I contacted several other firms about apostille service. Some never returned my email or call, and almost everyone else said it would be 6-8 weeks delay if apostilled at the Federal level. I had to apostille at the federal level since my Statement of Annuity is issued by a Federal Agency. Well, Ms. Rivera responded to me by email with copies of apostilled documents a day later. I'm so glad I chose this company! There are plenty to chose from, However I decided to try because of there customer service. He was great. He answered my questions. If there was something he was unsure about he took the time to find out and notified me. I also recived a transcript of the entire conversation. These little things lets me know they pay attention to detial and accountability. So my experience, I appostled my birth certificate. Let me say they are very detailed. I filled out there forms and sent a pic of my documents. They gave me a price based on my selection and also informed me that my document is qualified to be apostled. They have you do this procedure before taking your payments. After that I received an email report with instructions that was very detailed. It had different fonts, colors, size and boldness to highlight the importance of the steps (something I appreciate very much) There instructions are very detailed and CLEAR. After sending my documents they emailed me when they've received my documents and informed me they now will be processing . They also emailed me when they were finished and when it was on its way back to me. I also had a tracking information provide to continue to watch for the delivery from the carrier.I loved how they constantly kept in communication about what was going on. I didn't need to ask. It's just part of the policy. I defiantly will be using them again for any other future processing.

Great service, totally recommend, they keep you updated at all times and the response time is very short. I did find that sending my apostille document via FEDEX without the certified translation was inefficient, because I later had to pay $75 again for the same service to send the certified translation. Why not send them all together? I know I selected the PDF copy of translation option, which is apparently why they didn't send a print copy with my apostille, but I would suggest sending both anyways, I don't see the difference because I didn't pay extra for a printed copy, just for FEDEX.

I copied this review from yelp* I was looking for a company that would help me apostille my US diploma. I only found 2 but decided to pick this one because it had more reviews. I didn't know if I could really trust them because 200 usd isn't little money for me but after I called them and they answered all of my technical questions and I found out that they have a physical office I decided to give it a try. All the way throughout this process they were answering all my emails, sending me scans of received documents etc. Very glad I picked this company to work with otherwise it would be too much hustle to figure out the process on my own cuz I didn't want to disturb my friends. Took 2 weeks to receive my apostilled diploma and transcript from the time they received their notarized originals.

Thank you to Nancy Rivera of One Source Process, who helped me to get Apostille certification by the Secretary of State in the State of California for two of my notarized document, as requested and required by the Attorney in Hong Kong. Nancy carefully inspected the notarization page of each document and sent me the "One Source Process" Notary Public form which I took back to the two notary publics to have them filled in. They both looked up their record on the book and confirmed their notarization. They also recognized their signatures on the old forms

Staff was very timely and responsive with e-mail responses/replies. They kept me up-to-date with ongoing status of job, product descriptions, shipping expectations, etc... Part of my job required translation of documents to "business" Spanish. I had 4 documents from 3 different states that I needed apostilled. They walked me through the process, made it painless in every way, and finished the job promptly. Everything happened fast. I contacted them on day one. They examined copies of the documents and approved them for appostile the same day and Ishipped them the same day. I recevied cconfirmation of receipt on day two, received an email with attached copies of four apostilled documents on day 9 (today), and I am waiting to receive the package via fed ex (the package is in the carrier's tracking system), whcih is scheduled for delivery on day 11.

I have never had to serve papers before and wasn’t sure how the process really worked. I was a little thrown off when they wanted to get the documents before I even had a price quote but I guess part of the price depends on how many papers and what not. They happily gave me the price before I sent the papers and where extremely responsive to any questions I had. I think the typical turn time for response could have been measured in minutes. The papers were served the following day and I got updates along the way. I hope not to need their services again but if I do or know anyone else who may need them, I would definitely recommend them. I had the pleasure of working with One Source Process during the COVID-19 pandemic as I needed documents authenticated/apostilled for a work visa in China. When other companies were unresponsive and shut down, I found One Source to have extremely quick replies to all my questions and had excellent service along the way. I was very confused at the start of the process by what I needed and One Source was able to help answer all my questions and outlined everything with very clear, detailed bullet points about what I needed for apostille. They accepted everything possible through digital means, and I only had to send one physical set of copies in (which the embassy required). With the embassies shut down, One Source stayed in touch with regular updates about what was going on with the local requirements and when I could expect to receive my documents. Ultimately, my job has been put on hold and I do not need a visa, and One Source very quickly responded with as much of a refund as possible. I work for a Canadian company that needed to serve a client's spouse in Virginia. We had never used a US Process Server before, and had no idea what to expect. When I reached out to One Source Process to ask about their services, they responded to me immediately, answered all of my questions, and presented an extremely reasonable price. They conveniently allow you to electronically send the documents for service (although we needed to mail the original). When they had been unable to serve the documents after two attempts, they reached out to me and asked for additional information about the cleint's spouse, so they could call the individual and work out a time to serve the documents. Many companies would have just continued to try serving, while charging us for the additional attempts. As we were filing in the Canadian courts, they were also able to fill out our version of the Affidavit for Service, at no extra cost.
