We LOVE Kate Quinn. Everything is so well made, cute and comfortable. It’s fun how there are matching mommy outfits with each collection. We love the unique prints and soft fabrics. The bamboo is our favorite. Kate Quinn clothing has become an addiction for us as we can’t help but order from each new collection. The customer service is also amazing! They are quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating.

Kate Quinn is the best. My absolute favorite place to get clothes. I basically only shop with them for myself and my kids clothes. Great affordable prices for premium quality fabrics, I’m obsessed. They have the cutest stuff and I love that I can buy matching clothes for the whole family. Their customer service is also fantastic! They get right back to you and are so helpful. They have always solved any issue I’ve had. Shipping times are incredibly fast . I just placed an order 2 days ago and it already shipped. 10 out of 10 . After having an issue with a couple of my orders a month or so ago right when they updated their shipping process I was ready to write off Kate Quinn despite loving their product. After messaging customer support back and forth my order was finally received, and I remembered why I fell in love with the brand to start. My last two orders have arrived promptly, and I’m proud to say I’m in love with Kate Quinn all over again. Four stars instead of five only because I wish they offered phone support instead of email or messaging and I prefer a company offering a better refund policy. Other than that, you’re going to love these adorable, insanely soft and very reasonably priced clothes.

I recommend Kate Quinn to all my mama friends now! Especially my boy mamas. We know how rough it is to find cute boy clothes in big box stores. I have been shopping Kate Quinn since my little one was a month old. Now at 9 months her closet is well stocked for the years to come! This is by far my favorite kids clothing brand as well as for myself. I love being able to do mommy and me outfits in all sorts of styles. The same for my husband. The quality for it's price it unbeatable. The prints are all so unique and different from the typical big store brands. I have a hard time deciding what to put my little one in now because everything is so soft and adorable. Customer service has always been so helpful and responsive to any questions I have had :) Will happily shop again and again.

My family and I are huge fans of Kate Quinn! I’ve dressed both my babies in them and you can tell these are made with a quality that will last. Their clothes are sooooo soft and made from natural materials. We love the cotton interlock - stretchy for your growing babe, and lenzing modal - super cool and soft to the touch, making it a great breathable option for warmer weather. I especially love that these clothes are made from renewable resources and are gentle on baby’s skin. I’m also a big fan of their gender-neutral colors and prints! 😍

I’m a new mom whose daughter has very sensitive skin. We have been buying mostly lute baby items, but wanted to give Kate Quinn a try too. And we could not be happier! Their bamboo quality is top notch and super soft - perfect for my daughter’s delicate skin. I found Kate Quinn when my son and his wife were expecting baby Mabel in 2020. Everyone at the baby shower was so floored by the soft and adorable clothing. It’s my guilty pleasure buying for my eight grandchildren ( I wish I could more but unfortunately the pandemic changed a few spending habits. I love that I can buy all eight kids the same print ( and me too if I want) they love the soft feel of the clothes all in all it’s really my favorite place to shop.

Kate Quinn is our favorite! Not only for my daughter but for mama clothes too! Such beautiful color palates to pick from and such a great variety in materials. Love when prints and drops are repeated in other materials year after year. It’s fun to watch your kiddo grow up in a print or color you hold close to your heart. Customer service is wonderful when I’ve had an issue in the past. The only complaint is the (very) slow shipping that still averages about 2.5 to 3 weeks which is disappointing. Especially these days when most other companies can have it at I’m your door step in 1-4 days. Although the delay in shipping I still find my self shopping month after month because nothing really compares to KQ. 🤍

I discovered KQ through my daughter after she had my granddaughter. Every time she posts a picture of her, everyone always comments on her adorable wardrobe. I have ordered stuff for my granddaughter, my new baby great niece and friends/co worker's babies. Then I found out that they also carry clothes for Mama's too! The bamboo joggers are so soft and ridiculously comfortable that I have ordered them several times now. Recently found these delightful cloths for my granddaughter. They are so darling, might I say quite chic for a toddler! Wonderfully made and yummy fabric. And then the customer service!!! I recently was moving and had order sent to my new address. They arrived the day I was moving in- the post office made an error and returned to Kate Quinn. Texted Kate Quinn team ( how convenient) told them to please resend and I would pay shipping. Not only were they delightfully pleasant but said they would resend as soon as received and at no charge! I can’t wait to see my sweet baby girl in her banana print leggings!!! Thank you Kate Quinn team - you are Stupendous!

I love KQ. Been shopping here for awhile now. They have fun, vintage/retro, contemporary styles and prints that look super adorable on our babies. The fabric is also great quality. Prices are affordable and they have wicked sales. Their customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond to help me when I had a problem with shipping. Now for the con..shipping used to be fast. Now it takes up to 3 weeks for processing (not included delivery). The ones I ordered overseas arrived so much faster than KQ's (they're within US). It takes almost a month before your order arrives.

Kate Quinn is by far my favorite clothing brand for my baby girl. They have super soft organic clothing with tons of prints that’s all reasonably priced! The boys clothing is also worth checking out. If we ever have a baby boy this will be his entire wardrobe.

I love the unique prints and the quality of Kate Quinn baby clothes. However, it takes so long for an order to be processed and shipped, I'm hesitant to place another order. My last order arrived too late for my baby to wear it. She had already outgrown it by the time I received it. Now they have a disclaimer on their website that orders take 15 days to process. Really? Why not hire a few more people to process orders?

The clothes are wonderful and deserve a five star review the shipping is awful. I ordered on 6/16 and its 6/29 and my order is still unfilled, ie it hasn’t even been shipped and at this rate some of the things my grandchildren won’t get any wear out of. My suggestion is to buy large or for a year from now. My daughters have been pleased with how they wash and wear and love the styles, again the big drawback is that it could take weeks for it to arrive. My daughter ordered some things and it took weeks to arrive. The website warns that it could take 5-7 days to fulfill the order

Super happy with my this brand and my most recent experience! I had checked out and noticed there must have been a sizing glitch because my order was showing one of my items in a much smaller size. I wish they’d figure out their shipping, that’s the only thing holding me back from buying more. I love KQ! I’m more of a sale shopper and KQ never disappoints!!! My daughters entire wardrobe is KQ. I particularly love bamboo and modal- but the cotton is amazing as well. Sizing can be a bit tricky- but I usually buy bigger sizes anyways so if it runs a little small/ big it’s not a huge deal. My 15 month daughter can still wear some 0-3 bamboo stuff- which is amazing! I’ve always had positive experiences with customer service- and whoever runs the Instagram (I think it’s Kate!) is so nice as well. I will have to add though that you may get addicted and somehow even end up for a wardrobe for yourself! The momma stuff is equally amazing to match your little. Bamboo dresses, tops, and pants are the most comfortable pieces in the world! I do have to add that the momma sizing is a bit trial and error. I can wear anywhere from XS- XL depending on the fabric/ style. But I’ve only ever had a few things not work. Also the resale is great as well! I frequently buy from other mommas and while I’m saving for my next baby, I’m sure I’ll make a lot of money back once I do purge!

I found Kate Quinn 20 months ago after my daughter was born and we received a couple of KQ baby joggers. There is really no other baby clothing company quite like KQ--the quality, style, and pricing of their clothes and the fun of the shopping experience is awesome :) While there have been a few hiccups during the past 20 months of shopping (I shop every month on their site), my issues have usually been resolved by their responsive customer service. By far my favorite of the baby clothes we’ve gotten! So many wonderfully neutral patterns with unique prints. Each new release, it is so tempting to build a huge cart! The only thing I wish is that there was more inventory available. Shipping is slow but that isn't a deal breaker for me because I'm mostly sizing up.

This is by far my favorite new online shop for my baby. The sales they have are insane, and the quality of the clothing is top notch. All is either organic cotton, bamboo or modal! They also have a fantastic points system for members to get free clothes! The last thing is I couldn't believe how fast they were on refunding me for my shipping on merged orders. I was expecting it to take weeks and I had the refunds started within 3 days of my purchase. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because of the shipping wait times. Not every kid on the playground is going to be wearing these outfits, which makes them special. However, when quality control mishaps happen, they don't have inventory left over for a replacement. Customer service has always been readily available and tried to make it right if this happens. They are dealing with a boom in orders. After saying all that, they STILL have better quality clothing than any big brand competitor I've tried. And better and more personable customer support. The designs are often understated and simple, which I love. The bamboo is soft. The cotton interlock or gauze is airy. It's really all just dreamy. And the babies don't look cuter in anything else

My experience was good overall, but there was a lack of communication about my order which necessitated me to have to contact the company. At first, I thought this company had overpriced clothing. Then, slowly but surely I noticed my babe’s closet was half Kate Quinn brand. The quality and variety of gender neutral styles go above and beyond. A lot of baby companies out there really cater to the frilly and feminine styles, leaving very little to look for with gender neutral. Kate Quinn gives styles that can go for either!! Last, but certainly not least….. I appreciate the overall customer service. Sometimes it takes a couple days for a response, but I’ve noticed this is usually right after a big drop. Just when I’m telling myself to take a break off even looking at this brand, there I am again browsing on what’s new.

They also like to read messages sent to the company on Facebook and don't respond. If you're looking for a company who has good customer service and will treat you as a valued customer, this isn't the company for you. Apparently they only value customers who shop the first 4 hours of a release by giving them a discount. Anyone who shops outside of the 4 hours even if it's by a minute, doesn't receive anything. Overall a good company with decent quality clothes. It seems recently that they are putting out so many new collections that the quality is starting to decrease and customer care is inconsistent. I received damaged items and when I inquired about it, they basically said it was too late because it was past 30 days and I should inspect each item when opening my package. Of course I totally understand this policy but as a new mom I didn’t have time to look at the quality until I was about to use the clothes. Also, the bamboo material severely pulled after one use. And this was an item that my 2 week old baby, who doesn’t move used. I could understand if it was a toddler with basic wear and tear over time, but this was one wear with a non moving infant.

My toddler daughter is on the low end of weight and high end of height. I’ve purchased Kate Quinn clothes since she was born because I love the fit, style (lots of solids instead of commercial prints), price and quality. The only heads up I would give is the kimono onesies (front wrap) are not for the skinny kids - the arms and length are fine but the wrap part droops as she’s so tiny.

But the CONS would be, sizing is different with every piece of clothing I’ve gotten, shipping takes a very long time with every order, and I don’t seem to get any help at all when contacting customer service and they have never been kind, which is hurtful when I’m a regular customer ordering like every week if not sooner. They just seem hateful and like I’m bothering them. So even if I need to return something I don’t because I don’t want to contact customer service for any reason.

I absolutely love Kate Quinn! Everything they sell is high quality, soft, and beautiful. I love all the simple styles and cute added details like ruffles and ruching. Be aware that the clothing does shrink up a little, probably because of the all natural fabrics used. My baby girl is a little bigger than the average 3 month old, so when I purchased her 3-6 month, it shrunk enough to where she won't be able to wear it for long, but the 6-9 month clothing has room to grow. This will probably not be a problem for the average sized baby. Kate Quinn frequently has amazing sales and promotions, which it's a great time to stock up.

Kate Quinn is my GO TO shop. Used to be just for basics/ solids. Now it’s for everything. They have frequent releases of modal (butter soft), bamboo, and organic cotton. All are extremely soft. The prints are usually more earthy tones and neutrals but they throw in pops Of color here and there. The value is unreal for the price. You can stock up without breaking the bank and have organic bamboo clothes for your little one. Highly recommend. Anytime I have had an issue (rare) customer service has always been very responsive and helpful.
