I was searching for a product which wouldn't create a permanently screened in deck, allowing me to have completely open access when insects weren't an issue. I didn't want permanent infrastructure. The Cheney Door Co. team was prompt, communicated well, explained my options and used creativity in the installation to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. Cheney recommended a motorized remote controlled product by Fenetex, which was built well and included the options I desired. Cheney Door Co. did an amazing job transforming my deck into a truly outdoor living space!

Cheney Door installed our central vac system 16 years ago. It has worked perfectly since then. The belt broke yesterday when I got my skirt tangled up in it. Probably my fault lol. I had Cheney Door build us a gate system with credential access for our resort north of Medicine Lodge. It's called Lake Arrowhead. They sent me to meet with Jerry White to see another project they were working on in East Wichita. This began a long relationship with this company as we went from design to finished product, all with Jerry's expertise. After an accident involving a lease holder last year, our gate was nearly destroyed. Jerry led the way in rebuilding and once again, we have nothing but great things to say. If you need professional service with a professional tech (who will even answer my phone calls after hours) you need to contact this company! Thank you Jerry and Cheney Door for always being their to help us.

We had a garage door spring break over last weekend. We left a message with Cheney Door, received a call first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment and one of their technicians, Heath, was on-site later that day fixing our door ahead of the scheduled time. I also had him service another door while he was here. Both doors now work better than before, are quieter and Heath shared some maintenance tips to keep them working longer. I really appreciated his promptness, knowledge and professionalism. I’ve used Cheney Door in the past and will continue using them in the future. They are an example of good, dependable and professional service at a reasonable rate.

Michael came today (the day after Thanksgiving) to repair my garage door. He was polite and friendly, and he explained the issue thoroughly. He was able to identify the problem, fix it, and service the door within about 20 min. I've always had great experiences with Cheney Door Company, and today was no exception. Prices are very reasonable and the work is quality. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the results the 2 employees of Cheney Door provided when they adjusted the front door frame to allow the storm door and the interior door to fit properly. The adjustment had to be made due to settling of the house had rendered both doors difficult to operate. These guys know their craft. They were very professional and accommodating. Feel free to contact Cheney Door as the products they carry are of high quality and their employees provide excellent skill in correcting any issues you may have with your doors.

Thank you Cheney door for the beautiful door you put in for us. We had a quote from A1 and they wanted $1600 for the same door you charged me $890 . When I looked at their quote , I had to pay for a 16 foot door to get my 12 foot door. Your salesman Clark was awesome and the installer was awesome as well my wife said. We will definitely use you guys again and recommend you to others.

Chris installed new springs on our garage door in a competent and efficient manner. He also returned the next day, as was promised, to install a seal on the bottom of the door. They came over within a day when the door spring busted on my garage door. They offered to talk through how to manually open and close the door in the meantime but I already knew how. After they installed the new spring they said the squeaky noise of my old metal door rollers can be replaced for a nominal price, so they installed silicone/rubber rollers on the spot. Amazing difference in quietness now. Highly recommended

The door was a mess, and David was able to get it in working order until they can come back replace the hardware with new. Our garage door was repaired by Heath. He was very professional and considerate of our day sleeper. He had both springs replaced but also went beyond by adding sway bar supports during the heat if the day in a very hot garage. By the time I noticed he had arrived the job was complete. I had a spring break on my garage door and needed it replaced. Technician was scheduled to come out between 1 and 3, and showed up at 1:30. He had the new spring on his truck and installed in about 30 minutes. Another 15-20 minutes later, he had adjusted my other garage door which wasn't precisely square, and oiled everything up. I'm sure other people might have bad experiences, but mine was certainly a positive one.

We've used Cheney Door before, so I called again when the spring broke on our garage door. They were able to come out right away the next day, and even rearranged the schedule a bit for me to take off work and be home. Guido, the technician who fixed the door, was very polite, extremely efficient, and was done in less than an hour (which included testing it multiple times). I highly recommend Cheney Door Company in Wichita!
