We parked here every day that we came into Asheville. The pricing is VERY reasonable and this location is central to a lot of cool things to do - Woolworth’s, restaurants, Noble cider, etc.

While vacationing in Asheville we had and AirBNB nearby and used this garage to park our car. It is centrally located between a ton of shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. The garage was always well lit and clean and I highly recommend parking here.

We park here almost exclusively when we're visiting Downtown Asheville and was surprised to find out that the parking garage is currently free as we were exiting. There's a sign at the exit stating that due to Covid 19 and coin shortage, parking is FREE.

The Rankin Deck reminds me of the old school Asheville with it's grimy filth. The stairwell still retains a hint of the same vanilla air freshener that has been struggling to do it's job since 1995, so I recommend the open air stairway. The urine odor has been winning the war against that air freshener for over two decades now, but this is my favorite parking deck because I almost always find a spot. The tourists are probably scared of it, or just repulsed, but it's fine as long you avoid the closed stairwell unless you can hold your breath all the way. And don't touch anything. And try not to walk under the drips. And for your own sake, don't walk on the ramps where the cars go! Unfortunately, this is not a handicapped accessible parking deck. The ramps are not for pedestrians nor wheelchairs. You have to take the stairs. But avoid the vanilla/urine stairs if you don't like bad smells.

Good garage right I'm the middle of downtown Asheville. We parked there for over 10 hours and was only charged $12. From the garage we could walk anywhere we needed to go. Pretty clean with good amount of spaces.

Very affordable parking rates, perfect location. Just not a fan of having to pay $5 for event parking if we aren't attending the event, or parking very long. But other than that.. great place to leave your car while you enjoy downtown.

Great place to park if your out having fun. Wife and I had a little to much to drink so we took and Uber and left the car. It was fine when we came to get it the next day. And it was cheap for overnight.

excellent parking. there are spaces to park your car and stairs to walk down. as long as you know how to drive, then there is no problem getting in and out. if you have issues getting in or if parking is full, you should plan ahead or get there earlier.

It's "pay to park" so well, eh, however, on the plus side is central to most things Downtown Asheville. Con: It was challenging for a physically challenged member of our group to navigate ALL THE DOORS and levels to exit the facility.

Great spot to park, the gate let us out for free. We were driving a large SUV, it was difficult navigating the tight ramps, that's my only issue with this parking garage.

This was my first time in Asheville and I was so thankful for the Rankn Ave Garage. It's centrally located, parking was a breeze, and so inexpensive. The parking garage is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the like. Next time I am in Asheville, NC. I know where I am parking!!! Thanks Rankin Ave

Convenient location for parking in downtown Asheville. Free for the first hour, and only $1/hr thereafter (except on Special Event days)! What's not to love?!

This is my go-to parking garage in downtown Asheville. you can sneak into the bottom section where there is usually a space because people don't realize that they can park down there, they just think it's the exit. Oops, I spoiled the secret!

Trucks beware, I regularly drive a dually 1 ton but this place was quite tight in my short half ton. Black curbs suggest I'm not the only one to think that, though I didn't leave any ruber behind myself.

Centrally located parking garage for walking around Asheville. The ramps to go from floor to floor are very tight and longer vehicles will have a hard time making the turns.
