My inspector was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was thorough as well. He even brought an extra pair of shoes, one for outside and the other for indoors. While he was going through the inspection he brought things to my attention that he wanted me to be aware of although nothing was "wrong" and spent time explaining what he was doing. Once he was finished with his inspection he took the time to go through my report and explain certain things in my report that I might not have otherwise understood. So, when I received the official report, I understood everything in it. A special man!

We were VERY happy with our inspection. I’m not familiar with the going rate of inspections so I can’t speak for that but I CAN say for the amount of time spent walking through the house and the work that goes into the inspection report, the price was more than reasonable and well deserved. James, our inspector, was super thorough and so patient as we navigated the inspection via FaceTime since we are not in town. He walked us through everything and took all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. The detailed report sent to us was wonderful and was received very quickly. NPI conducted the inspection on my new build in Sioux Falls. They were incredibly professional and very patient with questions and unusual requests from the builder. Their report was comprehensive and they even tested to be sure the in-floor heating was even throughout the house. Their communication before, during, and after, was fantastic. Their fees were clear and very reasonable and absolutely well worth the price. Their recommendations were detailed and they let me know if anything was safety related, cosmetic, or something to watch. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used this company to conduct our home inspection on our new house. Brian was amazing! He conducted the home inspection prior to us arriving, and when we arrived, he went in detail the areas that he recommended to fix, as well as areas of the house that should be monitored. I received a detailed report with pictures of the recommended fixes, as well as during the home inspection, Brian showed us in person, the specific reasons why we should fix those areas. He also answered all of our questions regarding things to look out for, specifically winter related problems. For an additional fee, you can get radon testing, as well as termite and pest inspection. I highly recommend getting those additional tests, especially when buying a new home. As part of the package, I also received free transfer of utilities from the previous home owner to us, as well as a phone number that we can contact if we have any questions regarding the usage of appliances or any other feature of the house.
