Joey came out to start regular treatments for my lawn. I have lived at my home for 4 years and have taken really good care of my lawn. This year I noticed increasingly spreading dead spots that I just could not figure out. I thought it was drought related because I had cut back on my watering. So I started spot watering but the problem persisted and grew. Joey came out and showed me the pest that have infested my lawn ( some sort of silk worm). I also have some necrotic ring issues. He helped me with some fert options, pesticides and fungicide and within a few weeks my grass has started looking very green and some of thr dead spots have started to fill in. He was also upfront about the difficulty of necrotic ring and that it will be an ongoing problem requiring several years of treatments. I appreciate the time Joey spent with me going over these issues and highly recommend this company for your lawn care needs.

We’ve been a client for a couple of seasons now and each winter I forget how great and easy Holmes is to work with until spring/summer comes along and I have a question or concern. Holmes has been great at the job they do since we started with them, but what really sets them apart is their customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail. The season has just begun, my yard is looking great but one trouble spot and when I brought it to their attention they set up time to come out immediately. Holmes is fantastic. We live on the mountain...our lawn was hurting. Clay soil... lots of weeds taking over the lawn... Rather than tear the whole thing out we gave it a chance, using Holmes to see if lawn could be saved. It is...! Lawn has never looked better. We are 3rd season in with them, and it's only gotten better and better . . . and now simply lovely! AND ... they are good people! Kind, considerate, attuned, mindful et al! I just recently left a review for the great service for a sprinkler adjustment. Today Landon serviced our lawn and did a fantastic job, he suggested new sprinkler run times and really took his time applying to lawn treatment, even went under the trampoline to get full coverage under it. We have been using Holmes for 3 years and have been extremely happy with the wonderful customer service, along with the knowledgeable and kind technicians.

I have been so impressed with this company. We’ve had them the last several years and this year seems to be the best. They are very professional and responsive to our lawn needs. Jacob really impressed me introducing himself the beginning of the season and has been great with communication! He even created a personalized video for our lawn and the noted issues when he was out to fertilize and we were not home. Jacob & Travis we’re out today and offered help on fixing our sprinkler where there appears to be a dead patch in the grass from being too dry. I’ve been nothing but impressed with Holmes Lawn & Pest. I’ve used a lot of different companies, but none of them compare to Holmes. All of their techs (Jacob, Derek, Landon, Travis, Joey, & Nate) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve always been on top of letting me know what’s wrong with my lawn, and advising treatment promptly. They’re by far the most personable lawn care company, as they knock on your door every time they come and if you’re not home, they send you a quick video to recap you on the products they used, and if they see any issues. I can’t recommend Holmes high enough. If you need lawn care, or pest control, look no further. This company will make your lawn healthier than any other company can.

He replaced and fixed a few heads for me that were broken by a different mowing company. I do miss Holmes' mowing service, though! They were fantastic and never ever broke even one of my sprinklers. We purchased our home last year and yard was in dire shape . We signed up with one of the big lawn companies but could not get them to come out. I found Holmes on the web and called, they were out within a few days. Our lawn is on the road to recovery thanks to Holmes and Nate our specialist. I cannot give this company enough kudos! I have finally found a company that delivers what they promise. I had flower beds that were overgrown with grass and weeds and the crew from Holmes came in and knocked these out. They are fast, professional and worth every penny! Professional organization and execution. I can depend on them to proactively schedule my lawn fertilization. The program they provide works...give it a cycle. My yard is lush with grass and free of weeds. They stand behind the work and will spot spray as needed. I also use their sprinkler services and how to get grass to grow. They know lawns and they know how to run a business well. My lawn is green and lush. They are not the cheapest but they are fair and you get quality, dependable service. I love that they stand behind their products and workmanship. They have gotten nothing but better year after year.

Holmes Property Maintenance is the real deal. Not only do we use their services to keep our lawn green and lush, but they were particularly helpful when we had a a large tree split in half during a wind storm this spring. They did a great job cutting and hauling away the large branches and even pruned our other trees to prevent something similar from happening again. For regular maintenance, they send out text reminders so it's no mystery when their coming. They also offer auto pay, which is really convenient. We would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Holmes was MORE than satisfactory. I chose this landscape company because of reviews. I made an appointment because we thought we had a leak in our main box. The tech came out turned on the water, changed a few heads and said we didn't have a leak. Fast forward a few weeks when the city comes out and informs us we actually do have a leak. I called Holmes and in this call I was told they could send someone out with the service fee, parts and labor. I was a bit upset because I thought that the first tech should have found this very noticeable leak so I sent a text with my frustrations. I received a text and a call almost immediately after I sent it and Brittany at Holmes was very professional in dealing with an irate customer. Long story short, Holmes had a seasoned tech who was so knowledgeable about backflow, sprinklers, cost etc... He fixed our leak and was super professional in doing it. I later received a hand written card from Brittany with SINCERE apologies for the first tech not finding the leak I was so worried about in the first place. They not only fixed our issue but handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend Holmes because they stand by their word and if they make a mistake they were willing to fix it without hesitation. Thank You Holmes for fixing our leak and for giving me one more company I can trust to get the job done!!!!

Loved Holmes and have been with them for almost 7 years. In the beginning they were great, this year they stopped mowing and I had to find someone else. Which was fine because the mowers destroyed my fence every year for 3 years. Even afyer being told several times. My cost to repair the first 2 and their cost the last year. Weed control is good, sprinkler service is fair now but used to be better. They don't really analyze issues or problems the way you would expect. I had a large water bill 2 years running and they couldn't diagnose it. I had to have someone else find it and it shouldn't have been hard, the backflow was leaking. I just don't think they have quality workers anymore. I pay them too much for what I get so will find a new service I can trust.
