Had an excellent experience here. After reaching the airport I realized I left my phone in the car. I reached them and they sent a driver over within minutes to give me a quick roundtrip to my parked car. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The location is great.

Quick, easy and reliable. Drop off and pickup are quick and the driver always offers help with baggage. Never had to wait for the ride back to the lot from the lot for more than 5 minutes and they are usually already there when I walk out of the airport.

Always helpful and a good place to park. New policy assigns patrons to a specific spot. I drove to that spot and it wasn't available so I drove back to the front to inquire. They said to park anywhere. The policy should change back to park in any open spot in an assigned row....that seemed like a better process.

The drivers are always prompt and friendly. The gate attendants as well. I wish there was a way to tip w/o cash. Embarrassed, I had no cash during my last pick up and I genuinely feel they deserve gratuity. Customer service has really declined, but you still have friendly faces and happy staff. Kudos to your organization. Please consider getting the team QR codes as a quick way to tip. My apologies, I’ll make sure to stash more tip money in my travel bag next time.

Great service, great place to park! Make a reservation though! The young man who took us from the Parking Lot to the airport was just wonderful. My husband forgot one of our bags and once we discovered it he took us right back to retrieve it!He was just wonderful!

Service at ABQ has always been quite good. Shuttle to the airport is prompt. Also usually from the airport. On rare occasions I've gotten a little impatient. Drivers are helpful and friendly. Overall, very fine service.

Even if I'm on a quick trip, I'd rather park here than at the airport lot - it costs less and they're so quick it doesn't save you any time parking in the airport garage...

Great reasonably priced parking close to the ABQ International Sunport. They will drop you off and pick you up very quickly with a friendly and helpful driver in a new shuttle van. Why park at the terminal? Highly recommended!

I had an amazing parking experience. I parked my car and within seconds the shuttle driver was there to get me. I am disabled, he grabbed and loaded my bags etc, and we were off to the terminal. I had a similar experience on my return. My car was still there and unmarked, lol. I really like the convenience.

I've always had a positive experience at this location, and I plan on using their parking service every time I travel from Albuquerque.

This is the best place to park when taking a flight. I made my reservation online and arrived a few hours before my flight. The shuttle came to my car (covered parking) to pick me up. The driver helps with luggage (make sure to bring cash to tip them). Flying back, my flight was delayed and I didn't get in until 1 a.m. I had to call the number for Fast Park since they don't have shuttles running regularly between midnight and 5 a.m. Someone answered right away and a shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes. Fast, safe and convenient. Much cheaper than airport parking and you get dropped off and picked up curbside. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Went back when I realized I'd forgotten my phone and brought me back to the airport without a complaint or anything. Great driver on both sides, truck was still snow free despite a snowfall because of the cover, which is fantastic. Only minor complaint (which is almost always my fault) spaces are a little narrow for a full size truck. #firstworldproblems

The shuttle was quick. The driver stopped at the office quickly on the way out to pick up a mask because we’d forgotten one. In the air on the way home I realized I had left my car key behind. Our son, a college student, couldn’t wait for us with an extra key so he asked if FastPark could give it to us. The staff held it and when we landed they said they were waiting for us. I like that they checked my ID before just handing the key over. We were on our way home quickly! This is the second time we’ve used FastPark and are very happy with the service.

This was an amazing experience. I never had to wait for a shuttle. They were there to pick us up as soon as we parked the car. They were also there at the airport waiting as soon as we got our luggage. We never had to call to have them come pick us up. This place is great! They are fast and friendly. We've only had issues getting a shuttle once, and we've used their service up to 30 times. They also offer free water after car pick up and often goodies (pens, cups, magnets) at drop off. All parking is covered, which is a plus.

Very easy to reserve online and pull in - when I arrived back to ABQ I had no wait at the airport the shuttle arrived as soon as I got to the stop no need to call. Drivers were friendly and courteous - this was actually easier than Uber. First time using them and planning on using them on my next trip!

The moment we showed up to leave our vehicle we were greeted with a friendly good morning. Then, the driver to the airport loaded our luggage and chatted with us to the airport. On the return we were greeted and the driver loaded our luggage into the van. Then when we arrived at our car he placed the luggage in our vehicle trunk. Finally when we went to pay we were helped to complete the process. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and helpful. Everyone wore their face masks at all times. In a tough world today where people are less friendly the staff at Fast Park were super! Thank you!

you might think from the description that this was simply a place to park your car when you take it off someplace fun and exciting from the sun port.The emphasis of this bus was not so much on the parking which was effortless easy and quite safe but on the relax part. in fact I was so relaxed after parking and getting to the airport on their amazing shuttle service my fell asleep in the airport and almost missed my flight!!! In fact I've been well rested and relaxed ever since using their services!!!!!

Since Covid, you have installed new procedures for checking out at the lot. I pretty much had NO idea how to check out, but a staff member quickly came to my assistance and helped me get on my way. The staff was pleasant and professional, and I REALLY appreciate their eagerness to help me. I ALWAYS use FastPark when I fly out of Albuquerque. I love the covered parking and never have to wait long for the shuttle to pick me up when I arrive--even at 2:30 in the morning. You are all doing a great job! Kudos!!

This is now my go-to since my regular place has closed. Have used them twice now and each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. The people working the gate as well as the airport/shuttle service have been fantastic! They will keep your keys if asked. Tickets can be kept with them so it's one less thing to keep track of on vacation (a huge plus!). Covered and uncovered spaces available. Highly recommend you try this place to park.

This is the go to Airport parking for my company. But, I will say that even if it were not the sanction company parking, I would go back again. The drivers are quick, they're attentive, they help you with your bags. The The folks to work in the entry and exit Shack are very nice. They're helpful. The parking is covered. The shuttles run so frequently that I've never had to wait, either to be picked up in the parking lot, or at the airport. It's a good service.

Best airport parking, everything is covered and is always lit up. They have drivers that get you to the airport quick and then pick up is extra smooth. When you park you get a news paper for you to read on the plane that's a plus. When you leave they have cold bottle waters for everyone in your party.

I’ve always enjoyed this place. Even the driver was amazing. However the guy at the gate was rude. I went online to book the parking. When I drove up he just starred at me. I asked what he needed. He said your ticket. I told him I did it online. Figured he’d look it up. He made me log into the website to retrieve it. It wasn’t that I had to do that. It was more the manor and the way he acted towards all that. Sure don’t remember anything saying I needed that barcode for check in and check out.

This is a great way to park for a few days while traveling from Abq Sunport. You drive in and the person at the booth tells you where to park.This saves driving around looking for spots. By the time you park the car, the shuttle is right there and the driver helps you with your bags. A quick 2 minute or less drive to your gate, and voila, you are there. They take your bags out for you, and you go check in. The also provide you with a newspaper, and water. Highly recommend it.
