So easy and smooth and most importantly - I felt like a valued customer. Excellent service. Extremely fast pickup. So fast, I’m not always ready. It’s easier (and cheaper) than parking at the airport and it is covered. I feel safe parking there, even arriving late at night, and I am confident my car is left in good hands as well.

Easy to locate the lot and stalls clearly marked. The lot has covered parking which would be great in the summer months. A shuttle came to pick me up at the car within 3 minutes to take me to the airport. Shuttle came within 5 minutes to pick me up at the airport and bring me back to my car. The service is great, I parked my car and immediately a shuttle was there to take me to the international terminal, it took less than 5 minutes; on my way back the shuttle was already there, the driver dropped me in my parking spot, everybody is super nice and I will always use this service.

For an international flight I can't imagine a better option. Good prices, and if you travel fairly frequently you can sign up for their rewards card to earn points for free parking. Safe, secure, well lit, and staffed by nice people. Shuttle runs constantly for pick up and drop off. I've used this lot 3 times and I've waited a maximum of 5 minutes each time. Super close to international terminal--3 minute shuttle ride.

Loved scheduling my parking online before arrival so I know I'm set! Upon arrival customer service always friendly! Tell us what letter to park under, as soon as we unload there is a shuttle bus always right there and we are on our way to the airport so fast!! Getting a shuttle bus from the airport back is always super smooth!! Very happy with the service we received!!

Fast Park is a super easy in & out lot. They are quick to pick you up at your vehicle & drop you at the door to the international terminal. The rates are great & my car is safe while I'm traveling. It's the only place I'll park my car when leaving for a trip! :)

We tried them because they seem to be the only shuttle that takes you to International Terminal. Great people and fast service. The shuttle actually followed us to our parking spot. When we returned just.walked out the door at international and they were waiting. I used to use preflight but never again, Fast Park and relax from now on!

Still the most convenient parking at Hartsfield Jackson if you aren't checking baggage. With that said, where they previously had enough shuttle vans running so that you barely had to wait a minute for one to stop at your car, there were so few running on Friday that it was almost a 10 minute wait. Drivers are friendly and courteous. Checking out after return, their "system" kept trying to treat my AMEX as if it were a debit card and wouldn't process, so I had to use a personal card for the corporate expense. So a 'good' experience but not 'great' like they'd previously provide.

Great place to park! The location is perfect, and the staff are prompt in picking you up. Just know, it's technically just for the International terminal, but I wasn't checking a bag so it was no problem to go through security and get on the train to my domestic gate.

The Best airport parking there is!Buses run every 10 minutes it seems, drivers are nice (there is one that drives like a bat out of hell though, but he will take you there) and you will get to the F International concourse in 5 minutes. All parking lot has a roof. Very efficient system and strategically by the exit on I 75. I wouldn’t park anywhere else.

Great convenient parking near ATL airport. Perfect for parking when flying internationally with bags or domestic if not checking bags. I enjoy using them since they only drop off at the international terminal in ATL at the timing of this post. I still use them when I fly domestic (when not checking a bag) because security lines can be smaller and it’s easy to ride the train at the ATL airport to go to any terminal. I wouldn’t recommend if you are checking a bag and flying domestic because when you get back to ATL and you leave security to get to the domestic baggage, you can’t go back to the train to go to concourse F to catch the Fast Park bus. You have to go catch bus to then take you from the domestic terminal to the international terminal and then go catch the Fast Park bus….just too many steps.

These folks are totally wonderful! I decided to park there for the first time for leaving town for 2 weeks because the parking was covered. The lady in the booth asked if I had a reservation. When I said "No!", she didn't miss a beat and directed me to a spot close to the booth which even had charging for my electric car. During my trip, I checked on my car and found it wasn't charging and the power levels were getting dangerously low (I think that the charging cable hadn't fully locked in place when I left and it had fallen out). I called them internationally and got Tyaria, the dispatcher, on the phone. She was extremely kind and helpful and said she would send the manager (?Jason) out to check on it. Shortly after, my phone app showed my car was charging. It would have been a serious problem if the car had completely run out of power and I was getting really worried. We came back, and the shuttle was right there outside the terminal, waiting. We stepped right on and, after a short drive, we were able to leave with my fully charged car! It wasn't even that expensive! I won't park anywhere else. These folks went above and beyond!

Real easy access to the international terminal. Only gave it 4 stars because it is also more expensive than other airport park companies on the domestic side. Because they have thw monopoly on location and nothing else is close. I spent 45 to park with them compared to 20 with another company.

The process of securing my space was simple. I felt safe and the shuttle picked me up by my car and then later dropped me back off when I returned from my flight. I felt safe at night even at that late hour. Well lit and night attendant was so friendly and helpful as I drove up to pay. I'll definitely park here for future flights.

Absolutely impeccable from entry to exit. Staff is professional, courteous and after returning from an amazing 4 day Cancun vacation I was whisked back to my car in no time. Get this, my shuttle driver unloaded not only my luggage and placed in the trunk of my vehicle but that seemed to be standard. Needless to say I was impressed and the $5 tip didn't seem adequate. I have 3 more trips plan before the end of the year and Fast Park & Relax ATL definitely has my business! Oh, I forgot the best part! Pricing was better than fair. At the time of this review long term parking is $11/day. Now mind you a one way Uber would've cost me $60. Covered and secure parking at it's finest!

This location is AWESOME!!! I've left my car there during several week long vacations and no problems at all. My care was secure and didn't worry about if it was going to be there when I returned. Friendly folks and prompt service to the international terminal. I really appreciate their hourly and daily rates. If I come home a few minutes or hours into my next day, they don’t charge me a whole extra day like the city garages at domestic side do. I like using a QR code to come in and out and tap to pay. The experience is fast. Almost everyone complaining about this lot doesn’t understand it only goes to the international entrance. They even say this all over their website and shuttles and the green card they give you. If you have luggage to check in and aren’t flying Delta or an international carrier, you will have to take the “international to domestic” shuttle. If you know how to read and are able to use the international terminal, there is no better deal around than this lot. Thanks for always saving me time and money.

For the international flight, it is good choice. However, the story can be whole different when using the domestic flight. Fastpark shuttle is great. But it runs only between the international terminal and the parking lot. We had to take the atlanta airport domestic-internatioanal connecting shuttle and waited nearly 30 minutes cold outside.

We parked here for the first time but will be our forever parking spot. It was easy to reserve online, you get a barcode after the reservation is made. Make sure to have that handy when going through the gate, this gets you in. There is an attendant at the gate if you need help. There were so efficient, by the time I pulled into my spot , the shuttle was behind me, opened my truck, got our suitcases before I got out my car. Wow. When we returned, the shuttle was waiting, took each person to there vehicle. Make sure to have the ticket in hand, you have to give that to the driver before getting in the shuttle, that’s how he knows where to find your vehicle. So efficient. Absolutely loved it. Got is our car, scanned the barcode, paid with credit card, gone. Soon it will be totally self served.

Under cover parking. $10 per day, minimum 2 day Drop off and pickup to and from just minutes to F concourse International, quick and easy. If you are flying on a Delta domestic flight you can still check in at the international concourse... go through security with less lines. All good but: Arriving on a domestic flight with baggage claim would be an extra van ride from domestic side to international then pickup at international.. Remember which baggage claim you will be going to when you arrive... often domestic baggage claim. Great if you are international or only carry on luggage.

The team members are friendly, the manager responded via email very quickly to a question I had, and they'll kindly unplug your EV car when you're away after it finishes charging. I feel my car is safe and taken care of while I'm traveling. PS: if you are returning to ATL on a domestic flight with checked luggage you'll have to retrieve it at the domestic side then take an airport bus back to the international side, then board the Fast Park van. That takes a lot of time, so only use the parking here if you don't have checked baggage and can exit the airport at the international Terminal F.

Parked there this labor day weekend, for a 4 night, 5 day trip to Mexico. Pros - Closest parking lot with the best daily rate, near the international terminal. Both ways, it must've taken less than 10 min from loading up to returning. The bus drivers are great and very friendly. Cons - Though the parking is covered, the canopy just does not give you enough coverage. I came back to the car yesterday, to find bird poop. I wish the parking was truly covered, like one other competitor, where I normally park, when I travel domestic. But, that truly covered parking lot that I am referring to, does have higher daily rate by couple of dollars. If you are planning on going through the international terminal, want the nearest lot that is economical and has great service overall, this should be your pick.

I would give five stars for location and cleanliness but the attitude of some of the drivers and staff at the ticket booth leaves a lot to be desired. Some drivers go out of their way to help you on and off with luggage but others are happy to watch you struggle ! Also it is far quicker and easier to leave your car here and go through the checkpoint at the international terminal, then jump on the plane train to get to the domestic flights.

All good... Till this happens! Its a wonderful facility, great service, fast way to International terminal. Very convenient. You can park here even when you fly domestic, as long as you don't check bag. However, when you return from your trip; if for some reasons, the airline decide to check your bag, you will have a problem. Now your checked bag will go to domestic baggage claim, you must exit the security to get your bag. Your car is at the FastPark; now you have to figure out how to get to the international terminal so that you can catch the FastPark shuttle to your car. If someone have a solution to this problem, I would appreciate it very much & I will use this wonderfully convenient facility again.

The first time I used Fast Park and Relax it was as smooth as can be bc I didn’t check in any bags so I went through international and back out no problem. Second and most recent time I did check in a bag so as we’re getting bag in domestic baggage claim we call them to ask where the shuttle picks up in domestic and they told us “the L terminal” which does not exist. We made our way thanks to a near by airport attendant to the “off airport parking shuttles” area and waited for 15 mins. We called again and they said no international terminal only. So luckily we came across the connection shuttle and made our way to international. By now it’s been an hour since we landed and we’re dead. They should definitely mention something about catching the connecting shuttle at domestic to take u to international on your return.

definitely a cheaper option than parking at the airport, but it ended up being the same cost as an uber round trip for me because my return flight got delayed and i was charged for a partial day. also a massive pain to get to the international terminal from a domestic flight. for example, i landed it terminal A and had to get to terminal F and the skytrain wasn’t running to its full capacity because i landed at 1 am. so i had to walk 15 min from terminal D to F only to find out that i had to call for shuttle service and that it was listed “on the back of my green ticket,” as if i would think to check that? honestly would only choose to use this option again if i was coming back late at night again and didn’t want to uber back by myself. otherwise, uber is definitely still the best, easiest option

First of all, all these 1-star ratings are because people don't know the Atlanta airport is so big. There are clear signs on the interstate that tell you where the domestic and international terminal are...don't expect to park in near the international terminal and to get to a domestic flight or vice versa. Secondly, this place is great for international flights because there is only on small parking garage by the terminal and you have to take a shuttle to the terminal anyway. The garage fills up fast and costs $12 a day. The FastPark usually has a space open and costs significantly less.

Let's clarify a few things upfront: 1. This facility is specifically designed to serve passengers going to the 'international terminal' only. You can definitely use it if you are a traveler going to a domestic (within the U.S.) destination. HOWEVER, the thing to be aware of is that the 'International Terminal' itself 'will not allow' you to check a bag for a domestic flight. That's not the parking lot's issue, that is just how the international terminal side of the airport is setup. That is why the parking agent here will ask to see your ticket or make you aware that you can't check a 'domestic bag' on the international side, or ask you if you are flying international. Solution: If you are checking a bag for a domestic flight, park near the domestic terminal on the other side of the airport, near I-85. Or like me, travel with a bag that is small enough that it never has to be checked. Oh yes, the same situation applies in reverse. If flying from another domestic city to Atlanta and you check a bag, it will come out at the Domestic terminal, period. Which means you will have to pick up your car here and drive around to the domestic terminal. No, you don't want to do that. 2. As stated this facility is close to the international terminal right off of I-75. The shuttle drive is only about three minutes to the 'international terminal' from here. 3. The rates here were recently raised to about $8+ a day, which is very reasonable to me for covered parking, which every single space has. The covered parking is tall enough that most normal vehicles fit. Even though for some strange reason I noticed the large pick up trucks like to park all together near the back fence. Looks like a big man's pickup truck used lot, back there. 4. The service people are extremely friendly and very helpful and they get to your car very fast, once you've parked. They tolerate my tendency to seek out single slot spaces near the assigned area. You have choices in parking for the international terminal. Either this lot, the airport long term international parking garage and the short term parking garage close to the airport (very expensive). I prefer the openness of this lot, for I'm very uncomfortable with the tightness of the airport's own parking deck. I witnessed recently the facility and some of its pickup truck customers were victims of thieves. Yes, they have barb wire fencing and only one open entrance. I observed windows only being broken on several large pickup trucks. Mainly parked in the deepest part of the parking lot. Which clearly means the thieves were looking for something, that you would mainly find in a large pickup. If it wasn't workman's tools, I could kind of guess what other small, high value item might be present in such a vehicle. My vehicle was parked back there, but there was no sign of tampering with it and some other cars nearby. Yes, I looked. The facility indicates they are hiring folks to monitor the less active deep part of the lot at night and will get some security consultants to address the issue for them. That satisfies me for the moment, because I'm sure this is an issue for every parking facility in every major city. Bottomline: Domestic or International travel, this is my ''go to' parking lot.

I didn't had a good experience here, they couldn't run my credit card properly and I had to call my credit card company. my credit card company told the card was in good condition. apparently I didn't have enough cash to pay too. finally at the end, they had to call the manager or the owner. and it resolved at the end. it's a convenient parking place next to the international airport.

Their shuttle only goes to the domestic side so make sure to build in time to take the airport shuttle from the international side to the domestic side if that's where your flight is (at least 30 extra minutes).

The problem is that the girl told me since my plane changes over in Houston i need to go to thedomestic terminal and they do not offer shuttle there. So we paid uber to take us. Them guess what...she was wrong. I needed to be at international. So not only did I lose money by paying Uber, I also lost alot of time by going to wrong terminal.

I would have given this place 5 stars except on my way out the cashier complained very loudly and unprofessionally about “she’s tired of all these cards” she radioed the van driver while I was at the window paying with a credit card..stating “please let them know if they have a card, they can use the express lane” .. It was literally nobody else in line & takes 5 seconds to run a card payment. She was rude and ruined my experience that would have been stellar.

Hey Raymond and I believe her name is spelled Chandria they were fantastic up and down. As someone who works in customer service I have to say I may have been the worse customer for about ten min. I threw my ticket away as soon I got on the plane but as I was searching through the email Raymond never lost his patience😒😒😒😒😒.......which I would have. And he never assumed I didn't have it 👀👀👀👀which honestly made me feel good because he knew it was an honest mistake and Chandria was just as great with her patience and even though I was in the wrong the entire time she apologized for not getting to me fast enough.....😑😑😑😑😑😑mind blown so all in all I fly a lot and I'll be back and I recommend this spot to anybody. Because based on the entire thing it could've gone bad but it was just the people and the vibe💯💯💯💯💯
