Reviews of Mt Cuba Center
Exceptional displays of a wide variety of native plants on grounds tended by welcoming volunteers. The ponds were teeming with frisky frogs and sunbathing turtles when we visited in early spring. We spent a few hours strolling the formal and woodland gardens as well as hiking their trails. We recommend bringing a picnic lunch: snack options onsite are limited and there are no nearby restaurants. The trail markings, maps and interpretive signage were clear and enlightening for novice gardeners like us. There is some parking and construction of an overflow parking lot is underway for later this year. Stop and check out the mailboxes around the gardens, especially if you come with children. Each has a scavenger hunt or fun activity to do. If you hike the trails, the understory and forest edge trails offer more visual interest than the grasslands trail. Note that dogs are not allowed, to protect the wildlife and plantings.
Amazing experience! The gardens are so peaceful and relaxing. The maintained gardens are an exceptional display of plant life and formal design while the natural lands cater to the vast wildness of the area. Excited to visit again soon to experience the changing season. Also spent an hour talking with staff about the benefits and joys of native plants. Jay and Liz were great additions to your team!
This place is gorgeous! The gardens are serene and beautiful and the guides are very informative about the different native plant species growing there.
Love the mission of this beautiful place. I highly recommend the welcome tour. Afterwards you can wander around for yourself. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I love that you can purchase plants.
The entire range was beautiful and learning about the lady who started it and the different plants and ecosystems on the property was an amazing experience. I would definitely come here again very soon.
Absolutely amazing! The views were gorgeous! The botanical garden is full of so many vibrant colors and different variations of plants and flowers. Bees and butterflies are enjoying them and it was so peaceful to watch. We did the scavenger hunt and couldn't find a turtle but we did see frogs and fish in the pond! 💚 The history and informational pieces are sure to keep you busy as you stroll around! We had a fun-filled joyous day 🙂 We will be back after today's successful family field trip 🎯
We visited here father's day weekend while the hydrangeas were in full bloom. It was a nice walk but the heat cut our visit short. It was nice to view a brief video about the history of Mt Cuba and then tour the grounds. The kids enjoyed doing the scavenger hunt, spinning the "big seed", walking through the Forests and searching for frogs by the beautiful ponds. Our stay lasted about 3 hrs but could have done more like walked the open fields. We agreed that fall will be our next visit.
Enjoyed this magical place so much! The staff is amazing always so friendly and helpful! Thank you for having my family and I. We will definitely be back!
Mt. Cuba Center is a hidden gem in the hills outside of Hockessin, Delaware.
Once an estate it is now one of the most recognized botanical gardens in the area. The focus is on native plants of the Delaware Piedmont and land preservation. Beautiful formal gardens as well as naturalistic gardens galore. Come spend a couple of hours our make it a day. Bring your own picnic lunch and eat in the picnic area or anywhere you like. Check out their Educational programs and special events throughout the season (April - End of November). Enjoy!
Beautiful experience! Great collection of local plants. There are many lovely walking paths around the grounds. The test gardens were very interesting. The mansion and it's architecture were delightful. Overall a memorable experience.
A beautiful venue for a time of exploration, with several beautiful trails. Must go back a few times a year to experience the blooms as they progress. The mansion is not open right now, and there is timed entrance right now due to covid, so be sure to get your tickets before you go.
A beautiful, wild native plants garden. There are so many butterflies and birds. They are doing excellent job on Covid protection - limiting the number of people allowed to enter, all the pats are one way, masks are required. I highly recommend it. If we lived closer I'd buy a membership
Escape the stresses of the world and explore this incredible botanical garden of Delaware's happiest plants. This is a Top 3 DE destination 100%
3rd Friday of the month all summer is Twilight on the Terrace. live music and food trucks till 8pm. Watch the sun go down and chill!
I came here for the first time today and I can say I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the site, the mansion, and the plants. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and well maintained, the paths were well maintained, and there were very clear directions along the way so no one should get lost easily. Lots of beautiful statues throughout the garden, a few small waterfalls, ponds, some fountains, many local plants, and many butterflies. You can pack a picnic, bring it in, and they even offer picnic blankets for you, and many picnic areas! Honestly, I loved it so much I'm considering buying an annual pass. In addition to all of this I'd like to say that this place isn't snobbish at all. It's beautiful, historical, but also very down to earth. This would be a place where someone could come and study, draw, have a nice date, or even bring small kids and do a nature hunt!
Beautiful gardens. I can't believe I've lived in Delaware my whole life and never visited before today. Will definitely be going back.
Located in the middle of the Valley between Wilmington and Hockessin Mt. Cuba is one of the many former DuPont estates that have been turned into gardens or museums. The gardens and location are beautiful. There are many opportunities to stroll yourself or take a guided tour to learn about the plants. Spring and Fall are the best time to visit.
A beautiful, hidden oasis that feels like a “secret garden.” Complete with a large pond that is filled with tadpoles and frogs, a stately mansion, endless acres of meadows and woods, & plenty of flowers, you will leave feeling satisfied with all that the area has to offer. A quiet, serene location for a peaceful walk either alone or with family.
Beautiful estate high in the hills of Hockessin. I visited for the first time in November and the autumn colors are fantastic. Can't wait to go back in the spring!
A spectacular example of English inspired gardening in Delaware's historic Brandywine River Valley. While on the smaller side, every trail is packed with amazing specimens.
We paired the visit to Mt Cuba with a visit to Longwood Gardens. That made for a great Horticultural day. The Trilliums were amazing and worth the visit!
A wonderful open conservatory hosting hundreds of flowers native to the eastern coast, with spectacular views of many species of trees, streams, and a wonderful pond, complete with bridge and gazebo. The mansion is a sight to see itself, with beautiful work on the walls and well manicured gardens centering the sculptures on display. There's plenty of information to be gleaned from the classes offered, and a listing of all the hybrids of assorted flowers currently on display in their testing beds is available for those interested in a particularly fantastic specimen. Overall a treat to go, and a sight to behold.
Nice place. Great Staff. Very good tour.
Mt. Cube Center does a very good job in taking care of visitors. The charge for the guided walking tour is very reasonable, only $3 per person, clearly marked both on the website and right by the ticket window. My girlfriend thinks the admission, $15, is on the higher end of the spectrum, though. The guide on that day did a fantastic job in introducing the highlights of the garden. Unless you are crazy about every single plant, the tour delivers all you need to know about the center and the gardens. I’m not a garden enthusiast and I went there because my girlfriend likes seeing gardens and arbs, but I had a great time and the tour, as well as the museum overall, is totally worth the time and the money.
Beautiful. The tour is very informative. I will be able to better plan my garden
Beautiful! A nice short daytime trip. Can't wait to return in the spring when flowers are in bloom!
VERY nicely planned route to allow one way traffic pattern...house is currently closed, but gardens are worth a second walk around!
There is something incredibly calming about a garden of native plants. This may be the closest I'll ever be to Eden.
Staff & volunteers are abundant & helpful.
Visit this treasure!
A definite gem. We love to go in spring when so many of the Wildflowers are in bloom. The paths are easy to follow and well kept
Absolutely beautiful. Check their evening summer musical program. Really interesting, diverse performers.
Beautiful and peaceful place! Very well maintained trails.
Incredible beauty. Definitely will come back again.
It was beautiful. The trillium were out. It was a great day and a great place to take a walk in nature and enjoy beautiful flowers.
Friday concert with food truck and beer/wine for sale finished off a beautiful day touring the native plant gardens.
Mount Cuba Center is a Hidden Gem in northern Delaware. It is a wonderful Gardens and trails. The vegetation and trees are all Native species of the area. There are tours available during the day that guide you through the gardens and explain all the different plants and trees. Many different areas all very Scenic and beautiful. I would highly recommend a visit.
Lovely garden. Smooth paths, great signage. Helpful docents. Scavenger hunt for kids. Lots of native plants and cool signage on "wicked plants" ( ie toxic).
A Very nice arboritum. I am a big fan of trillium flowers, and they have a nice variety of them. And a wide range of native plants. The staff was pleasant. We did not take any of the guided tours on this visit this time, but they are available for $3 extra from the entry fee. We toured the forested area next to the gardens, where we found old growth trees, or at least older growth forest. All and all a nice time. We will be back for further exploration.
We went on Wednesday and had a very enjoyable time. Arrived in time to participate in the guided walking tour and it was astounding how much our guide ( Jay ) knew. Every question asked by us and two others, he was able to answer. After the tour we sat for a bit near one of the ponds and listened to the frogs / toads, and the meandered around the grounds. We had such a wonderful time that we bought a membership on our way out. The staff are extremely nice and we had a fun time joking around with the female that took care of our membership ( sorry, I fail to remember her name ). We will be bringing a lunch on our next visit so we can enjoy the veiws, sounds and smells as we picnic. I encourage everyone who reads this to take the drive and visit.
A beautiful space with many native plants and great educational materials about said plants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and yet keep their natural feel. It's really an inspiration and I can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks when even more flowers are in bloom!
Beautiful place to see the changing leaves. My kids enjoyed running around the area.
One of the great public gardens of the Delaware Valley. Situated on an old Dupont estate, it has grown to over a thousand acres dedicated to education and scholarly research on native plants, People come from all over the world to see the formal and woodland gardens. Occasional night events feature music, food trucks, games and activities for small children as well as beer, wine and soft drinks. Whether you are an avid gardener or simply enjoy the outdoors, the events here are fun for the entire family
This needs to be on your "must see" list.
Beautiful gardens and nice hiking trails 👣 …
Our first visit here. We loved it so much, we bought a season pass on the spot. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. All I can say is, just go!
Large property 23 mi outside of Wilmington, DE. Great place for hiking.
Loved our first visit there. All the natives are well labeled and we finally were able to identify a few bonesets and goldenrods that we had been personally wondering about for a while. They had live music playing near closing as well. The end to a perfect day.
We spent an amazing afternoon here. The docent tour is a must do. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. There are numerous trails to see a variety of ecosystems. We will definitely be back on the spring to see the blooms.
Fall color was also beautiful. I think this is a place worth visiting several times throughout the year to see it change.
What a beautiful place. We had a great afternoon here. Not a lot of formal gardens but they have an incredible assortment of native plants spread out along a series of trails. Just spectacular, we can't wait to come back next spring.
This is a lovely place to walk through native gardens and woodlands. There are informational signs posted throughout the paths and labels on plant species. In addition, there are guides stationed along the various paths to answer your questions. They have opened additional longer walking paths through fields adjacent to the original gardens and woodlands which include a small pond complete with turtles and frogs and butterfly gardens. For those interested, there is a tour through the main estate. If you're lucky, they have native plants on sale for $8. Highly recommend a visit!
Excellent place to visit and plenty of gorgeous plants.
Outstanding nature center. As learners about native plants and how the whole ecosystem fits together, I don't know how we'd never visited this wonderful resource. We took advantage of the guided tour, only $3 extra, and it was well worth it. Then ate our picnic lunch (there is limited food on site, but no service), and wandered on our own. The whole property is 7 and 1/2 acres. So, small enough to see the whole thing. I want to come back in the spring when the spring trees and flowers are in bloom. This was established by a member of The Dupont family. A lot of money and resources went into creating and maintaining this beautiful location.
Beautiful and serene. What a lovely place to enjoy the great outdoors. Well kept paths with many places to sit and appreciate beautiful views. Supremely recommended because highly recommend isn't enough. A balm for the soul.
Great place to get inspired about what native plants to plant. Awesome "test garden" of many cultivars
Lovely native plant gardens, formal and wooded path gardens, on beautiful rolling hill property. Wonderful nature conservancy organization.
Awesome plantings and flowers. Lovely path walks.
Amazing, caring, family friendly garden! We will be back. Mary Lou spent such a long time with our three-year old showing him frogs and turtles in the pond. He had a great time! Very safe for running around and expending toddler energy.
A very lovely, peaceful place that also teaches you how to garden naturally and successfully. I took a rain garden course this time. ( And I just finished planting it.)
This place is an absolute hidden gem! COVID restrictions mean the mansion is closed and you need to buy your tickets online in advance, but that's almost immaterial; the real stars of this place are the gardens filled with absolutely beautiful native plants, from towering tulip trees to tiny mosses. The trails are set up for one-way traffic due to COVID, but the signage and map are both excellent and the paths are beautifully laid out to show the best of the beauty. And to to it all off, friendly and very knowledgeable volunteers at key points along the way shared great details about the plants, the fauna, the gardens, and the vision that made it all possible. I cannot recommend the Mt. Cuba Center highly enough!
I am a big fan of native plants. So this place is really cool. A family who had enough money to do whatever they wanted decided to plant natives on their grounds. It is manicured beautifully like a japanese garden enhancing the natural beauty of these natives.
Love the peace on these gardens. Great variety and harmony of native planty
Beautiful place to visit, staff extremely nice!!!
Such a beautiful peaceful place. Can't wait to go again
Lovely house and garden, great docent-led tour. Plants are largely native species, and docent was very knowledgeable. She also helped my granddaughter complete the kids' scavenger hunt. There are places to picnic, and lawns for reading or playing. It was a perfect day!
Beautiful botanical garden full of regional native plants. So enjoyable to walk the trails, get inspiration, and explore how wonderful and important native plantings are in the landscape. Stunning main building with additional educational information & resources. Highly recommend!
Lovely setting excellently landscaped grounds with well marked identification for various trees, owners and grasses. Especially enjoyed the walking trails, the ponds were my favorite with the various fungi growth and wildlife. Definitely will have a return visit for spring
This is another estate built by DuPont heirs. The house is gorgeous even though it was built relatively recently in 1931 it is designed to look older. The star of this though is not the house but the grounds. The owners became passionately involved with preserving native species so the whole grounds are planted with gardens of native species in different habitats.
Even more importantly, they have a research center focused on breeding and preserving native species.
Gardens (flat) trail walk. Interesting colors especially in 3rd week November. Good education about native plants. Beautiful nature, a zen place. Definitely recommended. That area of Delaware is very worth seeing.
I really enjoyed walking the grounds and taking photos ..staff is very nice and they have refreshments. There are plenty of places throughout to sit and enjoy the atmosphere ...or have a nice picnic. I will be going back.
A sweet little spot, nestled in the Delaware Piedmont. Thank God someone had the sense to focus on native plants in the 1960s so we can have nice things now. You may not at first glance think you see much but the same woods as the rest of the region, but this is because your job is not to remove invasive species from forested areas. Much work has been done here. Very informative and friendly staff.
Unlike some of the Dupont family gardens this one focuses on native plants in the mid Atlantic. Easy garden paths with lots of docents to answer questions. Beautiful gardens and porches at the home as well.
We had a really interesting tour guide. We truly enjoyed learning about the native plants!
Great, peaceful place to visit and inexpensive. Beautiful fountains, gardens and natural paths.
A very beautiful place my friends and I had a wonderful time.
It was great. Mostly native plants and well maintained. Docents very knowledgeable. Trail gardens very interesting. Hydrangeas were beautiful. Need to go more times to see other species in bloom.
Very beautiful gardens. Lots of spring woodland ephemerals. Interesting experimental gardens. Very friendly staff.
Another of the must see duPont estates that is open to the public. All about native plants. Stroll the grounds and see incredible garden. Come on an evening when live music is performed by local musicians featuring originals.
We enjoyed our visit very much. It is such a quiet, restful place. We picked the best weekend of the year for our visit.
Easy walkable paths through nicely maintained gardens with so many native plants. I will definitely return at different times of the year to see the seasonal nuances the native gardens offer.
The best place to walk & talk. Our friends took us to see the Copeland Quartet perform, it was an enchanting experience surrounded by garden magic. A favorite, mystical location.
Ist visit! I'm in love ❤
Highly recommended place to visit! The Mt Cuba Center is a lovely place to spend a few hours to relax & enjoy a hidden gem in Delaware. There are so many pretty flowers and plants and along the edge of the ponds there were thousands of baby American Toads hopping along. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made the day extra special. You can take a packed lunch and eat it out by the backside terrace. So nice! It's worth a visit for gardeners, nature lovers and anyone who wants to spend the day in a beautiful place!
These gardens are beautiful!! Dedicated to conserving native plants in a beautiful and accessible way. Mount Cuba Center has 82 species of trilliums native to our eastern seaboard. They do extensive plant trials to determine ideal conditions for the successful propagation of native plants. Well worth a visit.
For an avid amateur gardener, this center provided excellent information, pleasure, and inspiration. The 2 hours in fall was enough for me, but it will be a different experience in each season. Lovely shaded paths and a mile of walking pleased my husband too.
Friendly and informative staff. It was a cold and windy day when I visited but still very nice relaxing walk. Some leaves are falling already but most are still very nice to look at. I enjoyed walking at the ponds side.
Beautiful and relaxing place to visit.
Staff was very nice, lovely to walk. Alot of the trails were closed down for working so we didnt get to go everywhere but it was still beautiful. The pond had loads of frogs, turtles, and fish(not goldfish). They have a movie to watch and classes. A room is still the same from when the original state. They have a little stand of snacks and drinks, so have some $1's on you!! Its not very pricey at all. The tickets are $10 and under. Well worth the trip.
Staff was friendly and informative, the grounds were kept nice, many plants were labeled what they were and some extra info about them .. the office was beautiful, historical and clean and there was even a place where you can get refreshments and snacks, nice view from the terrace area .. a good place to take a brisk or leisurely walk with some hills but also some flat lands, or just sit by the ponds which also connect to little streams tying them together .. there are quite a few benches to relax for a moment .. plenty of parking .. they should do something for Christmas with lights, that would be nice.
Absolute Zen. One of the best Wabi Sabi Gardens I ever visit. Very educating on aboriginal plants of Appalachian Trail forests.
Hosted an event here and staff were exceptional. Catered box lunches were good quality and rooms and outdoor space were beautiful.
Had my first class here. I've been here before on my own and with other college students. Everyone is friendly. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help you out. They are very, very knowledgeable. I would reccommend anyone in the area visit this wonder garden at least once.
Beautiful place for all ages to walk around. All plants and flowers are native to our area. Paths are well defined and tracking to ponds and fountains are comfortable for walking.
I wasnt prepared for how cool this place is. We went for the wildflower festival, what a great experience. Beautiful trails through the woods, knowledgeable and friendly staff and an all-around enjoyable day. We will be going back when we get the chance.
I went to the Wildflower celebration which was very nice they had shuttles to transport us from overflow parking into the arboretum that showcases native plants in an idyllic estate setting. They have a very active gardening program trying to find successful native cultivars for itself and distribution. The facility handled the crush of people very well.
Beautiful well groomed landscape. I did a photography walk there. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Well worth the membership if you live close enough to use it.
This is a great daytrip for people in the tristate area. The property is more condensed than Winterthur or Longwood and about equal to Chanticleer Gardens. So you can see the whole thing in about 2-3 hours. If you're visiting on a hot day, make sure to fill up your water bottle at their filter by the restrooms.
Wonderful gardens. Just beautiful. You can roam around for hours. Learn lots about Delaware native plants. Peaceful. Great staff.
Smaller mansion of one of the DuPonts. Interesting but the highlight is the gardens. Their passion became native plants and the gardens have a variety of them and they also do research there to help preserve and maintain native species.
Very beautiful, just wish it was better equipped for Strollers and wheel chairs.
Beautiful grounds, lots of trails and gardens with a clear map so you never get lost. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and helpful as well
Great place to visit. What plants you see depend on the time of year, but worth the stop even if you don't see all plants in bloom.
Nice place for a stroll through gardens and woods with pond. Had short video about history. Home has a little bit to look at. Some pictures and solarium was nice.
My first, but certainly not last, visit at Mt. Cuba Center. Mt. Cuba is 85 years in the making as a natural habitat area. The people who work here are really pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I will be there pretty often since I chose to become a member.
Nice naturalistic garden to visit. Just the heat made it difficult to fully enjoy the place. The pond has nice gazebos to relax at.
Beautiful naturalistic gardens.
Amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to inform and educate. The grounds are stunning and it was a wonderful experience.
Nice botanical getaway. We'll be back.
Beautiful trails through native plants and trees. A docent-led tour is definitely recommended. Don't miss the plant trial gardens.
Lovely, peaceful wildflower preserve on the Copeland estate (a brand of the duPont family). Be advised, however, that the house is not open for public tours.
Amazing native plant garden. The meadow is in bloom now. The staff and docents are outstanding. Well kept grounds, a must see for any plantswoman...
🌿💚💚💚💚💚🌱 …
Very nice peaceful walk. They do have some construction going on right now but still didn't affect our trip my wife loved it
Beautiful wildflower garden. Try to take a guided tour - the docents are very knowledgeable and will point out species you'd miss, as well as give a lot of useful and interesting background.
Amazing displays of native plant species. Guides were very knowledgeable!
If it weren't for the annoying May flies, I probably would have rated it higher. This is a quiet peaceful garden with lots to see. And it's all native plants.
This garden has such a diverse and ever changing perspective . From the layout areas that Mrs Copeland designed 50 years ago plus to the changing trial gardens, I am in awe.
Very nice atmosphere, it’s small but quaint, probably would have enjoyed it more if I did a hiking trail
Wonderful place. Beautiful gardens great staff
Fabulous place to learn how about ecological gardening. Beautiful paths, friendly docents, fascinating trial garden. Peaceful and vibrant.
600 acres of gorgeousness and history!
It was lovely
Beautiful gardens with well marked and maintained paths. Plenty of benches scattered throughout.
This is an amazing place to learn about native plants to help take care of our world. Highly recommend.
Nice place to paint. Well kept. Nice staff. Great emphasis on local ecosystem plants. Beautiful place to walk
Super friendly & knowledgeable staff/docents on the trail. Beautiful serene place.
Peaceful and reconnecting with nature is what I needed and Mt. Cuba made that happen. Utterly beautiful. Looking forward to going back again & again.
A bit overpriced for what it is, especially as a member of Longwood Gardens and Mt. Cuba's proximity to Longwood. Was worth seeing what Mt. Cuba was all about. Appreciated the niche focus on native plants.
It's not huge, but it's lovely in every season. Native wildflowers are the focus of trails and some formal gardens.
It was quite a pleasant experience for both my neighbor and I who decided to spend mother's day at Mt. Cuba.
A wonderful look at nature. Well marked and friendly staff. Fun scavenger hunt for kids of all ages. Serene!
love it!! My son that's 4 and myself n family take the Western Railroad to Mt. Cuba picnic on the water banks . really nice visit all the time!
Very nice place to walk around and view so many native plants and shrubs.
Beautiful grounds. Definitely a place to see. Do the guided tour. It's well worth the additional $2.00.
Beautiful public garden. The wildflower celebration is great. I love that they only grow native plants!
Great experience every time
Beautiful gardens, but way overpriced for what it is. Very expensive for a short visit.
Beautiful botanical gardens featuring native plants. Even on September 1st, there was plenty in bloom!
Beautiful setting featuring native plants. Feels cozier than some of the larger gardens and arboretums.
Lively lovely venue with great music. Really enjoyed Conjunto Philadelphia music!
Enjoyed the day here. New area added across the road, provided a long hike in the hills.
Volunteered. Didn't take full tour, but grounds look beautiful! They are doing great things for nature preservation!
Gorgeous and relaxing way to spend the day
Amazing use of native plants in the landscape. I get excited every time I go.
Great tour, lovely paths and a commitment to native plants.
Beautiful grounds. Great for a peaceful walk. Knowledgeable staff. Worth a visit.
Beautiful gardens. Family friendly. Give military discount
Really good walking around the garden path at Mt Cuba today. A few late summer bloomers and streamside
Awesome place for a family outing,or to take a class on gardening with native plants.
Enjoyed it very much!
What a great labor day weekend experience for our whole family. We loved the mail boxes activities 🥰😁 …
This beautiful naturalistic garden is a local treasure. Check out the programs on their website!
Best visited in late April or May for flower blooms.
A most wonderful native plant escape! Wander through the woodlands, by the ponds, and see the meadow in the summer.
Amazing! Very peaceful even on a Saturday. Docents and signage were excellent.
Mt Cuba is lovely in the spring. The native flowers and trees in bloom are stunning.
Beautiful property. If you get the chance to take the newcomers' tour then do it. Nice introduction.
It's like living in a painting.
Great woodland gardens. Just goes to show you how beautiful native plants can be.
It's always a pleasure to visit the serenity and beauty of Mt. Cuba Center. It's such a restful and soothing pace.
Incredibly peaceful; a wonderful selection selection of wildflowers and native plants and trees.
Hidden gem (but not for long). Great gardens, great art classes!
An amazing place with amazing people! Lindy is so friendly and really knows her stuff!
It's a beautiful site. They're really into native plants.
Wonderful sight to see an English Style garden using native plants.
The fall color at Mt Cuba was as beautiful as we'd hoped.
A pleasant informative walk with clear signage to direct guests along the paths.
Great folks and ecological programming! Enjoy the aesthetics and learn how to improve ecosystem services.
It was very relaxing and beautiful
Gorgeous surroundings and wonderful outdoor activities. Good for families with small children.
Beautiful natural settings with trails. Volunteer staff are friendly and knowledgeable
