Excellent service from start to finish. My salesman Garth was fantastic! Very professional, kind and courteous. I really felt he was genuine with his words. After canceling with ADT, because they kept giving me the run around, Garth was very quick to get a team of experts out the VERY next day to do a complete install of cameras and alarm system. I am very pleased with the communication and professionalism of this company. The tech guys they sent out were very respectful and stayed until the job was finished. They were both thorough and efficient. They walked me through the ENTIRE process of how to operate everything. Waited 2 weeks to install a video doorbell. Two hours later it quit working, tech support advised we needed to have an electrician install a new transformer it should have not been install, however it was. No nothing they can do until 2/1/22. Have an electrician coming in the morning, however, what a joke, made repeated requests to talk to management. Had the local crew here today worked for several hour. All our concerns were fixed Great job Wichita crew much appreciated. Diffently 5 Star service.

He is a nice and friendly professional who takes pride in his work and does not rush to complete the job. I appreciate he takes his time and invites me to have my input. These people were wonderful.. did what was on ticket and was prompt. 4 stars was become the last people who did work forgot to hook up the siren.. that was a year and a half ago..anyway they hooked it back up. I had them for at least 5 years. They are super nice even when the alert was my fault. Understanding company. When it came down to a possible break in, they stayed on the line with me and called police. Luckily it was a false alarm but the outstanding end to the ordeal was 3 policemen complimented ALERT360. They had never had a security system company call them personally. Well-long story short- I know it’s there when I really might need it.
