Mr Drake came out to my house. Called before arrival. He was polite, very professional, and knowledgeable about the equipment he was working on. Even explained why he was doing the things he was doing. I would love for him to be the next service tech if I need my treadmill repaired again. Great service!!!!

I have been highly impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. They are extremely prompt with their response, and courteous in their work. The tech came explained a few things that I did not know about my treadmill, and even made me aware of important things like changing the belt, lubrication, etc. I would highly recommend them.

We had service today for our treadmill which was done courteously and efficiently. The technician even gave me a tip on preventive maintenance to help eliminate possible future problems. Fitness Machine Technicians did a stellar job getting our elliptical back up and running like new. We have to give a huge shout-out to Sam who went above and beyond in fixing the machine. He came out approximately 4 separate times due to the warrantied parts being on backorder and/or the company also sent the wrong parts! He was constantly in contact with BH Fitness's warranty department and made sure we got the correct parts. We can't thank you enough, Sam and FMT! The machine is running great and it's totally silent!
