Pleasant staff. They kept the ball rolling during my visit. One after another, people being attended to with minimal wait. Professional staff working efficiently and respectfully. I was in and out in a short time, I'm sure it all depends on what your visit is for, but ya, I was in and out faster than some other places.

Fast and efficient. Staff was professional and very nice. This was the first time I had been sent to concentra for a work physical and I was very pleased. The place was clean and up to date. I recommend you get there early because they are extremely busy from open to close per one of the staff members. I got there at 8 am and there was already a line of people waiting to get in. I was out of there by 9:30! No complaints here.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.. The worst part of the experience was trying to park. But, the staff was extremely friendly and proficient and I was in and out within an hour and a half for a full DOT physical. And I’ll add, this place was packed. Not an empty seat in there and the staff moved everyone so quickly. Keep up the good work!

Everywhere was booked for DOT physicals and I needed to get one done ASAP for work, Concentra offers same day DOT physicals when everywhere else was booked out… I showed up and it was PACKED and there was a line out the door, despite being swamped they were quite fast given the circumstances and most of all where extremely polite, had great attitudes, and were extremely professional and could truly tell they care about their work and what they do!

Everyone was very nice and I was in and out in an hours time which at urgent care is so rare! The person who drew my blood took careful time to aim her target and got a vein that no one has ever been able to get before! Delightful experience.

I put on my registration saying I have hearing impaired and I wear hearing aids. The first nurse I had told me to hang my purse on the hook and gave me the cup, she was distracted and talking to someone across the hall. First of all, I did not know where the bathroom was, so I had to look around and it was behind me. I grabbed my purse as a habit and not knowing if she was going to leave the room, because she was still talking someone across the hall. When I was done, she was very rude, because I took my purse to the bathroom with me and told me that I was not suppose to flush the toilet. I did not turn around and read the sign from the toilet. I was not going to let her to treat me that way. So, they gave me a different nurse named Kanvi, which she was very sincere person and easy going. The first nurse should pay attention and think before she speaks.

Ladies at the front are always super never a complaint towards them .They are respectful always ,even when it’s busy as it usually is a lot and they have patience towards all people even if English isn’t your first language they understand all . The lady who checked me in saw that I had my hands with two children and one being a baby. My baby was just hungry so she was whining and she had a rude tone of voice and said not to be rude but you have to wait in your car. I replied I did not have a vehicle she then said well then you need to keep her quiet. She needs to use her power of perception she would have noticed that when she saw that I had her strapped across my chest and that I did not have any car keys on my key chain that was clearly visible as well as sweating immensely.. however there was an upside to the whole situation, two wonderful nurses who took care of me and my baby were a God send . So I can't thank them enough. If it weren't for those two I would have rated it a 1 star.

I was coming all the way from MA for a pre-employment drug screen and got stuck behind busses and traffic. I called in to tell them I was running 5-10 min. Late. The woman at the front desk was understanding, able to work with me and allow me to still take the test. Very Grateful with my experirnce!

Went for pre-employment Drug Screen & TB Titer...arrived prepared with Paperwork & had lots of water. While waiting my turn, saw 4 people that arrived, after I did, got seen first, as they complained about a 10 - 15 minute wait, and no paperwork, they were brought right back to get their test...there was a separate flow for sick & injured patients...being an RN, I knew the flow...I had to wait 1.5 hours myself. Not fair to people whom have done the due diligence of waiting their turn, and having all the paperwork in hand upon arrival.

Check in was polite and easy enough. Parking was not good at all, had to wait till someone was leaving. The waiting room was also packed, not enough seats for all to be seated inside,some waited in their cars. The young lady I dealt with when called into back area was great!

2 hour wait for a physical. Unsafe weight test. Patients shouldn't be lifting 75 lbs in a milk crate..use dumbbells instead. The milk crate is awkward and could cause injury. And let the patient stretch or limber up before you ask them to lift a 75lb milk crate over their shoulders. Gotta be a better way!! The last time it was only 50lbs..so if you're up for a DOT physical I recommend stretching and loosen up your back..cause they make you walk down the hall with this crate.

I had a unique request for testing from my employer and Concentra took care of everything. My only comment would be the lack of personality from the staff. They did their job well and were professional but it was as if I was being passed through an assembly line. I'm sure it's very hard to keep everyone motivated at this time.

They’re always nice and professional here but their wait times are insane. I’ve come 3 or 4 times, first person here in the morning, late morning, or early afternoon and there is always a very lengthy wait. It’s one of the most accessible locations in PVD so I get it, but I would recommend (and have sometimes chosen to) go to other locations bc the wait time is so bad.

The process was fast and very safe as cleaning was done right away after each visit to that area. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just get there early because parking is limited.

Easy experience, was kept well informed about my visit. The staff was extremely professional. I felt very clean and safe while waiting for my appointment as the staff continually cleaned, spraying disinfectant and cleaning all surfaces people would have touched. I believe the doors to enter were cleaned 3 times as I waited. I will continue to use this office for all my medical needs.

Over all it was a welcoming experience, from check-in to check-out. The doctor (PCP) was funny, and we talked about our son's and investing in bitcoins. I felt like I was talking to one of my friends. This is why I would rate Concentra with an A+

I got there before opening and there was already a line at the door. The front desk registered everyone in a timely manner. Even remembered individuals names as they were leaving. Pre-employment testing went smoothly. Concentra staff was very outgoing and professional.

Took me almost three hours just to have a physical assessment done. Once I was in the waiting room it was almost an entire 30 minutes waiting. Concentra is clean and mostly affordable but they need more staffing to accommodate the daily surge of patients.

I know Concentra is not responsible for receiving documents with flashing customers information and social security number well written, but For safety and the sake of privacy, Concentra could find a way to cover or hide them to protect the clients. I am talking for fact from my last visit to Concentra. Some company like J. B Hunt they don't care about the driver private information or social security They will use them as a header on any documents. Otherwise, Concentra is well organized and taking good care of the customers. Thank you

All of the staff were very professional and nice. The only thing I’m taking one star away from is the wait time-I was just there to get a quick routine lab test so thought I’d be in and out. Took a lot longer than I’d hoped. Otherwise two thumbs up!

Concentra is a clean facility with great staff. This facility is usually busy, but they effectively communicate with their clients, find a way to be interpersonal, and provide amazing service. The workload is heavy during this time, but they handled myself ,and others while applying safety measures, with care. Great place!

If you’re there for a work physical, expect to wait 2-3 hours as they do NOT take appts, it’s first come first serve. I was told ahead of time and other than that, the only thing that totally sucked was PARKING. I’d give that a 1/5 if that.

Got a complete overhaul of my shoulder i mean the works back in February. I was going to this cheesy PT spot in Boston, I wasn't feeling like I was making good progress for the entire 5 months of being there. Finally they told me I have to take a break and should consider finishing up somewhere else. So end up coming to CONCENTRA I'm 2 days into it and my shoulder is feeling good already not to mention they have more up to date equipment and excercises, and i really feel like I'm going in the right direction with my recovery. Hopefully at the end of the 8 weeks I could go back to my tow truck.

Had to go for employment screening...Place was stupid busy, but Jennifer kept her cool and my tech was awesome. Only complaint I have is location...it's crammed into an access road, making two way traffic sketchy and parking is minimal.

Considering I walked in off the street at 11 a.m. to get a company physical it only took two and a half hours. The girl at the desk was very friendly and efficient she should get a day off with pay she works hard. The guy who took blood was a good conversationalist and the doctor was no-nonsense professional ,got the job done and away I went.

Staff was very quick in getting people registered. They took your temperature upon arrival. Had paperwork to fill out unless u had reserved to be seen. Staff who engaged in my prescreen were cool as well as the physician who gave me the physical. I would recommend them for physicals and other sreenings.

Extremely extensive wait... I had an appointment at 1:00 pm and didn't get seen until 2:15. I than proceeded with my tests after all of the tests with the nurse, I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. The staff was great and the nurse I was with for my testing was very nice and very knowledgeable. The wait time was just ridiculous.

I've been here 3 times within the past week because I'm starting a new job and needed vaccinations. The staff is very polite and professional. I've never been a huge fan of needles but the workers did a fantastic job not making it more painful than it had to be. (I needed like 5 shots and got blood drawn 3 times) Every employee that I spoke to was very friendly and I look forward to returning in the future.

Pre- employment drug screening is a walk in service from 8-4 pm Monday-Friday. They do have hours that are busier than the others so I suggest a phone call wouldn't hurt before walking in. Everyone wore a mask ,the environment looked and smelled clean. Hand Sanitizer available for public use. The whole staff from check in process to leaving were very helpful and nice professionals. Not the easiest location to enter as it's on the corner of a hill and stop light but by far best service out of any urgent care I've been to.

I was injured at work and my PCP would not see me as he doesn't get involved with workers compensation cases. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful as I knew nothing about workers comp. They helped obtain permission from my employer to get treatment as he was not providing me with any of the correct information and was actually stonewalling me. Dr. Ritucci was very kind and compassionate and I was also able to have physical therapy at the same location. The physical therapists are tough but compassionate also, and have really been working with me to overcome my injuries and pain. I personally would highly recommend them if you have been injured at work and like me have no idea what steps to take if you have no medical insurance. Also, as a side note, I believe that they believe your time is as valuable as theirs and i have never been left waiting for more the a few minutes for the Doctor or PT's! My only issue was with trying to get the pre- employment testing done. I was initially told I could walk in and when I got there was told I had to schedule an appointment for the lift test. Then the e-passport expired and I had to go through the process of getting it reissued before they could see me. Other than that the staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

Service here is great- I forgot some of my medicine needed for an exam, and they were very helpful in helping me order it to a nearby CVS. This was 3:30 on a Friday (closes at 5) and they still helped. Aside from that, the facility is very clean and seems well taken care of. All the staff I've met are friendly.

Went to Concentra Prov for a physical, TB test, & drug screen for work. I was DREADING going there based on these Google reviews. I don't understand them, at least based on my experience. I was in and out w/ everything completed in 2 hours and 10 minutes, without an appointment, and the place was pretty busy when I visited. Everyone who helped me was really friendly regardless of being stressed. The place was super clean and updated, comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms, etc, coffee, tea, and water in the waiting room. Just treat the people helping you w/ respect and they will do the same. Advice: call ahead to find out how many doctors are on call, that might help figure out wait time.

Great experience. I was going in for a drug screen as a part of my onboarding. There was a conflict in regards to the proper paperwork and forms. One of the nurses went beyond the call of duty to straighten it out. I believe her name was kerri T. She was awesome. I went to Concentra Urgent Care for an employment physical. The person who took my vitals Ryan S. was very courteous and nice to talk to. Ryan made the physical tests simple and gave good advice to help with the more difficult tests. Between tests Ryan asked me if I needed water or anything else. I was impressed with Ryan's dedication to me as his patient and I was satisfied with my appointment.

I walked in to the center because i received a email from my job stating i needed to sign paperwork. The receptionist greeted me and i stated the reason i was there. The receptionist suggest someone will be able to help me soon and 2mins later i was being helped. This lady was very nice too. To make a long story short. I was finally able to get the DOT certification done. It took months to get going due to an internal issue with getting a particular reading print out from my doctor's etc etc. During the completion of this I want to give a huge thank you to the staff primarily Dawn and Tanya. They were so nice to help me get this done. It's great to know that they went above and beyond to help me and wouldn't take no for answer . Then they got me the examination pushed to the front of the line because of the issues . A+++ STAFF and service. 10 stars !

Working at a hospital I know how difficult it can be to have great communication between staff members. This Concentra clinic and it’s staff exceeded my expectations! Not only were they on time, professional and friendly but it was clear that the flow of the facility and the communication between staff members in order to provide care was excellent

Had to come here for physical and drug screen for a new job. Girl behind the desk was extremely rude, absolutely no customer service skills. The wait time was over 1.5 hours. It’s gett my a three because the actual medical staff in the back were professional and friendly and the facility is clean. Edit: after I got called in to have my vitals taken I was sent back to the waiting room for another hour before being called back in to sit in a room for 20 minutes, to then see a doctor for 5 minutes. Total time spent was over three hours. They do physicals and drug screens for many employers. They should really find a way to expedite this process as the total time I was actually with any healthcare professional was probably 15 min.

I got there at 8am and was out by 9:30am. Went for my DOT physical, it really helps if your company makes the appointment for you. Staff seemed a bit robotic but that's the side effect of repetition. The building is well kept and clean too.

Needed to communicate wait times. I was told there was essentially no wait time, just walk in. Then when I arrived was told that it would be 1/2 hour to 45 minutes in and out. After an hour and 10 minutes I was upset as I had another meeting that I was late for and would have come in another time had I known. Partly, I was not given the paperwork I should have received when I came in and I suspect this was a cause of the excessive delay.

I think it is important to make sure drivers are qualified to be behind the wheel, but a doctor who has seen me for a few hours is not more qualified to make that determination than my primary care physician who has cared for me for years and a specialist who has known me for 8 months. I was there 3 hours for a DOT physical. I brought notes from my two doctors as required and both doctors gave their blessing for me to return to work without limitations. At the end of the three hours the Concentra doctor wanted additional reports and approvals, most of which was in the information already provided. This seemed totally unnecessary and overly burdensome. I have been driving for 15 years and have never gone through this level of investigation. I still gave it 3 stars as most of the staff were pleasant especially the staff in the physical therapy department.

People were nice enough there but it took 45 mins + while sitting in a johnny before the Dr Came in to do my physical!! After 40 mins I got up h went in the hallway to ask a nurse if I had been 'forgotten about' & the nurse said " no, I was next to be seen". It only took another 5 to 10 mins to get the Dr. To come in. Way too long peoples!
