I tried, with limited success, to create my own PES files from images. I bought the software, put hours into it and got - well let's just say I'm glad I did it on test fabric. I ordered a digitized version of a fairly complex image from Zdigitizing and received it within hours. I just completed my first sweatshirt and it came out AMAZING! By trying to digitize it myself, I have a new appreciation for the expertise that goes into something most of us take for granted. With excellent tech support (they had to adapt their color numbers to the thread colors I have from Brother) and incredible results, they have earned a new customer for life. My first experience working with Zdigitizing to create a custom .exp file for my Bernina 750QE. I sent in a .jpg file and received a completed .exp file with stitching instructions within a day. Extremely fast! I later requested some additional work to consolidate color changes on the file and received an immediate response with new files within hours. The original price was great and fast turnaround and amazing customer service just excellent. I have stitched the design and everything is working as expected. My experience with Zdigitizing was excellent!!! They made it so simple for me to send over my artwork for digitizing, and it was a very quick turnaround as far as I am concerned, being that I selected regular turnaround speed. But what really impressed me was how detailed their digitizing is! My embroidery machine is fickle at times, and it doesn't always run as smoothly as I like, though it's brand new, and I guess I should mention that I am new to this as well, but when I loaded my digitized logos from Zdigitizing my embroidery machine ran those files as smooth as butter! It changed colors smoothly, cut the thread smoothly, and to my surprise in my logo I have an area where there are quite a few small words...., the file separated every letter by cutting each letter individually! Which made me have less snipping and finishing work at the end! The people at Zdigitizing really know what they are doing! After days of trying to figure out on my own how to digitize a pattern, I happened upon Zdigitizing online. I sent them my .png file - in the middle of the night - and they responded almost immediately. After a couple of quick emails to verify a few things about what I needed and wanted, They told me the cost. Only $15 for them to do all the work I had been trying to figure out for DAYS. I paid my invoice and within an hour or two I had my design. (Not sure how quickly the email came in with my file - I went to sleep. LOL ) I stitched it out in the morning.
