Ian and team did an AMAZING job with our 2022 Model Y. We paid for the combo package (front PPF wrap + full ceramic) and also the chrome delete. Ian was great to work with - clear communications, honest and kept us posted on progress. He was very transparent about pricing and also gave us a great deal on tinting the front windows. Even after we noticed a few minor things that needed to be corrected, Ian took amazing care of us and redid some of the work free of charge to make sure that the car was perfect. We're extremely happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend ALSET for any of your Tesla needs. We will definitely go back to ALSET in Portland for any future work. Thanks Ian and team!

Great communication leading up to and during the job (including graciously accommodating a few scheduling changes instigated by me!). The actual wrap/tint process itself took 7 days (dropped my car off on a Monday, and I picked it up the following Monday). Definitely recommend!

When I got my last Tesla wrapped and ceramic coated, I had to take it to two different places. With Alset, they did it all, and what a job they do! Took four days and a lot of money, but I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. My last wrap job was amazing, but this was even better. I literally cannot find the edges of the wrap in many places. And the color correction before the ceramic coating was beautiful. Worth protecting your investment!

I just had the paint protection film installed on my new Tesla Model Y. I heard from some people they do the best work but now I can verify they were right. The quality of the work is amazing and wasn't just a cut out template that has risk of peeling. The edges all appear to be wrapped and everything is flawless. I couldn't be happier and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work. Ian and the crew were the best to work with and plan on using them in the future to do window tinting as well.

I had Alset PPF from the front of the car to the back door, then they did Ceramic on the entire car. When I bought the car I was supposed to bring the car straight over to Alset to have the PPF and Ceramic done, well my car had some cosmetic issues that Tesla needed to do. Black shows every imperfections. After my car was done Ian from Alset picked up my car and brought it to there shop since I live over an hour away. I stopped by a few days later and checked the car out and Tesla did a horrible job fixing the paint issues. So the awesome crew at Alset fixed it for me and it turned out great. I was a little gun shy about having PPF and Ceramic done because it's not cheap but the crew did an Amazing job. The black paint looks total different after they were done, the black total pops in the sun, it's beautiful couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. My neighbor highly recommended Alset and Phil. They worked on his Ferraris and other vehicles. Gave Phil a call and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Had a good feeling so I booked an appointment for my Plaid. Dropped the vehicle off on Tues afternoon and picked it up on Friday. Tint and full front PPF + ceramic in and out combo. Ian was great and kept me updated each day! All I can say is wow!! If you have a Tesla take it to Alset they do outstanding work at a reasonable price! I had to get my new model y ready for parade and wouldn’t trust it to anyone but Ian & company! I did a ceramic coat myself but when the ppf wouldn’t stick they took the extra time to remove the hood ceramic and matched it perfectly! This is extremely difficult and he made me a deal on front windows tint because of the white interior. Can’t post a pic here, but see it Facebook/VetHuts! If you have a Tesla, don’t even think of using anyone else, they’ve cornered the market for good reason. Go here first: ALSET AUTO!

Ian and the team are the best! Super friendly and quick. They specialize in Teslas, so you know they know the ins and outs of protecting them. Got a ppf wrap and ceramic coat and it looks flawless. I had a small rock ding towards my front bumper and they touched it up before applying the wrap. their package options are great and easy to understand so you have protection in the areas you like. they also provide alternative payment plans (thru klarna) in case you need financing. highly recommend!

I was about to book Ceramic and PPF with another reputable shop, but then I found Phil in the Tesla Owners Facebook Group and discovered Alset Auto which only does Teslas. The paint on the Tesla is soft and having a company know how to fix the flaws and protect the paint was crucial for me. The car is a huge investment and i want it for the long haul and Alset delivered. The paint looked way better than on delivery and numerous flaws were fixed! Alset Auto is the place to go if you want to keep your Tesla nice. I was concerned because my car had a few issues because I didnt know to get this done right away but that was all solved as they do paint correction before they put the clear coat on. My car came out better than new! I also love that owner is a Tesla owner and also that he is very picky on jobs. His attention to detail made my car sparkle. I would never take my car through a car wash but after he showed me his model X with the clear coat and PPF I was sold. I have since taken it through the wash and it comes out perfect every time. I love how easy it is to wipe the dirt off. 100% Happy customer. I would come back!

Phil and his team did a great job on my Model Y - Full Front PPF, side skirt PPF and full ceramic coating. They also wrapped the center console and tinted the front windows to match the rest of the factory tint. Phil said the paint on my MY was worse then normal and they spent 12-15 hours doing paint correction! They really backup their statement that they'll do whatever it takes to get the paint as pristine as possible. On top of that they came in the morning of July 4th so I could pick it up instead of waiting until the following Monday!

Just had the full front PPF and Ceramic done on a white 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance - could not be more pleased with the results. My car looks incredible and it's the best PPF work I've seen. Phil was very helpful and patient with my many questions beforehand. His team goes the extra mile to do it right, including removing badging and side cameras before applying PPF - rather than cutting around them. Tesla paint chips very easily. If you own or are purchasing a Tesla, I highly recommend you schedule your appointment with Alset for the day you take delivery of the car. An absolute must - and Alset did a fantastic job. Looked at reviews for this place, while looking for ceramic coating and polymer film to protect my model Y. The prices they had listed seems reasonable and they had my car for 5 days. They kept me up to date with the progress and they had my car on time. The tinted windows were perfectly matched and the ceramic coating feels amazing. I even got a “goodie bucket” with cleaning supplies to hand wash my car. I highly recommend them. I like companies that deliver on their time and cost estimates and do a good job. Prior to taking delivery of my new Tesla, I searched for a detail shop to apply paint protection film and ceramic coating. I selected Alset Auto, based on their reputation and friendly attitude. They invited me to tour their shop.They explained the services they could provide, and showed me the quality of their workmanship.I was impressed. I drove my car from pick-up point, directly to Alset. They applied the PPF and ceramic coating, along with some other cosmetic changes I wanted done. The ‘finished product’ exceeded my expectations. This company totally fixed the deficient paint job implemented on the Model 3 I purchased. Ian was the contact person and was most helpful and responsive to my requests. Example:I delayed installing mud flaps until the work was completed. Ian did that for me. Alset also provided me with a large wash bucket, supplies and materials for washing the car. I dropped off my new Tesla Model 3 with Alset at 9:00AM and was greeted at the gate. They verified what tint I wanted on my windows and started work. They had my car until 3:00PM when they called me too let me know it was done. The job that Alset did was excellent, the tinting is exactly what I wanted and the workmanship was awesome. They made sure to let me know about how I should handle the new tint. They also went the extra step to put low tack stickers on my window controls so I would remember to not put down the windows until the tint was fully set. We got our first Tesla (black 2020 Model S) in March and it didn’t take long to realize we were going to need paint protection for car. After some online research and a phone conversation with Phil we decided on Alset Auto. We dropped the car off with Phil and picked it up from Marcus. It was obvious to me both of these co-owners care about providing quality service and ensuring their customers are pleased. It’s only been about a month since we were in, but the car looks great and is easier to maintain (for example, with a little detail spray, the bugs on the front wipe off the ceramic coating so much more easily). It’s disappointing to spend so much for a car, and then have to spend even more to protect the paint, but that’s on Tesla. Alset Auto earns another 5-star rating in our book.

I received the PPF/Ceramic Coating combination from Alset Auto on my new Model Y. I found them to be highly professional, very friendly, and good communicators during the entire process. In addition, the quality of their work is amazing. I was extremely happy with the PPF. I had laser cut PPF on my previous vehicle and you could see lines on the hood and other areas. Alset Auto custom fits, stretches and wraps the PPF across the hood which reduces the likelihood of seeing any lines on the car. In addition with the ceramic coating on both the paint and over the PPF my pearl white car looked actually radiant. We just purchased a 2020 Model 3 last week and we be having the same work done on that car as well. These days, it isn't common for me to be a repeat customer, but Alset Auto did such great work that I am excited to work with them again.

Wow. Where do I even start? Prior to this experience I had never had a car wrapped or ceramic coated before. I had expected the experience to be like most experiences with a car when you are not deeply knowledgeable of cars. Typically those experiences are horrible and involve being talked down to and taken advantage of. That was the exact opposite of what happened with Phil and his team From my very first interaction with Phil, I knew the process was not only going to be smooth but effortless on my part. He and his team explained exactly what would happen, the benefits of everything they would be doing and kept me up-to-date on all of the work as it was going on. They also buffed out the rear window trim that had oxidized a bit (an issue with those of us who use brushless carwashes....) I brought in my new white Model 3 for installation of full front PPF and application of ceramic coating in late July. The car looked good when I dropped it off, but with the pre-application polishing the Alset team did, the car is now really gorgeous. Without question, the PPF has already saved the front end from a few rock chips. I would unreservedly recommend PPF for anyone who logs a lot of miles, especially if you cross back and forth over the Cascades. Alset Automotive was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. They own and love Teslas and are there to treat your car as if it was their own car. They had my 9 month old Model 3 look better than when I first bought it. It was as deep and brilliant red as the car in the showroom. But this was without the “special lighting” in the showroom. Everything was perfect. And they didn’t just take my money and send me on my way. They talked to me on how to care for my baby. They even gave me my own bucket, washing mitt, car wash, and ceramic detail spray. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s not often I get to write a heartfelt, highly positive review but this is one of those times. I recently purchased my second Tesla and attempted to contact the shop that had installed PPF on my first car only to learn my contact was no longer there. An internet search turned up ALSET and a trusted Tesla employee provided an unsolicited reference. Things happen for a reason. I reached out to owner, unofficial Tesla ambassador and all around good guy, Phil Bunting. We met at ALSET and I got to see their work. The attention to detail was beyond what I’d seen on my first Tesla. In particular, I liked that ALSET wraps all edges. My previous car was cut at the edges and this became a real dirt collector over time. I detracted from the look, especially on a white car. I was leaving on vacation and my car was going to be in another shop to black out the chrome and tint windows. Phil offered to pick up my car, bring it to ALSET and have the work done before I came home. Along the way, Phil also helped with a set of winter wheels I was having powder coated. He got those ceramic coated and delivered to Tesla. And he sent photos and texts throughout the process to keep me updated. When I arrived to see the car, it looked fabulous. I had full front PPF and rear bumper PPF installed and had the entire car ceramic coated. The depth of shine and the quality of the work was the best I’d ever personally seen. I received a superior PPF and ceramic coating job, outstanding customer service from Phil and paid a fair price. What more can one ask? Highly recommended.

I’m beyond happy with the final product and finish Alset did. I was skeptical for to say the least as I have heard other paint treatments that are offered at the dealerships and aftermarket world are scams. However, Alset blew away my expectations. The finish is mirror like and my car stays clean way longer. In fact I was in a parking lot the other day and couldn’t seem to find my sliver car, this was because it was picking up the reflection of the white car next to it and made it seem as if my car was white. I think this is well worth the money and the service was great. If you have an aluminum body vehicle this is a must do.
