Such an amazing tribute to the Navy. All of the displays were exceptionally detailed and though out. The only downside are all of the homeless folks that sleep around the displays takes away from it but still pretty awesome.

First time at Virginia Beach, it was gorgeous! The military base is right next to it and you get to watch them practice flying the fighter jets!

This is a pretty new park located on the oceanfront with nine bronze statues and many more engraved stone memorials remembering and honouring those who have fought in service for the country as sailors and aviators in the various military branches. It is located right next to the Norwegian Lady memorial and deserves to be visited as much as the famous Neptune statue a little ways down. Nice little monument park honouring Virginia Beach’s strong military and naval heritage, cheers.

Nice place to visit but diversity of statues is lacking. The one African American depicted is a Maintenance Person and not a Pilot. I also do not recall seeing the H53 or H46 represented; I could have missed them.

This is inside a arm location. It is interesting view of the first landed English in America. The two light House are beautiful and worth to climb. It is not free, around 10$, and will take about 2 hours total tour.

This monument is a wonderful expression of gratitude to the sacrifices made by our armed forces service members as well as a good historical depiction of how far we have come. There are some interesting pictures and facts that I had never seen or heard before. Went at night with fog in the air and a great breeze. It was a nice stop after walking the boardwalk.

We were walking the boardwalk and saw this monument. As we were walking around reading about it we met a veteran who was part of designing and upkeeping the monument. He gave us insight on the design, down to the detail that it was built in the flight path of the nearby Oceana Air Base. You could see and feel his passion for this monument and what it means to him. It was designed with a lot of thought and detail and is interesting, but the best part was talking with Carroll. We really enjoyed it and hope you do, too!

This is a very small park, more like several monuments and tributes around each other. Regardless it very nice and seems to be well kept. Luckily it hasn't been damaged by the unruly public, showing that there is still respect for our men and women who risk their lives for our freedom all around the world. This park shows brief history of how they got where they are today.

This Naval Aviation Museum was so much fun. Me and my brother loved it so much. The museum was amazing. There will be a kid's place to play in, with lots of games, the adults will have fun in other places of the museum, trust me. The 3D movies even if you buy the basic pass were amazing I recommended it so much.

Great place to take a nice stroll. Family bikes are also available. The monuments around there are fun to stop at to take pictures and read the history. The Neptune statue is a great sight to see.

A nice little tribute to aviation located on the VA Beach boardwalk. Cool statues, information plaques, etc. If you're on the Boardwalk stop and take a look. It's worth a few minutes. Also check out the Ocean Rescue Museum nearby.
