Free, convenient parking. It's an easy way to avoid the valet parking fee (after 5pm or on sat/sun) at the nearby hotel.

Swing past this parking lot first, especially on weekends, or after 5pm, the gate is up and open to the public. It is well lit and always clean! You are not going to step in trash. It is an easy walk two blocks away from everything. And its free.
